Had such a great experience! Contacted them online and got texted right away (my preferred contact). They got me in touch with Camillia and she was amazing! She was so sweet and helpful. They got my vehicle moved to a closer dealership and helped me get to a price I wanted. I also had the pleasure to meet Tyler Griffin to help me with the financial portion and he was just as amazing and allowed me to ask any questions i had. They were transparent about everything and kept me in the loop.A little over a month later update:So I am still happy with my experience with the sales and finance people. BUT i have had a horrible time with the service department.a week after buying the vehicle, the check engine light turned on. my husband is a mechanic, so i wasn t super worried as he found out the issue quickly and the light turned on as a fail safe. i contacted the dealership and they told me to come in whenever i could. I dealt with Tyler in the service department who was super nice and great! While we were talking about the issue, another guy (I think the manager Jason?) interrupted and said they would have to find out the issue themselves which was completely fine. After Tyler used his scanner telling him that the thermostat was the issue, then i was told i would need to make an appointment for it to be fixed. They couldn t get me in for four weeks. Jason came over and asked if I had brought a warranty with the car and told me that what I had purchased would cover fixing the thermostat. He talked to me like I didn t know what I was talking about and kept repeating every he was saying to me. Let s just say I had a better conversation with Tyler then Jason.So my husband and I went back four weeks later, and Jason was there. We told him we were there for the appointment and he asked if we had a warranty to cover the fix and I said I had this specific warranty and he acted like he had never heard of it and told us he needed to go out to the car and that we could wait as he would also need to contact the warranty to see if they would cover it. Jason was not very nice to us and had an attitude with us. So in the meantime, my husband talked to the other guy in there, Cody, about something else (a replacement key) and he was super great. We went into the waiting room and after about 20 ish minutes, Cody was the one to come out to tell us that the warranty wasn t going to cover the fix. Even though I had been told a month before that it would be. So we decided that my husband would just fix it himself.I m very grateful for Cody and Tyler and they re spectacular service! We went back a few days later to get my replacement key and talked with Tyler and that visit was great.

I was addressed online after making an inquiry on a truck they had listed. The follow-through was quick through and considerate. Sales staff was helpful as well but after my original offer on the truck which should have just been sale price, license and doc fees with the tax of course, I was told that it was actually a grand total of almost $43,000 when the list price online was $34,000. I'm sure you could understand how shocked I was. When asked what the other line items were, I was told that it was standard practice and they were automatically added on for all vehicles. At the description of the employee, the appearance package consist of ceramic wax and other treatments that total nearly $2,000. Also, there was an additional item for a theft deterrent that is not stock equipment so I was charged for that as well. But WAIT, there's more! I was also charged $1,000 for gap insurance which is completely unnecessary because I was prepared to put $10,000- $12,000 on the truck. With my pre-approval I should have been able to leave the store with the truck of my choosing for around $450 a month but most of the line items would not be removed. I most certainly left disappointed. Instead I found the same truck 5 years newer in Aberdeen for $7,000 less with 40,000 forty thousand less miles on it. I suppose the silver lining here is that I bought exactly what I wanted and had enough money left over for an extended warranty, so In a matter of speaking Olympia Chrysler Jeep inadvertently guided me in the right direction(Five Star Ford Chrysler) so I'll be awarding one Best regards and happy hunting,Lance Denison

What a great experience. We traded in our 2022 Subaru Outback Wilderness edition for a 2023 Jeep Wrangler Willy and could not be happier! The entire process was smooth and easy. Everyone was so knowledgeable and helpful and easy to talk to. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I recommend them to anyone who wants a great experience. The sales manager went above and beyond and so did the two sales people Daniel and Tyler who helped us. The GM even came up and introduced himself to us. I m super impressed with how smooth everything went! Huge shout out to Olympia Chrysler/Jeep!

