We need an adapter sleeve for the tow hitch 2H. The general man was just so helpful and also gave us a chance to try it for 30 seconds to make sure that will be the right ball and joint we were in and out pretty fast and there was no wastage stage of time.

Patsy and the team were extremely helpful and even had a Easter egg for my kiddo! Definitely coming back to this location. I love when I can get what I need and when the staff is knowledgeable

Had a head light go out.. got new ones and didn't have any tools to change it.. the lady behind the counter ask if I needed help and honestly helped me a lot and she treated my daughter very nice as she help me choose both my head lights.. will definitely go back

I utilized the free O'Reilly oil recycling for the first time today. Bring your container in, they will dump it and return your container back to you. Quick and easy.

Needed some last minute help , with 5 minutes left before close I asked if I could pay over the phone for a bottle of coolant and that they could set it outside as I would be there in 10 minutes. Flat out no! AutoZone right down the road came through tho! Chase i think his name was clearly didn't want yo help someone in need as he had better things to do.

These guys are always so nice and helpful! I love taking good care of my '05 Ranger with 99k miles on it. I even got a good deal on some better headlight bulbs so I could have better visibility out in the woods at night and they had a solid recommendation.

I needed a headlight bulb. It was painlessly easy because I ordered what I needed for pickup, on their website, and headed out to lunch.I got email saying it was ready to pickup. So I finished up lunch and headed over.Gave my order number and picked it up and left. Very little waiting. Badda Bing badda boom.

When my serpentine belt shredded and blew and my coolant boiled off with my kids in the car a few blocks away, I barely made it to their lot. The whole sales team provided excellent and expedient curbside services, got me exactly the belt and coolant I needed, and even loaned me a tensioner wrench so I could replace my belt and refill my coolant to get back on the road. One belt, one bottle of fast orange, some paper towels, and a couple jugs of coolant. Deserved 6/5

The only reason to give them a second star is their military discount. Bad customer service, unknowledgeable staff. The only reason to give a third star is that they have, on a couple occasions been accommodating and friendly.Okay for buying cheap stuff, if you're in a hurry, or borrowing tools. Okay to dispose of used motor oil.The more expensive stuff is much cheaper online and you can use these automotive stores' websites' search engines to find the parts numbers and brands for what fits your vehicle. Then search that part number and brand online. You will find parts cheaper than what O'Reilly's offers if you're willing to wait a little longer for the shipping.

Store employees sold my part after I called in and reserved it. They were adamant about their justification for selling the part and seemed to want me to acknowledge their behavior as acceptable. Basically one employee didn t tell another who then sold the part. Frankly, the store assistant manger and manager were a reflection of this transaction. Headed back to Quest and Napa, their hours are shorter but they treat you well.

I had a dead battery, like super dead. These lovely people checked the battery, and even installed the new one for me!They didn't even judge me for how bad the old battery was!Definitely coming back to the Cooper Point Rd store for any future auto needs!10 out of 5 stars for the staff being awesome!

Kris with a K is super helpful. He coordinated a last min oil change for me. He was calling a bunch of ppl and a customer of his, Mark... walked in and he asked if they would help. THEY DID, sooooo cool. Thank you everyone for your help! 5 stars!!!!

So grateful for their fast and professional service. I needed a new battery and the gentleman who helped me removed my old battery and installed the new one for no additional charge. I was in and out in less than 15 min. IMO, they are the best in the biz.

I absolutely LOVE this store and the employees! I couldn t remove one of my car s headlights that I thought needed replacing...the fastener holding it in was stuck. When I stepped inside the store to ask for help, it was like all the troops rallied to help me! Dave and Dustin worked on it until they were able to unhook it. It seems the light had shifted somehow (apparently I didn t put it in as securely as I thought!), which caused the fastener to get stuck. Not only did they solve that problem, but it turns out that light I just installed less than a month ago was still good (and worked perfectly once it was nestled just right in the cradle) so that saved me some money right there! Thank you, thank you, thank you, guys! You really made my day. What was probably not a big deal for you guys to accomplish was truly a big deal to me. Thanks also to their awesome manager, Sarah, who allows them to step out of the store to help customers like me! (And, of course, thanks to Eric for overseeing the work. *wink*)

I had a problem with my truck and the two men that worked the counters on 08/27/21, I forgot there names, but they went over and above when helping me and stayed patient with me and even took annitiative to go give me good advice when asking questions about working on my truck. I definitely appreciate the customer service and welcoming atmosphere. Keep up the great job, effort, and customer service. Thank You Gentlemen.

Assistant Manager, Kris, was so helpful and friendly. I needed a specific size car cover which showed on line that it was there at his store, but when I got there. Couldn't find it on the shelf, he located it in a bin not unloaded yet and found it for me. He also told me if it didn't fit the car right, I could bring it back for full refund. Great customer service! Thank you.

Not only did they help retrieve exactly what I needed the minute I walked in the door, they also helped me 30 minutes later when I came back experiencing technical difficulties. The employees are willing to give you 100% of their attention when they are helping you. Will definitely go back as I am new to the area and this was my first experience with this specific store

The people here are really knowledgeable, helpful, and quick. I went in to find a specific type of blade for my wipers, they had it in my hot little hands within 5 minutes, and then one of the guys helped me install it. 2 thumbs up!

Amazing customer service. I needed a simple coil pack replacement but the removal process went very wrong in the parking lot. Some rubber had melted a bit so the part tore in half when I pulled it out. Long shaft and a remaining half of the part lodged inside... I feared the worse.. Towing my car to a shop. The staff, including the manager, pooled their knowledge and resources to find a solution and remove debris. They took the time to help and after a bit I was on my way with a new coil pack installed. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

Out of all the places that sell auto parts this place is the most knowledgeable you have Jarred there and Dalton they both are very educated persons and they are willing to help you they are always there with a friendly advice and they go over and above for what they do for a living and I'm very grateful for them this is my favorite business out of all the businesses on Google revealed this is my absolute favorite business
