Great service and low pressure, friendly staff. Greg Warren was a breath of fresh air compared to other sales men I have dealt with in the past, other sales men at different dealerships, to be clear. At 57 years old I ve only bought two new vehicles and they have both been at Olympia Mazda. My first purchase was a 2012 Mazda 3 traded it in on Saturday with 250,000 miles great car just a little tiered, I am sure my new CX 30 will tear me well.

Jason was amazing with helping me purchase my first car! He was very patient & answered all of my questions (and there were a lot lol). They also sent me off with a full tank! Super nice people to work with. Mike was very kind too!

I am so pleasantly surprised with this dealership. This is certainly the easiest and nicest car buying experience I ve ever had. Not only that but Jason was amazing! So friendly and informative and kind. He is incredibly upfront and will try to get you the best deal he can and he definitely did for us. He surprised us with a better deal and threw in some extra stuff too. We left all smiles with a full tank of gas and a clean car. We plan on getting a second vehicle hopefully soon and you guys scored a customer for life!Jeremy, the finance guy, was also awesome and worked with us to make sure we were happy and also understood exactly what we were signing up for. Definitely ask for Jason if you re looking to buy a new car he ll take amazing care of you!

We have purchased two cars from Olympia Mazda. Both times Greg Warren was our sales consultant. He answered all our questions and was our advocate throughout the process. He made us feel comfortable and is very knowledgeable with their product. Mazda Olympia is lucky to have him in their team.

Our experience with Jason at Mazda of Olympia was outstanding! Jason was so helpful in so many ways. Helping us to narrow down the exact right vehicle for us. Asking us all the right questions that led us to the perfect vehicle for our needs. We appreciated his patience with all our questions. We didn't feel any pressure which really made our experience that much more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend them for anyone's car buying needs!

Greg did a great job of getting me into a vehicle that s in my price range but also had all the bells and whistles I wanted and in a timely fashion. I left feeling happy with my decision to purchase from Olympia Mazda. Ask for Greg and he will take care of you!

Our sales rep, Greg, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, answered all of our questions over several days, and went out of his way to get the car we wanted transferred from a different dealership when we needed it. Mike, the finance manager was also great, and the paperwork was finished quickly.

Most people hate buying cars- I usually do too. However, this experience with Olympia Mazda was fantastic. About a month or so ago I contacted them about what they d offer for my trade in and new purchase- Tom answered and ever since has been extremely helpful without the immense pressure that typically comes with a car purchase. Tom was always quick to respond, got me whatever information I needed, and when it was time for me to pull the trigger honored his word about everything we discussed in the months prior. I drove 1 hour 45 minutes to get my car from this dealer and would do it again! Extremely easy, low pressure, and kind folks! Highly recommend making the trip for this dealership and Tom!

Tommy Mazda (Tom Helms) is knowledgeable and very customer oriented. This is our second Mazda we purchased from him and we always appreciate all of his help and knowledge when making a car purchase. We love our new Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition and can't wait for our first road trip! Mike our finance guy was also knowledgeable and easy to work with. I appreciated him explaining everything and also making that part of the process as painless as possible.

Best experience we have ever had at a dealership. Jason A. Made the entire time super easy and straight forward. We were in and out with a new vehicle in 2 hours! We will definitely be going back, as well as telling all our family and friends to go there!!