Purchased a new 2023 mega cab for work and the process could not have been easier, start to finish. I originally showed interest online and was quickly contacted by the call center who sent over a walk around video of the truck. I then got a call stating I was approved, as I filled out the application online. I finally went into the location to test drive with Micah and decided to sleep on it. There was no pressure, which was nice. The next day we spoke with the GM who was also kind and efficient and came back in to finalize the deal with Micah. Tyler helped us with all our paperwork and was a great addition to our experience. Both Tyler and Micah checked in on me afterwards to show they were there for me if any questions or concerns were to arise. This trio was certainly refreshing, as I just purchased a different work truck a couple months ago at rairdon subaru in auburn, who were the epitome of used car salesmen. Thank you all for your amazing above and beyond customer service. I will definitely be back for either a hellcat or 392 jeep :)

One of the best buying experience ever ! Not only was each person professional but went above and beyond. I was purchasing from out of state so the logistics were important and handled smoothly. I truly cannot say enough kind things. Shout out to Chrissy my first contact with the dealership. Michael Perran handled all the logistics of the purchase, transportation from the airport and arranging for the car. Micah was extremely attentive to every detail on the car. I would highly recommend the dealership to everyone!

Had a steering assist factory harness installed on my 2017 Cherokee Trailhawk to address an issue with flat towing it. I had no choice but to go to a Jeep dealership as Jeep will not sell the parts directly. This place knows less than nothing about flat-towing a car. More than $700 later, it was installed. When I arrived at the dealer to pick up my car, I was told that they needed me to go home and fetch my Class A Diesel Pusher so they could test the work they had done. Couldn't they have told me that before I got there??? And as much as I like my car, it's nowhere near as important to me and expensive as my rig. You really think I'm going to let you mess with my rig??? Turns out my concern was valid. After months of dealing with a flat battery and other electrical problems, I took the car to a small business with a hot-shot auto-electrician who found numerous issues with the way the factory harness was installed. $1200 additional later, the issues were solved. I'll never go near this place again.

I would like to recognize Cody, who works in the service department. Since moving here from California in April, I have been taking my Jeep Rubicon to Olympia Jeep. Cody has demonstrated customer care every time I have an appointment. A few days ago, I had my ID stuck in my hand brake console, and Cody was kind enough to assist me without hesitation. That is excellent customer care. Keep up the great work!I would also like to recognize Randy, the parts department manager. Randy helped me when I was looking for wheels and tires for my Jeep. If you are thinking of buying a car from here...BETTER ONLY BE A JEEP. Don't buy a USED car that's NOT a Jeep from this place. They are the exact reason that USED CAR dealers have that "I need a shower after dealing with that place" feeling. I bought a car at the end of the year so the PUSH was on (so were the aggressive sales tactics) and we needed a car badly. We asked has it had been through a safety check. "all of our cars go through a full safety check" (come to find out it has to meet minimum safety standards) After a month of owning it. Found out it needed new brakes since they had 3MM wear left. Needed new tires (had 3/32 left on the tread) and BEST of all there was a film of hard water stain on ALL WINDOWS AND MIRRORS. That makes it dangerous to drive. (will be paying a detailer $150 to fix, it after having 3 detail shops tell me the same thing)Now we are in month 3. PAID FOR AN EXTENDED WARRANTY...Just to be told by the Olympia Jeep service department "Ohh yea its covered but you need to take it to a Hyundai dealership to get the work fixed" So I had to find a Hyundai dealership to take it to. (They are so excited when you bring in a car under someone else's(non-OEM) extended warranty and a car they did not sell) AGAIN THANKS OLYMPIA JEEP!THE ONLY POSITIVE SIDE THE GUY WHO SOLD US THE CAR NO LONGER WORKS THERE. So you will won't get screwed by him. It will just be another one of their "sales" people.

