Premier Collison CARSTAR of Olympia was amazing from the start. They made time to take our car in at a faster time than other shops could do. They worked with our insurance seamlessly and gave us some of the best customer service and professionalism we've been blessed with in the auto industry. They did a great job on the part that needed to be repaired but there is a huge patch of paint on the rear of my car that is missing that wasn t like that when I turned it in. I really am not worried about it, but someone else might not care for it. I guess I really thought it would have been better if someone explained it to me rather than saying nothing. The front office staff was great.

Great customer service! Nice to talk to someone & not frustrating computer. Soon as I got there, did a walk around my car with one of their techs. And they did all the paperwork with my insurance and even contacted the car rental place for me. Will go there again and highly recommended.

They did solid work and got my vehicle back to OEM. I was told 2-3 weeks and got it back in 7 business days. If the insurance comapny suggests these folks don't panic.

Such amazing service. They were able to get my car in and out in impeccable timing. All the staff were VERY friendly and SUPER helpful. Definitely recommend coming here for the best service.

Very friendly, staff and fast working mechanics! I heard back about my vehicle in a very timely manner, and they were able to help me with every question I had. I also like that they give you live updates on your vehicle

The front desk ladies were the only ones I interacted with, but they were all friendly, welcoming, and quick to laugh. Their personable nature made the paperwork less painful to complete. I was able to do a split payment which made my life so much easier. My Navigator was completed well in advance of the estimated completion (4 days early!!!) and looked amazing inside and out. All the damages were perfectly repaired. In addition to that, the inside was cleaned and vacuumed! I was NOT expecting that! I was blown away by the service and smiles received and will definitely use this shop again if the need arises.

My 2nd time working with CarStar deserves a 2nd review. Sahara and the gals here made my (2024) rear bumper replacement seamless, stress free and very quick - 1st rear bumper replacement in late 2022. She went above and beyond for me and I couldn t be more pleased. Thank you Sahara and CarStar for the quick repairs and absolute top notch service. I d give more stars if I could!

I took my car in after being rear-ended. Everyone in the shop was so nice and helpful! Sahara was fantastic and kept me up to date on everything. I couldn't have asked for better service. Definitely recommend!

Top Notch Service! I am beyond pleased with the service and repair provided by Premier Collision. I dropped off my 2014 Subaru Forester for damage repair to the passenger rear door and fender. My appointment started on time, and the estimate was strait forward regarding the time, parts, and labor involved in the repair.After choosing Premier to do the repairs, They contacted the rental car service who promptly met me at the shop with a rental while my vehicle was in the shop. While my car was in the shop, I received text updates from Sahara on the status of my car, which I greatly appreciated.After a couple weeks I got the call that my car was going to be ready to pick up! I was so impressed with the quality of the work done to my vehicle. The paint match was so well done, I couldn t tell where the paint repair met the factory paint job, which I was ecstatic about.I was not initially looking forward to this process, but the staff at Premier made everything so effortless. Had our car fixed after an accident. From step one of the process to when I picked my car, I felt like, and knew my car was in great hands. The communication was also top notch. I was able to check on my car through the app they provided as well as sent emails giving me updates.

I love this place! They were so nice and professional! They were incredibly communicative, efficient and I don t think I ve ever trusted a shop so much! Carstar Premier Collision was recommended to me by by insurance company after a deer hit my car.I was impressed by their professional and very friendly manner.Although it took longer than anticipated due to no fault of theirs, I was contacted on a regular basis with updates.My car looks amazing and I am very pleased to say that I highly recommend Carstar Premier Collison in Olympia on Martin Way. Brought my car here in the past and the staff did an excellent job. This time didn t have the same experience.I went in a month in advance to see if they could do some repairs on my other car. I told them what I wanted done and the staff said they can do it. A month later I drop the car off. The staff said I would get updates on my car through text message. 2 hours after dropping off the car. I get a call saying to come pick up my car. The repairs aren t going to be done because the car is a rebuilt title and they don t feel comfortable working on the car. Luckily I was able to find another shop who could take my car the same day. If you have a rebuilt title I recommend not bringing your car here go to Trew auto body down the street!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Just checked in my MINI R59RED(red roadster sport) and I just know it's all taken care of!Thanks USAA!!!Nothing but the best for me, huh, USAA?Top Notch customer service presence in the community!!!Get it while it's HOT!!!Shelly gifted with pleasant words of knowledge, even when I first called in, I knew I was getting my car fixed here. (this really make it easy to stay with USAA just for who they chose to care for my service to OUR country).And Robert just walked me through a thorough walk around. So I guess that wraps it up in an instant.Cheers till the works are done.I'm off to spring cleaning before it gets too fun outside to stay in and behave.And as I thankfully relinquish my key to CARSTAR Hi-Tech Olympia, I think to myself,...What a wonderful world!

From the office folks to the repair, I am super happy. Once my truck got in it was a super quick turn around. My only complaints are they called me to get me in sooner and I forgot to write it down and missed it and then got right back on for a little before my previous appt and other than that they lock and alarm the parking lot where all the cars are so you can't after hours get your vehicle from the lot. So my only complaints aren't even a negative lol I loved everything about the experience.Thank y'all!
