I could not believe how hard they worked to make this deal for me. From staying late to calling multiple lenders in order to find one that would accept my poor credit. Including the delicate handling of my trade-in situation. They went above and beyond. On top of that they made me an excellent deal on the car.

This was my first time buying a car on my own Tyler made the process super simple! I have a great car and no worries due to the drivetrain warranty. Gary in finance has bent over backwards to get me a great interest rate. Highly recommend this dealership.

Shout out to my salesperson Wes Concepcion as last week he stuck with me thru a grueling 5 hr. process to get me into a car of my liking. I was concerned I wasn't finding what I wanted and he kept his patience with me until I did. All the people I worked with were great and I was able to get the deal I wanted as well. Wes is a fine young man and he made for easy banter throughout the process. He was knowledgeable, professional and he cared. That's all I could ask for. Thanks again, Wes!Larry

Tyler Gibbs assisted us with the purchase of a used 2022 Honda Passport. It had been a while since I had bought a car from a dealership and was dreading a long day and awkward negotiations. Tyler was great! He took the time to answer questions, pull additional info on vehicles we test drove, and was so helpful. We were interested in a car on a Titus-Will lot in Tacoma and he had it brought to Olympia, which which was awesome. The process was easy and not as stressful as anticipated. Thanks Tyler!

I've been a Hyundai owner for the better part of 20 years (have owned now three vehicles) and recently purchased my latest from Titus-Will. As a resident of the Seattle-region, Titus Will was one of several dealerships I interviewed via phone/text/email. I wasn't initially inclined to move forward with them given the distance from our home (~+1.5hrs), but they happened to be one of the few dealerships that had the vehicle year/trim/color that I wanted. As such, I worked with them on *virtually* sorting out my negotiation details and found them to be reasonable, forthcoming and honorable. For the first time in my auto-purchasing history, I quite literally purchased a vehicle sight-unseen and negotiated with several members of staff that I never met in person until the day of signing.I was fortunate to work with Tyler as my Sales liaison, and also with Riley (who is super nice and dedicated to his customers!). The Titus staff is really "all-in" and dedicated to make the sale work for you. I spoke with every dealership in a ~2hr radius and I was happy to close with Titus-Will. Tyler, specifically, doesn't seem to have any off-hours... he's always available and devoted to making the deal work for everyone. He's super smart, kind and reasonable. Ask for him if you can!If you're looking to get a car, I'd highly encourage you to work with Titus-Will. They're a good bunch :)

I had a very positive experience at Titus-Will Hyundai with Tyler Gibbs as the salesperson! He answered ALL my questions and never pushed me into a decision. He allowed me to take my time to think through the process. I came back to this dealer because of how I was treated by Tyler.The entire process was as pain free as it could be. Gary in the financial department was very accommodating as well. All in all I highly recommend Tyler and Titus Will Hyundai! You won't regret it.

Where to begin well my husband and I have decided to start our own basketball team and it was time for me to trade in my beautiful 2021 Lexus IS 350F sport so all our spawns could fit in one vehicle. So there we were on a Saturday talking about, let s just go to Hyundai and see what they got!! I told my husband I just want to see I am not in a hurry to part ways with my baby (the Lexus). So we get to Hyundai and there is Tyler standing by the window, we park and he instantly comes out and greets us and begins to ask 21 questions on how he could help us. We tell him all we want and what it s going to take to make it happen. Bam he takes off on his long adventure to the managers table, he comes back with an offer. Even though it wasn t exactly what we wanted we could see that he was ready to negotiate for us and figure out a way to make us happy and his managers. Bam he heads back for another duel and shortly after comes back with two deals, one with cash down and one without and both had more trade in value for our car, which is what we originally wanted. After a couple hours we finally agreed on a deal and Tyler killed it! Besides the fact that our 1 year old made a huge mess in his area he was so joyful and honest and just overall a great person to deal with during a little stressful time! Even after purchasing he reached out to make sure everything is good to go! If you decide to go to this store for a car, ask for Tyler! You won t regret it!

I couldn t write a better review for Tyler Gibbs at Titus Will Hyundai, this was my first new car purchase and I couldn t have done it without Tyler being so helpful. He explained all the details about the vehicle, and helped me get the best deal on my new car, I felt confident and comfortable with my decision! I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle to ask for Tyler Gibbs. I will definitely recommend him to all my friends and family-Thanks Tyler!

Since 2020, I have purchased vehicles from 3 different Titus Will locations and my recent experience deserves the 5 Star rating. I am downsizing my personal property preparing to move to the coast. Tyler Gibbs, a salesperson at Titus Will Hyundai in Olympia, assisted me in trading in 2 vehicles, purchased a more economical car and negotiated the highest cash back for me. Of all the sales staff of the 3 locations, my experience with Tyler was the best, he is very professional, knowledgeable about the various vehicles I looked at, more important, he LISTENED to what I wanted to accomplish and made it happen. Best of all, he is a very nice person! Thank you again Tyler!

Excellent experience buying a used car at this dealership. Westbrook was considerate, helpful, listened well to our needs and concerns - and went the extra mile to ensure we were happy. His communication was timely - both when he initiated it and in response. The dealership itself was responsible and considerate - putting the car through a full inspection, having it detailed, and generally making sure we were happy. All of the staff we worked with were helpful and professional. But I cannot say enough good things about Westbrook Concepcion - his responsiveness and professionalism really made the sale!