THIEVES....... I came in to purchase a 2023 Pacifica hybrid that they have had in stock for over a year and discounted I have a 2019 Chevy Impala to trade the Kelley Blue book retail is about $12,000 the trade-in is about 8,500 the manager the manager Michael offered me $3,000 for my 2019 Chevy Impala!!!! What???? You couldn't buy a 2000 Impala for $3k nowadays this is a 2019What a thief you want to steal my car for $3000 to make up for the discount you have on the brand new vehicle? this is why dealerships are going out of business dealerships with a blue book value of $12,000 I am so appalled that this person attempted to steal my $12,000 car for $3000 with a straight face to make up for the sale they were having on the vanshame on you Michael as a desk manager you should go back to being a salesperson there's a reason you guys have been sitting on this car for over a year this and I will upload the pencil shortly I came in on a $36,000 vehicle and left with a pencil for $54,000 it is not 1980 in the car business anymore you should be embarrassed and I will upload the exact numbsAnd even worse not only did he lowball me at $3,000 for a 2019 Impala he had the audacity to try to add all of that back into my loan with interest and act like he was doing me a favor safe to say I went to another dealership they gave me $8,100 for my car and we proceeded forward with business. My total amount financed was $10,000 lessShame on you Michael $3,000 for my 2019 Impala and $1,200 a month you need to get a real job bud nurses have to get college degrees which requires some thinking in the real world they know better than the sign contracts like these but it's extremely offensive to a woman by herself to have someone offer you $3,000 for your 2019 Impala my tires were $1,000

Do not take vehicle here, I have taken my vehicle here 3 times in the last month and spent over 2000 for it to have the check engine light come on as soon as I drive it a couple of times. You would think that they would diagnose whatever the issue was, fix it, and not have something else break or go out a day later. I have heard that dealerships are like this. All about the money, it makes me sad and brokeShuttle guy was nice though.

Great experience with the salesperson, manager and finance person...RC, Shawn n Tyler. But I was disappointed that I was not notified of the additional cost for the anti-theft, nitrogen, fob replacement package which is automatically added to the cost of the vehicle and is not negotiable.

This is my second purchase from Olympia jeep. I have had good experiences from purchase to repairs. This time I purchased a 2023 grand cherokee. The salesman, Adam was kind, attentive and not overbearing. He was able to find me something I liked in my price range. His manager, Michael, came by to introduce himself and offer suggestions and feedback on his experiences with his own grand cherokee. We had Tyler from financing walk us through our payment options and made sure we had a good deal that met our specific needs. We never felt pushed, rushed, talked down to or overwhelmed. They were patient with questions and offered thorough explanations. I returned to Olympia jeep a few days later for further instruction, both Adam and Michael sat with me and talked as well as helped me fine tune to my comfort in the grand cherokee. I would highly recommend them and may be back again. Thank you

Absolutely FANTASTIC people and overall experience!! This was our first time buying a vehicle(on our own) and going here was 100% worth it. They eagerly worked with us to find the plan that was best for our budget/circumstances AND were super patient about answering all our questions! We just love our new 2022 wagoneer!!We have bought many cars both used and new this by far has been one of the best experiences buying.The employees were nice and very helpful. I even got my first full tank of gas free. They got us low monthly payments and very good interest rates. Definitely recommend this place

I recently purchased a 2023 Jeep from Olympia Jeep and I am loving it! We have really enjoyed the one push button for the top down and love how smooth it drives. We also were so thankful to have a great team to guide us through the process. Buying a vehicle can be such a pain but they were honest and helpful start to finish. Kudos to sales manager Efren for your friendly and authentic attitude along with finance and helping better explain warranties and coverage. Bringing the world together, one jeep at a time!

I wouldn t recommend this dealer they only care about you 2 months after you buy you re car and that s it. I bought a 2023 jeep compass and I only had it for 6 months and my jeep already started having issues the rear door doesn t want to open and my vehicle is making a weird rattling noise every time I turn it on my vehicle only has 7,000 miles I called to make a service appointment and no one ever answers and after I finally got an answer they didn t have anything available until 2 months from when I calle the excuse they gaved me was that they have to many broken jeeps and they don t have any spots . First and last time buying a jeep .
