I thought the overall service was great, and the final result wa satisfying. The service team was able to coordinate a repair through a third party extended warranty, that I really did not believe was going to be covered. Thank You! The only challenges I had were in communication. I spoke with several representatives that were all helpful and professional, but given the number of people I talked to, there was not an individual familiarity with my service. Also, several calls went to voicemail, with delayed responses. Again, the final product was good though, and I appreciate the team's collective diligence.

Todd and Joey were very helpful with getting my 2022 Taos taken care of! The service team did a great job as always and I was even able to split payments through sunbit which was very easy to use. Great communication every step of the way and I used the shuttle service for the first time and that was great as well!

I dropped my car off the night before the day it was going to receive service, and I was expecting to get a phone call letting me know when the service was completed, but it took me sending a message via chat and leaving a voicemail on the service line. I didn't appreciate having to reach out to inquire as to when my car would be ready for pickup. I would not have made it in before the service department closed had I not headed up north to do grocery shopping. If I had waited for the department to call ME, it would have been ANOTHER day before I could have gotten my car, which would have been even more inconvenient. Also, I would appreciate a car wash and/or charge for my electric car after having had it over night and servicing it.

Time: Estimate was 1.5 hours, but took close to 3.Value: Check engine light was on. Inspection determined that nothing was wrong with car, what service department acknowledged was a "false alarm." $180 seems a lot for doing nothing but checking and turning of check engine light.

3 hours for an oil change. If you have a maintenance package they don't look they just ask to charge instantly no check.I drove an hour to be serviced here it'll never happen again. Worse than a mom and pop. 8 salesman just stand around looming. Again 3 hour oil change. I had time to just be amazed at operations here.Unprofessional look, and just looks like the service department is keeping it alive. Just disgusting how they handled it too.UPDATE:Even worse, VP gives me their generic number in a fake review reply to act as if it's being handled. This place is ridiculous. McDonalds has better Customer Service.FOCUS:ALL GOOD REVIEWS ARE FROM SALES BAD ARE SERVICE

I was stunned at the cost for a simple oil change! ($160.00)I didn't even get my car vacuumed as use to be the custom.

Jim and Joey in the VW of Olympia service department have been very kind and helpful when I have brought my VW Golf TDI in for repairs. I have taken my TDI to multiple VW dealerships across the country and none of them have been able to successfully repair issues or a lack of empathy/customer service skills has made the situation even more stressful. I will continue to take my TDI to the folks at VW of Olympia because they have figured out how to consistently repair complex problems and maintain excellent customer service.

I had a warning light come on that raised concerns. And the service department was friendly, professional, and checked on my vehicle with great care.

If I could give them zero stars I would. We bought a 2015 Nissan Juke on August 3, 2023, and we had nothing but problems with it. First it smelled like wet dog, had doggy paw prints, and dog hair everywhere. It was detailed 3 times and still smelled bad, but the paw prints and dog hair were gone. The smell from the cleaning chemicals and mildew is so bad it gives you a headache and makes you really nauseous. Then there was birdseed in the headliner, and they didn't get all of it out of headliner, replace the cabin air filter, and find the rodents point of entry until 2.5 months later. We heard the noise in the headliner the day we bought it, but they insisted it was water since they had just taken it to the pink elephant car wash. They put Metallic brakes on instead of ceramic brakes (Nissan Jukes have a design flaw where unless you use factory or ceramic breaks the breaks will squeak really bad). They did agree to replace the brakes with ceramic brakes, but only if I removed my bad review. It also had a leak which was causing mildew and Volkswagen refused to help even though they had missed it when they inspected it. Due to all the issues the juke had and Olympia Volkswagen refusing to fix them we had to surrender it because we couldn't afford to fix it and it's not safe to drive a car that's a lemon. On the way to surrender the 2015 Nissan Juke to Gesa Credit Union yesterday afternoon it began to jerk (it happened from exit 119 to exit 132, thankfully we got there safely). We mentioned the jerking problem to Volkswagen a few days after we got it, and they insisted it was fine and it was just turbo lag from the turbo engine. Don't ever buy a vehicle from Volkswagen of Olympia they will screw you and cheat you. If you buy a new or used car from them, it will be the biggest mistake of your life!

Horrible service and awful technicians. I spent a fair amount of money on fixes and they seem to make it worse! I am stuck tonight because of their ineptness.

