I was surprised how quickly they got me in and completed the job. A custom muffler and exhaust tip were added and they installed within a few hours. Honest advice and excellent service.The exhaust on my v8 4runner sounds awesome now. It also has more power especially low-end. Breathes much better and sounds mean.They did a great job

I took my 93 Chevy pickup to these guys working with a budget,they fixed my muffler within the price range I had,my truck sounds and runs great now,I would recommend this shop to anyone,hands down best auto fix experience I've ever had and super fast!! You need your exhaust fixed these are the guys you want to do it!! Thanks again quality muffler and brake !!!

I called these dudes up at 10am asking if they could schedule me for a muffler/tailpipe replacement. They were able to get me in same day AND got everything done for me to pick it up that very same day at 5pm! Also they did a killer job and super reasonable price. Truck sounds amazing now. Thanks yall.

Did excellent work on my exhaust manifold! Replaced it with out flaw. Victor s price was very compatible with other shops. Great business! Victor is replacing a catalytic converter in my vehicle from someone taking it out. He took great care of working with my insurance adjuster getting them everything they need in covering this claim. He responded with them very quick. Very reputable business! I will always bring my vehicle here at Quality Muffler and Brakes for repairs.Service: Exhaust

I initially contacted Victor at Quality Muffler and Brake to install a new muffler on my truck. I had an idea of what I wanted but Victor was very familiar with the make and model of my truck that he made a suggestion that saved me several hundred dollars while still providing a new muffler that sounded really good. I made an appointment with him the following day at 9:30 AM and dropped my truck off. The truck was ready when I arrived and the work was phenomenal. He used the exact parts he said he would �nd the welds were very well made. I am totally happy with the way my truck sounds and have no reservations in recommending him to anyone who has exhaust issues.

Called asking to remove my stock exhaust and straight pipe it.Victor got me in as soon as possible, He gave me a fair and reliable price upfront of what the total would be. Gave him the car and finished in only a couple hours! He even stayed late to make sure I could grab my car after work. Great quality, couldn t be happier. Big thanks to Victor and his staff! Had a massive leak from my exhaust manifold that sounded awful. Brought my car in and they were super friendly and gave me a quote in an instant. A few days later they welded everything up for me and my car never sounded so good. Quality service and fair prices! I was quoted hundreds of dollars more everywhere else I called. Not only was the pricing more than fair, the job was well done. Everywhere else I called couldn't get it done same day which I desperately needed as I was having a scheduled c-section the next day and did not feel safe driving up to tacoma with my car in the state it was. He stayed late to get it done same day and I was willing to pay extra just for the courtesy but he wouldn't hear of it. He kindly refused my boyfriends offer of at least a tip and said we had other priorities to care for with our son on the way. Top notch service and a good guy. You don't find people like that very often these days but I am glad I did. My car runs better than it ever has and I will be taking my car here in the future as well as recommending my friends to Quality Muffler and Brake!

Stopped by the shop today to get some custom exhaust tips made for my car. Victor took a few minutes to look at my setup and offered a few economical options but ended up helping adjust my OEM tips so I could reuse those instead of buying new ones, and he did it for free! Victor did a great job. He has a nice shop with the tooling needed to do custom exhaust work. He rebuilt my entire exhaust from the manifold to the bumper on site in one day at a very fair price! Can t recommend enough!

Victor and his entire team are extremely knowledgeable and fair! Talked to Victor and we really needed to get the car in sooner rather than later. He made it work. At first he thought it was just a flange, ended up being a cracked catalytic converter when he actually was able to see the car, versus my poor explaining what noise the car was making!We are so thankful for him!Thank you, Victor! Gave the business a call for something, discussed the price on the phone, and came in as it originally costed ~$80. Then after making the appointment 4 days later all of a sudden after getting to the place he takes one look at my car then started giving me the spiel that it's going to be at least $250 to even get it on the rack / people get the job done for $~4-500 which is NOT true. Buyer beware

These guys are awesome and great costumer service. I took my husbands truck in to get info on his tail pipe being so loose. Victor was so kind and patient with me as I played "middle-man" and I eventually called my husband so the two could talk. The muffler we needed was out of stock, but it was in a couple days later and I have happy hubby. I would highly recommend these guys.

I couldn t be more pleased with the quality of service delivered by Quality Muffler & Brake. I contacted Vic late in the afternoon and got squeezed in and taken care of. I am extremely grateful for the service provided because My muffler was on the brink of falling off. The customer service, delivery and attention to detail was superb and they are extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for great service.Service: Exhaust

Old looking website, but in a good nostalgic way. People working were nice when i stopped by to ask about my special hybrid suv request. Quote was pretty good too as it was cheaper than what that limo rental n repair next to Lacey Walgreens quoted. They weren t as nice compared to quality M&B

Called this morning for an estimate for brakes on my wife's vehicle. After talking to Vic on the phone he asked if we could swing it by for a more accurate estimate. My wife and I showed up 10 mins later and got our estimate and asked when we could schedule the brake service. Vic got us in right then and was finished in a few hours. Price came out cheaper than the estimate. I would recommend if you need services done on your vehicle call Vic first.

Many years ago, my wife brought our beat-up but beloved Volvo 240 in after the muffler had detached completely. We were extremely short on cash at the time but whoever worked with us (I think it was Victor but I'm not sure) offered us several options and did great work on our admittedly meager budget. Now things aren't so lean, and I bring my thrashed Tacoma in to have a new tailpipe installed that doesn't melt my spare tire and they (definitely Victor this time) do an elaborate job that goes way beyond the minimum effort necessary and costs exactly as much as I'd expected. I even got the satisfaction of running a Sawzall through my tailpipe beforehand. Would absolutely recommend, particularly after an extremely terrible experience at another shop in town that same week. These guys were a palate cleanser.Service: Exhaust
