I had a break in on my vehicle. I found out they were able to easily work with my insurance company, so I called, and was able to bring my vehicle down that same morning and get a quote. My car was done on time, they kept me updated and everyone was very kind and helpful. Highly recommend! They made the process super easy!

I had my car hit and run a few weeks ago. I eventually took it to Olympia Auto Body because the lady at the front desk was nice and got my car in same day for an estimate. I am so glad I did. They did an excellent job in about half the time they had estimated. It is beautiful. They also detailed the car inside and out. They have earned our business for life (although we're hoping to never need auto body work again)

This shop was very fair to me. I had a little thing to take care of, Dennis gave me an option for fixing it myself. I ended up going with the shop doing the work, and the price paid was what the price quoted, which was reasonable. Dennis also explained the pricing for getting body work/a paint job. I appreciate the time he took even when he knew there was no way I could go that route. If I ever play the lottery and win, I will go here because of Dennis's helpful and friendly interaction.UPDATE - 05/04/2023 7:30AMI did a quick consultation with Tracy about a minor issue I had with a door not seating properly when closed. Tracy was very helpful and told me exactly how to address the issue myself. I would have spent the money if I had needed to, but Tracy kindly took the time to check the issue out and show me the fix. I like to spend my money with local small businesses whenever possible, so after I hit a raccoon on the freeway I called around to collision centers. From the beginning they were phenomenal. The receptionist lady magnificent. The quote was much cheaper than the other 2 and they not only fixed the entire front end and air conditioning to brand new on our Mazda 5, but they even vacuumed out the inside of the car and washed it. In addition they finished 2 days earlier than expected. Hopefully I never need to use another collusion center, but if I do they re always going to get our business. My fiance and I were in an accident where the other insurance company is taking care of all of it. It seems like they get a lot of business, but we had the initial estimate in about 20 minutes. Staff was friendly and the waiting room was pretty tidy. I don't know much about car repairs and costs, so I can't say whether or not the estimate was accurate, but the guy who did it walked me through the points on the bill without talking down to me, and it did make sense.

Took my car to this business after getting into an accident. They said they could do the repair and it would take 1-2 weeks. The repair ended up taking months as I had to bring the car back 5 times. They forgot to paint pieces, the pieces that they did paint had fresh scratches on them, they damaged my car in the process of their repair which resulted in them repairing it even more. Their hours of operation are only 8 to 5 so it was incredibly difficult to go there after 5 and find anybody. I would pick up my car, find stuff that they hadn't done and I would have to bring it back the next day. All in all I had to bring the car back 10 times. They did eventually fix it all, but their initial estimate was just plain wrong. I would not recommend taking your car to this business. Even today I am finding parts that they did not paint, or pieces that were put on wrong. Worst autobody in Thurston County!

Stopped by the shop at 4:50 on a Friday night looking for some replacement plastic fasteners to hold my grill parts together. Todd looked at the issue, was right back with fasteners, installed them and I was on my way by 5. Great service, friendly staff and also no charge.I would definitely go back to this business.

They did a fabulous job with my car and it looks great. I just wish they had communicated better between me and my insurance company. I don't know who dropped the ball - but I had a hard time setting up a ride at the last minute when the rental I had requested fell through.

First, they did a great job and were very courteous.That said, they estimated the repair at $900 and the job ended up being $1700. They never called me to inform me of the change, and instead submitted $1200 (instead of $400) as a claim to my insurance company, causing a cascade of surcharges that will cost me more over time than if I had paid for everything out of pocket.

They put the car back together but did not fix it after front end damage from accident... air conditioner still does not work and had to take the vehicle to another shop because they left my brake cable wrapped around the drive line - VERY DANGEROUS. Two stars because, at least, they were very nice!

Excellent support!! I had someone pull in front of my car at about 42 mph smashing my vehicle up pretty seriously and it was towed to Olympia Autobody. Joel Steever and his crew did a wonderful job of helping me out in a bind not just with damage assessments but logistical support. Before I was even off the phone with my insurance company making the claim they had a rental car waiting for me, provided some bags for items out of my car, and had me on the road in under 30 minutes. This is a top notch organization that cares about their customers first.

They forgot to call me after I took my car there, it was over a holiday weekend so when I called them on Wednesday the first they did was apologize instead of making excuses. The work was excellent. It was the second time I had to use them in 15 years and both times the work was done really well. After the initial snafu they kept in touch and delivered the car and the exact date they said they would. Nice job guys. Dont get fat and lazy now.

Late, late, late...and they charged my insurance for their mistake repairing a headlight. They had my car for like 3 weeks, and they kept changing the promise date on the paperwork so they could report compliance with my insurance. I won't go here again.

This place goes above and beyond to ensure quality work and customer satisfaction! They provided a loaner car free of charge while my vehicle was being repaired! All around great experience! Although I don't wish to see them again... hahaha

Grossly overestimated fender bender repair. Quoted $1.5K: $500 - bumper, fender replacement parts, and the rest - 20 hours of labor. The estimator said that the fender, which was bent a little bit, could not be fixed needed to be replaced. I paid at another shop $600. Only a bumper was replaced ($170). The mechanic did the superb job (did it in one day) it looks better now than it was before. Do not believe Olympia Autobody when they say there is no way to fix parts and everything has to be replaced.

They repaired my Kia Sedona after an accident, they were great. The van was done when they said it would be done. When my alarm wasn't working quite right afterwards they fixed it promptly and dropped me off at work and picked me up.

Would only recommend this shop if you want to bring your car back several times, get a loaner car with an empty gas tank, have them forget to put your radiator cap back on, and have the staff give you attitude when you just want your car fixed the right way. Worst body shop I ve ever worked with.

Rich is the best auto body shop in town. I have been taking my vehicles including two Corvettes to Rich for 15 years. Very honest and reliable.

These men are not just good they are very good. My car came out as good as new and finished when they said it would be, I hope I never need to used them again but, if I do need work done on my car it will be them.
