I was very pleased with my Nissan Rogue purchase! I was greeted by Chris Woodruff with a nice warm welcoming. He answered all the questions, concerns, and topics I had. It wasn't until Chris and I took the Nissan Rogue on a test drive that I really knew this was the car for me. He made me feel comfortable and knowledgeable. He related to me and was honest about all the details of the car. He was a very nice man, I'm thankful he was the one to greet me at the door and really sell me the Rogue. (Awesome car btw).I also wanted to give a big thank you to Chet. He guided me through the financial process and went over everything clearly and easily in detail. Chet has a brilliant way of going over everything so you can understand while being quick and efficient.They both made me feel more like a friend than a customer!I will also add that they worked with me on getting me a wonderful interest rate.. 2.9%!! Thank YOU Nissan!!

Service advisor was kind and thorough however, when the appointment was scheduled and we asked to verify the VIN for the appointment, associate said Yep! That s the VIN we have but it was for different client account and vehicle. And to no surprise, upon arrival, the incorrect account was pulled up, even after asking for this known error to be correct two years ago. We re hoping our service advisor finally got it squared away for us this time.Recall service was schedule to be completed in approximately 5 hours + oil change and was told that we would receive a text/call when it was done at the end of the day, car was not done until mid-morning the next day. We live quite far from the dealership so making arrangements to drop-off and pick-up the car without know when it would actually be done is frustrating.

I ve taken my 2014 Nissan Rogue to the Olympia Nissan Service Center for several years. They are efficient, thorough and keep you informed of each step. I appreciate the consistent excellent customer service I m always provided. Thank you!

Just bought my vehicle 4 months ago. Came in 1 month after purchasing to replace headlights. Then headlights went put again. Came in to figure out what was going on and come to find out my moisture packets were old and causing my headlights to blow. Those packets didn't go bad in a month after buying it. This should've been something that was changed before I even bought it let alone something that was mentioned when you replaced the headlights for me. So, 4 headlights later and a shop diagnosed its now fixed.You're shuttle driver deserves a 5 star review however. He was very professional, and personable.

My experience checking in was lovely and the woman who helped me was a delight. I did not catch her name, unfortunately, but she had dark hair and fabulous tattoos.The service was fast and efficient. I appreciated that they vacuumed and washed the car. The list of suggested services was much too expensive to do in one go, as we all know it's inflated prices and labor because that's "just how the car industry is honey" but I will review the list and proceed as I can.If only it would not invalidate my warranty to complete simple upkeep myself

Don't ever charge a hidden shop fee. It's like whatever you need to get for your services put it in the bill. don't add it on like it's some kind of resort fee! hidden fees suck, you guys should know better

I had a problem with my air conditioner and had to order a replacement part. It only took two days to get the part and had the part installed the next day. Other shops were available but it would have taken a week to get in. The staff at Nissan were friendly and accommodating. Yes it took a little longer to finish the job but it was done right and that s all I wanted. And they even washed my car:)Services: Auto A/C recharge, A/C installation & repair

Excellent customer service.1st time here but certainly not the last. Megan in service dept. Very efficient.Most helpful to do all communication by text.Don't let anyone tell you taking your car to a dealer is more expensive I found that not to be true.(Depending on the dealership of course).

Excellent service! I have been a customer for almost 20 years and have always been very satisfied with the service of my vehicle. Service Advisors are knowledgeable and helpful and I have always been treated well. A special shout out to Bruce Stewart.

It was okay, however $440.00 for a transmission fluid change is high. Also, I was told a visual inspection of my vehicle was done and that no problems were found, but I m not sure whether the visual inspection is the same thing as a courtesy inspection or whether the listing of no problems being found means everything on my car was running okay

Great customer experience!!! Totally transparent on wait times and your inspection.My only gripe is the cost; When your services are 5x the cost of parts then it makes me just want to find the time to do it myself$40 to change a licence plate bulb(pack of 2 is $5)$500 to change front brake pads and rotors(Set of 2 rotors and brakes is $87)

Bruce was very professional and kept me updated throughout the process of my vehicle being worked on. My vehicle was actually done before they anticipated it being done which was good news for me. I appreciate the effort put in by the service department to get my issue resolved quickly and send me on my way.

Got the transmission fluid changed in our 2018 Rogue. I was treated with respect by the staff and was surprised at the updates on my phone I received while waiting. The inspection was unexpected and appreciated.My only complaint was the sorry condition of the furniture in the waiting area. I questioned the thoughts that must have gone into letting the furniture fall into such a state. I think the management would want their customers to feel that they are valued and made sure their waiting area did not resemble the lobby in a fleabag hotel.

Every time I have called or interacted with the personnel here, they have been very helpful, appropriate and kind. They took care of my backup camera harness recall in a matter of a couple of hours, and gave me a free car wash. Thank you so much!

The staff was very friendly and responsive. They explained beforehand what work was to be done. I left my car there and was notified routinely on the progress and when completed. I also found the shuttle driver, Bill, extremely pleasant. Highly recommended.

I would give them a zero if I could. I took it in for a recall. They said to get the recall fixed I had to get a $200 diagnostic done. Everytime we take our cars that we bought new here they try and rip us off or don't fix the problem and we have to take it back for the same issue over and over. I will never buy another car from Bruce titus because of this service department and we have purchased 8 new cars from them in the last 6 years

Used the EXPRESS SERVICES and did a walk-in oil change. Great customer service. Normal wait times of a few hours. Get there early. Has shuttle services if you need to get to close by areas.

Austin was great. I didn't have an appointment and he was able to look at my vehicle, get it repaired and get me back on the road at no charge. Very professional staff and a very nice waiting area. I would highly recommend!!

I had an issue with frost/condinsation accumulating on the inside of my windshield. I paid them $700 to find and fix the problem. I have had it back 3 times because the problem has not been fixed. I had an appointment again this morning for the same issue and was told I would have to pay them again. Since they never fixed the problem, charging me again doesn t seem justified.Service: Auto water leak repair

Walked in, they answered my questions and checked the battery and topped off the fluids, and gave it a once over just because. Bruce was outstanding at making sure we understood the new technology and we were out of there very quickly.

Came here to resolve a recall issue and to take advantage of the coupon they emailed me for a free synthetic oil change for coming in to take care of the recall. Their waiting area has a fridge with bottled water, a coffee machine, snacks, and free wife so instead of taking the free shuttle to the mall, I just hung out there and streamed a movie on my iPad. When I got the car back, it was washed and vacuumed. Austin Kale did a great job keeping me updated. Now I want to get all of my cars serviced there. Excellent work Olympia Nissan.

Great experience! Detailed checkup of my Ariya Evolve online, including video, and in person. Tires were rotated and Austen was very helpful in answering questions and helping out with a few minor concerns.