My wife and I wanted to write this review in order to express how we both honestly felt when we put our needs in the hands of the sales consultant Jason Antypas.Now we have chosen to wait a little bit, so as to let the "buying a new car" excitement settle somewhat in order to clearly reflect on our experience.The Olympia Mazda dealership in the Capital Auto Mall it selfis a welcoming and friendly place to buy a car.We didn't expect that, as we somewhat feared dealershipsand the stress that can be associated with buying a car.Boy where we glad we stopped in and began our quest with them.I must say that right from the beginning and then at every step throughout buying our car we were treated to 1st Class care.Our happiness was always the one thing that Jason never lost sight of (we could see that it was his joy).His core focus was on us witch made us feel respected and appreciated.Never did we get pressured, never were we allowed tobecome confused, nor were we exposed to any kind of trickery.In fact every question we asked and every point we made was heard first time and promptly addressed right then, each and every time.Jason excels at going above and beyond and clearlyenjoyed making us feel comfortable and stress free.When we sat in with the Finance Manager Mike Abbott, againwe were treated with Top Shelf Care.Mike I believe sets the example of who everyone hopes to finance their car with.Mike treated us as people not as just another sale.He showed us with clarity all finance and warranty options as well as accessories that were available.We then made our choices and he simply made them happen with the appreciated joyful mannerism he has through out our purchase.We could go on and on (and feel as though we should)because that's how satisfied we really are.So then ... Ask for Greg Warren when you go to Olympia Mazda. My family and I recently traded in our Subaru Legacy and upgraded to a Subaru Ascent. Greg not only assisted in having the Ascent transferred from another store, he got us maximum trade-in value on our Legacy, a great price on the Ascent, and his team helped us get an amazing rate! I fully endorse Olympia Mazda, Greg, and his team. They helped out a large military family find the right car and showed amazing customer service every step of the way. Thank you Greg!

I purchased my car two months ago from Olympia Mazda. From the start, Marcus was so accommodating with most of the buying process being remote. Once at the dealership, Marcus and Jeremy could not have made the process smoother. They were both so knowledgeable and patient with any questions I had. I m been very happy with my car and that I ended up at Olympia Mazda for such an easy process.

If you re looking for a place that ll treat you with 5 star service definitely look no further. These guys are awesome! Not only did they sell us a car with a great deal they also included fixing some of the cosmetic issues for free. We have our car in the shop now to do this and they hooked us up with a loaner car for the time being. These guys will make sure you re taken care of! If you re looking for a place to get your car serviced or to buy your next car I d highly recommend this place.The wife and I seriously appreciate all you guys have done for us!

I just purchased my Mazda CX9-signature with the super amazing dealer Mr. Greg Warren. I got it with more than 8k mileage with a very good deal. He made the transaction so very easy for me and tell me about the story about the car how it was took good care from the last owner. He is above and beyond. Highly recommended and he deserve a 5*.

Buying a new car can be super stressful and most of the time unenjoyable. From the minute we pulled into the Mazda dealership we were greeted outside by a super friendly gentleman eager to help us. He showed us around and we immediately started testing out cars. Although he couldn't close the deal, he transitioned us to Greg, who was able to take over. Greg was knowledgeable and friendly and we were happy to work with him. Thank you Mazda and Greg for the fantastic service and enjoyable car-buying experience.

This is our third experience with Olympia Mazda and again they did not disappoint! Greg Warren, our salesperson, was friendly, accessible and most importantly, knowledgeable and efficient. He helped make the process of buying our third CX-5 quick and comfortable. He was very available to us and understood what our needs were. He took the time to explain our vehicle, and he made sure I knew how to download and use the My Mazda app. He shared the options/add-ons that are available, but never made us feel pressured to buy everything. He even followed up after a few days to be sure I didn t have any further questions and that I was happy with my vehicle! Jeremy in finance was also very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, which made the paperwork process quick and simple. We would recommend this team to our friends and family for sure!

This is the second Mazda we bought from Tommy Mazda (AKA: Tom Helms) at Olympia Mazda. He's super awesome and not one of those aggressive people who sell cars. He listened to our wants/needs, and scoured around to find the perfect car for me and even worked with Mike the finance guy to get a lower rate than my bank gave to me.He also took cool pics of my new car while I was inside finishing up paperwork with Mike (who was also super amazing!). I am beyond thrilled to drive my new Barbie car/Mazda MX-5 RF! Thanks so much, Tommy & Mike - it is refreshing to work with people who are not pushy at all and absolutely know how to provide excellent customer service!

We had a wonderful experience buying a used car at Olympia Mazda. We came in close to closing time, but we were taken care of and everyone was incredibly friendly. Brittney set us up with exactly what we were looking for. Shoutout to Mike and Tony for staying late and helping us too! It is a trustworthy dealership & I would definitely shop there again.

Bought a used 2022 Honda Civic EX-L for a great price here 2 weeks ago, had a great experience working with Greg - very good guy, restored my faith in dealerships (at least Olympia Mazda). They care about the experience and fairness here, not a cut-throat kind of dealership. Car is amazing, love the new Honda Civics