I have been getting my VW services done here for almost 2 years now and I always have a positive experience each time. The service department employees are always super knowledgeable and are more than willing to help in any way possible.

My husband and I were looking for a used 4runner to purchase! They had one in stock that we really wanted! Brian Martin sent us informational videos prior to us being able to view the car! Richard Smith was able to help us reserve the car until we were able to pick it up after the snow storm over this past weekend. Great service, excellent communication, positive attitude and all around could tell they genuinely wanted to help us and make sure we were happy with the purchase. When we test drove the car there were a couple things that needed to be looked into and Richard was able to get it looked at by the shop right away and take care of it on the spot. Highly recommend this place!

Buying our car here was great. Probably the best car buying experience my husband and I had. Quick easy and just awesome. However the service department has been so so. Although the guys are nice the communication between customer and employee can improve. We would definitely buy a car from here again.

Not too happy with the service at the end. The person at the counter all they care about taking your money and not explaining anything on how they found the car before the service and at the end on what they did. All the person said this is how much it is $$.00. Not sure if I will return to this place again. If I wanted this kind of service I should it just gone to Jiffy Lube . I might just take my business over to the Toyota dealership who does a much better job when it comes to explaining to you what it has being done and how they found the car before the service.

Bought a 2016 Ford Fusion from them. On test drive the check engine light came on. I told Kenny, the dude helping me. He took the car to the service center, they later brought it back and told me it was fine. I signed the lease papers. Less than 24 hours later the light was back on. Brought it in and I needed a part replaced. Wait 3 weeks. Got a phone call today saying that the repairs aren't covered under the warranty they sold me with the car. I was told they'd get back to me by end of day and, surprise surprise I got no phone call. Buyer beware! They sell lemons.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

So I had called two different times and pretty much had gotten same quote over phone about transmission fluid change in my 2006 Touareg. So I scheduled my car for the transmission fluid change. I get the car there early for my appointment, me and one other guy in the building and I m in the check in area waiting to be helped, I waited almost half hour. Then finally after waiting the mechanic gets the car in and then asks me what I m there for? Of course I m here for my fluid change, he then asks me to hold on a few minutes, twenty minutes later comes back to waiting area and tells me that they do have the fluids to do the change but the price that was quoted was wrong. They jacked up the price three times the amount I was quoted twice on and was blaming it all on there new hire. Then when asked to talk to manager they would not see me. So I scrapped that idea and will do it myself. Then I wanted to buy parts for same car and they were just plain rude. I would suggest doing your leg work on your own car on where to take it, this company isn t honest

We bought a new vehicle in November and had a great experience! We did as much as we could online due to Covid and they had the vehicle ready to go when we arrived for paperwork. Roy walked us through the features of the new car and was very helpful even after we left the lot with questions about different features. Once we realized our license plates had not arrived, I contacted the dealership and they quickly found the tracking showing them at my local post office. When it appeared they had been lost, Tara from the dealership called the post office. Within a few hours the plates were delivered to my house by the post office! So far we have loved our new vehicle and we were very impressed by the service we received!

Going on a road trip and wanted to have a safety check done on my Tiguan. Called Saturday and made an appointment for that Monday. Andrew had me in and out within 45 minutes. They checked my vehicle out and gave it a thumbs up. It gives me peace of mind to hit the road worry free. I will continue to have my services done at VW of Olympia. BTW, I purchased the vehicle in Tacoma. Service: General repairs & maintenance

These service advisors will fight you from the start even when it s obvious their work led to a problem - I had a roof leak for the first time after they fixed the closing mechanism, and they wouldn t even let me explain it before getting defensive.

Going to dealerships for work will always be painfully expensive, not to mention it being even worse when you drive foreign engineering. Scheduling always seems to be difficult with my schedule as I work nights and sleep all morning and day, but all they ever seem to have open are early mornings. Brought my car in a day before Christmas Eve because it was having issues. Got a call saying it was my spark plugs and I said ok just change it. Was at work so I didn't think anything of it until the next day when I picked or up. Over $600 later and they refused to tell me if they only swapped one spark plug or all of them. They just kept saying they change it. Won't be coming back if I can avoid it.

Had the DSG fluid and filter changed out. Also the voice activation started speaking Russian the week before and nothing I tried would reset to English. They corrected the software issue and the car is operating great. Faster service time than was stated too.
