***Call for appointments first before dropping in!!!!!!!*** Effective November 2023...Normally I am so pleased with Quick Lane, but this morning I drove in because they were drop in only on Saturdays. Been that way for years. I got turned away because since last week, they are appointment only!!! So, make an appointment so you don't drive in just for an oil change and get turned away!!! I needed to make an appointment for the recall on my Escape and Mullinax Service has a quick cancellation and took me in right away. Service at Mullinax didn't even know that Quick Lane changed their prices for Saturday appointments!! Excellent communication. This is the 1st time I have been disappointed in Quick Lane service in 6 years.

This place goes above and beyond beyond for their customers the manger is such an amazing guy who worked with us helped in so many ways any questions he didn t hesitate to answer even had a guy stay later to finish our vehicle so I could have it back the day he promised even though it was out of his control that a different part needed to be order it came same day an finished it even though it should have technically been done the next day due to this now this is what I call a place I would recommend to anyone an will be coming back to

Absolutely amazing speedy service. Water pump went out on my car, everywhere else was going to take a month just to get it in. They had me in and out in less than 24 hours from the time it The tow truck brought it to them and they called me saying it was done.

I bought tires here a few years ago. They were fast and priced competitively for the product that I wanted.

My car stalled suddenly while my husband was driving home on 1/16/2023. We had to jump the car, so we figured it must have been the battery or something similar. Before we took it to Quick Lane, we took it to Led Schwab for a check. They said everything was okay with my car. I decided I didn't want to risk it. I took my car to Quick Lane on 1/23 in the afternoon. Everyone was extremely friendly! And the name is definitely accurate. They diagnosed the cause of my car problem in less than 4 hours, ordered the part, and had the car repaired in one day! They took the time to explain everything, including how a cord corroded which messed with the electrical and caused it to make the car stop. Additionally, the battery was NOT okay. The battery was struggling to maintain a charge so they replaced that too. The double checked everything else to make sure it wasn't the alternator or something similar. The final cost was 641.36 to include diagnostics, the replacements, and the labor. The last shop I went to before this incident cost us of 2000! I will be coming back to this shop from now on. I love it!

I normally do not make bad reviews, but I feel like I need to make this known. I took my vehicle in to get serviced and was told there were issues with my driver axle and wouldn't give me much more information such as if its the seal or the axle itself and he said they will recheck it on my next service to have it replaced. They have lied about other issues in the past that were expensive repairs that I did not need. I have taken my vehicle to two different mechanics and told there is nothing wrong with my car. I had taken my car today and my axles are not wet, leaking and there is nothing wrong. I don't know if this place likes to be dishonest to woman, but it is unfair and I will no longer be taking my car here.

Oil drain plugs shouldn't require a breaker bar to remove them, but after taking my vehicle here my drain plug certainly needed that breaker bar. Otherwise I've been generally satisfied with their performance, and they're always polite and willing to help.

After 8 years of loyalty to this business I'm done. They charged me 125.50 in labor costs and instead of using my 10 dollar coupon correctly I was charged an 8.50 misc fee for materials for repair order. That negated my coupon. Plus they couldn't fix the issue and kept my vehicle for over 24 hours for nothing. This place has gone downhill and I recommend everyone to avoid QUICK LANE OF OLYMPIA! They really need to put customers first instead of making excuses and then over charging people for no reason at all. Terrible business standards and ethics. Please stay away and you'll be happy you did.Services: General repairs, Oil change

Always look at your service receipt and match what was done vs what they said they did. These technicians often check your things as good when they are not. This has happened 3 times now. They checked 5 which is perfect on my brakes. They actually need to be changed. Checked good on my horn, but it hasn't been working in months. Said they rotated tires, but the same tire that has a slow leak for a year is still in the same spot. Remember, the warranty you paid is being shortchanged so just throwing money away with sub standard service. Hold these people accountable!

Pricing should be prominently listed on website. Instead they have a chat option but they want phone numbers and email addresses to even get pricing. Why? So I can get a ton of spammy content? Just list your prices and don t hide it. It s not difficult.

Unfortunately my experience here was the complete opposite of the rest. I had a 9:30am appointment yesterday to get my rear brakes done. Despite having an appointment it took an hour and a half to get my car into the shop.I was quoted $995 JUST for rear brakes, which left me dumbfounded. I had a coupon for a complete brake service, which was quickly shot down, and was then told they could drop it down to $550 if they ordered non-Ford parts.I was told that I'd get my car back by 2pm. That changed to them saying 4:30pm, then changed to needing it overnight and that it'd be ready by 9:30am this morning. That changed again when they ordered the wrong parts and kept my car until almost 1pm. My quote of $550 ended up actually being $655.Labor here is $140/hour, just a heads up.I will personally not recommend this place to anyone.

I tried to use this business. I m sure they employ 4-5 star technicians, however, I booked online and A) never received text confirmations/reminders of the appointment as per my online request B) When I brought my car in, I was told that there was no scheduled appointment at the location I requested. Somehow the request defaulted to the Ford dealership service department on the opposite side of the street. I just laughed and said I ll take my business elsewhere.

Service was quick and cheap! I paid 65 dollars for a oil change, tire rotation, fluid top off, and inspection. Places in the same auto mall have charged me upwards of 90 for just an oil change. The guys that work here were incredibly friendly and personable, I will most definitely be back for oil changes in the future and potentially more work if need be.

The entire staff was very welcoming (especially Tony) and knowledgeable. They pointed out something that we didn t know was a problem. For your auto oil changes, etc, this is the place to go.

Quick Lane Auto gave me a great referral for a service they do not provide. The referral was to an Auto Glass shop who did the job perfectly just like Quick Lane said. I trust them and I have my cars done my them for some years.

The front bolt joints of my Ford truck had gone bad and they replaced them for me. The staff were very friendly and professional. They served me well and in a timely manner. Their price was also better than two other estimates I had received from two other shops. I will definitely use the services again with no hesitation.

Tony was so helpful, patient, and empathetic. Quick lane scored big time with an employee like him! The service was done within one day and they went above and beyond to assist me with my caliber issue. Thank you all so much!Service: Brake service & repairService: Brake service & repair

I went here to get an oil change, took about an hour and a half. That's too long for an oil change. I did their full service package which I had a coupon for from their website. When it was done, they broke a lug-nut from doing a tire rotation and was quoted around $800 to fix. So they broke something off my car and I have to pay for it? This was my third time here and it will most likely be my last time. Customer service was fair, environment felt like a "frat house" type environment. Employees can come off as know it all's. I don't understand why they have more front desk staff than technicians, it shouldn't take that much staff to help people.Service: Oil change

My wife caught a flat the day before Thanksgiving and a few of the tire shops nearby said they might not be able to get it done before the holiday. Ford was able to patch up the tire, despite the huge size of the object, and got us back on the road for FREE in under an hour! Absolutely saved our holiday plans!

Was told 2hrs to get truck in the shop 2hr past not in the shop so I went to the counter and was told after his guy gets back from lunch he will get on it. which would be at least another 30 min before he even got on it. So I said I can't wait and he said sorry my guy had to patch some tires, assuming he was saying that's why his guy was behind. 2 hrs is a long time to wait but that was my choice. The issue i have is that they could have came to me anytime before that and let me know that they where getting behind and gave me the opportunity to leave oand come back another time. Instead they just assumed i would be ok waiting another hour to even get my truck in not including another hour for service. Not sure how it works down there but apparently there guys lunch time is more valuable than mine.Service: Oil change

Very nice people, but the wait times are ridiculously. It literally takes five to ten minutes to change oil..so waiting two hours is crazy.
