Great service when we needed help. My wife s car wouldn t start. Michael arrived quickly and was very helpful. After ascertaining that the flatbed truck he brought would not work under the circumstances, he got a smaller truck sent out and Steve was able to tow our vehicle to get the service it needs. Thank you both for your time and effort today!

I had a blowout, and had to send for AAA to help. I was lucky they sent out Steve that day because he was there within 5 minutes. Within 20 minutes we were at Costco Tire center repairing the damage. It turned a bad day into a better one!

Had to get a tow for my C350 7.3idi. Rick from Nisqually arrived on time and made quick work loading it.I greatly appreciate the care and professionalism shown throughout the entire tow.Hopefully I'll never need another, but I now know the company I will call on for any future needs.A BIG thanks to Rick, and Nisqually Towing for their help.

I have had to have one or more of my vehicles towed at least once every year of the six years I have lived in Nisqually A&T's territory. Their response time is within an hour of calling, their drivers are both friendly and efficient, the vehicle is always delivered to the shop quickly. I wish I could remember the names of all these drivers; I cannot. The most recent fellow was Steve who kept NA&T's five-star continuing with his exceptional service.

Had to have new car towed home, these guys were fast and efficient. Steve was there ahead of schedule, super friendly and helpful. Very happy. This is my second time using Nisqually towing and they are Awesome.

Fast & Friendly service as always! Y'all saved my A$$ today when I lost a coolant line on my Porsche Cayenne. I have had your phone number memorized for at least 25 years. This is the first time I have personally had one of my vehicles towed. The call was quick & easy-she got my info & location. Jason arrived & took exceptional care while loading, securing, & offloading my car. I will continue to refer anyone who needs your services.

The folks at Nisqually Automotive are awesome. They helped jump my car when it wouldn t start at the gas station across the street. And later helped get my car back on the road quickly when I had a minor issue. I would definitely bring my car back to them again.

It's never fun to have your vehicle break down. When I called AAA they said a tow truck driver would be coming within 2 hrs. In less than 30 minutes Steve of Nisqually Towing came to our rescue. He was so friendly & professional. Thank you for having such great employees!

I needed a tow home on a busy Friday morning after getting stuck at a gas station. Steve arrived quickly and got the car to my home in no time. He was friendly and made sure he had the car parked exactly where I wanted it before leaving. Steve saved my Friday. I hope I don't need another tow, but if I do, I will be calling Nisqually Towing.

Starter went out on my F450 dump truck about 11:30 in the morning. Called several places that were either to busy or didn't work on that large a vehicle. Called Nisqually Automotive and they said they would send a tow truck. They were there in about 45 minutes and took it to their shop. Shop called me and confirmed it was the starter and gave me an estimate that I approved. Was called back at 2:30 saying truck was ready. I picked it up at 3:00 and final bill was actually about $40 less than the estimate. They admitted that normally it wouldn't normally have gone near that fast but things just kind of fell into place. Will definitely keep them on speed dial.

Steve was the right guy with the right equipment. He winched a USPS truck out of ditch and off my fence without damaging either. Good stuff, I wouldn't have been able to do it without destroying something.

My car was stolen and towed here and the people were very helpful with the process of getting my car back. Or in my case gifting it to them and taking the loss on my own behalf. Great staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you

Steve from Nisqually towing was very nice and understanding to my situation. I was in a car accident and was shook up. He listened to me ramble and was very patient with me. I would highly recommend Nisqually towing for any of my towing needs.

My car had some issues and it overheated and leaked antifreeze. I took my car there and they fixed it and it runs amazing and no leaks. Great customer service and didn't cost a fortune. Highly recommend.

This Company think money grow on the tree for other people. They will charge around $4000 for 7 miles tow. Then they will force and even threaten to increase the amount if they don't get money right away. It s like work for whole month and then give everything to this company. Sounds like officers don't care about this.

Today, 10-7-2023, the very nice people took care of me by not only getting me in the bay very quickly her customer service and knowledge was above and beyond excellent. This is the type of business that cares for their customers. Anyone who needs services to their cars or a tow this is where you should go to get the best care and service. Thank you. Nisqually auto.