So i just bought my 4th brand new Hyundai from these guys. The person I normally go through wasn't there but Tyler was there to step in. Very knowledgeable and eventually caved into the price i was willing to pay. Sure he made me throw in the watch off my wrist but everyone walked or drove away happy

I could not be more thankful for the Titus-Will Hyundai dealership. I'm a first time buyer and this is my first car on my own and they made the process so easy and simple and were very understanding. I had went to other dealerships near and non of them would take me seriously because of my age and budget but Titus-will Hyundai did. If your wanting to buy a vehicle this is the place to go. And ask for Lennel he was very nice and respectful. Couldnt ask for a better car buying experience.

I just had the pleasure of working with Tyler Gibbs at Titus Will Hyundai in Olympia. He was able to deliver on a 2024 Hyundai Tucson Limited Hybrid within 24 hours of my visit and it was the exact vehicle I was in the market for. This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from this dealership and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. Tyler was professional, personable and very knowledgeable. He is low pressure and appears to take pleasure in finding the right vehicle for his client. I am very pleased with my experience.

Quick and quality service. Thanks for the maintenance recommendations.When the all wheel alignment was recommended, I waited to get new tires. The alignment was completed. Thanks for getting all the tires pointed aim the right direction and cambered correctly. I had asked for the cost of repairs to the rear air foil and was told it had just gone out of warranty. I wasn t given a cost or if it was covered under the extended warranty. I expected a little more. But thanks for the good work.

Went here as a first time buyer and had a nice experience. We dealt with Brady who was very responsive to our questions and requests. The route of the test drive also did a good job of letting me get used to the car I wanted. The entire process took roughly 4 hours, and I ended up driving away with a new Hyundai Elantra SEL BLUE with minimal add-ons and a military rebate.

We just bought a new vehicle at Titus-Will Hyundai and we couldn t be more happier. Everyone who we had the pleasure of working with was so kind, and amazing but want to give the biggest shoutout to Jordan! He not only listened to our desires but showed passion and dedication to ensuring we got exactly what we wanted and could afford all in one. It was such a pleasure working with a salesperson who didn t fit the stereotype of what a car salesman is like but stood out farther beyond what we could of asked for during this experience crushing any/all stereotypes. They were very reasonable during the whole process and communicated well the entire time - they even fixed an issue with the vehicle that was pointed out during the inspection before I got the car. Took our 2 year old car in for maintenance and told them that a tire was low, i had been putting air in multiple times and the warning light was on.They said they would look at it. Got it back and they said nothing was wrong with it and light wasn't on. Got 3 miles away and light was on, had to air up again. Next service they had us bring it back for an issue, had it for 6 days and said nothing was wrong with it, and the tire was still fine. Just got back from Les Swab where they showed me the nail in the tire and the missing balance weights,and the wear for being out of alignment. Each visit they talked to us like we are 12 years old and disputed everything we said. It takes an hour for us to get there from our town, but we will happily drive right by and will be taking it to Tacoma from now on. I will never deal with these people again.

The salesmen and manager(s) were kind and respectful. I enjoyed working with them.I m rating them 2 stars because they wasted my time. I went in to get a 2024 Tucson, they had none on the lot but had a black coming, I wanted white, and they explained that they can do a 1 for 1 trade with the black for a white. We did all the paperwork, talked numbers, I even gave them a $500 deposit. They called the next day saying they couldn t get the original white one they saw an hour away but were still looking. That s the last I heard from them, I reached out 4 days later looking for an update and they told me that I m not getting a car. I asked for the black one I put the deposit on, that they were holding anyway because they needed it to do the 1 for 1 trade, and they said they sold it the day after I gave them $500. They never intended to get me a car. They wasted my time and did not communicate with me.I won t be recommending them to friends, but I do appreciate my initial interaction and how kind everyone was before I got played.

Dropped off car at 7am 3:30 came and still no call.I called them and was on hold for 27 minutes. They said would have to keep overnight. Next day picked up up the car and all that for a new set of tires. The tires seem to have resolved the problem but I could have went to a tire store and fixed it in a couple of hours and for a cheaper price.

My first and second visits to Titus were exceptional . The Service Techs listened to my needs which were addressed timely, and may I add, satisfactorily.When I stated my desire to wait for my car, I was even offered a place where I could quietly study for an upcoming lesson for church.This was a wonderful experience!ThanksJames

Tyler Gibbs was by far the best car salesman I have ever bought from. He was super transparent and worked with me to get me the best deal and trade in value. He made sure I was happy with the deal and put no pressure on me to make a decision. The dealership was super clean and the management was phenomenal. 1000% recommend to anyone getting a car.

I had a great experience buying my daughter a car at Titus Will Hyundai yesterday. Benjamin Hoover listened to what my daughter was looking for and did a great job of lining up cars for her to test drive. Ended up buying a 2022 Camry and she absolutely loves it. Ben was attentive, friendly, honest and not pushy. My daughter felt the same about Ben. Ben worked around our schedule to make the buying experience very positive. The next time I need to buy a car, I am going to Ben!

My husband and I just went through the process of trading in his car and buying an suv and I could not recommend going to this dealership more! I had an issue with my battery and spoke to Terry (Matchett) in service. He offered a ride back to my work, he also offered for Titus-Will to drive to my office and jump start my vehicle, and finally offered, if needed, to install a new battery before the close of business. This all happened between 4-6 pm. Great customer service!
