Josh is amazing, my mom has been bringing her used car in for years. Midas and Josh went above and beyond to make sure my used car was safe and smooth to drive and gave me priority options instead of all at once. Highly recommend you take your car in to these guys used or not to ensure you have a smooth and safe drive. Love them!! Car was done in one day.

This Midas has been my go-to auto service place for years, and a few times (like today) got me in same-day when I ve had unexpected, more serious issues. All the guys here are great, but Jeremy especially is very personable, gives you realistic upfront quotes, fair pricing, no pressure, and runs a great shop. Thank you!

Came to the shop with about 3000 in repairs being needed, and Cody (Manager) took care of us from the first phone call to us coming in and picking it up and we won't be doing business anywhere else. The vehicle was taking a little longer than expected, and Cody kept us in the loop and was more than accommodating and handled the whole situation more than professionally. Crew even stayed past closing just to get it done. Thank you very much, Midas, for your hard work and compassion towards your customers.

Expensive repair, but it was needed. I was on my way down to a vacation trip and my car started acting up around Olympia. I called Midas and asked if they could fix it within an hour and a half of closing time. They got me in a few minutes later and fixed it up and even stayed a few minutes late to make sure it was done. Much appreciated and I was still able to make it to my vacation destination that night.

Josh is pretty amazing and really straightforward. It was nice to have someone in an industry known for raking people over the coals to pad the cost of service, to be honest, and beyond helpful in getting the repairs needed. Also, Josh has the best prices around for everyday stuff, and if you find it cheaper elsewhere, tell him and he ll take care of it. Was over charged every time I went there. Took me a year to post this but I got my brakes and tires changed here and they totally ripped me off. 4k for just that! Then they had the audacity to not put them in right my brakes still squeal, when I brought it back they brushed me off. Honestly I'm still pissed. Total rip off. Also, When I told them my freeon was leaking in a different car (1998 Ford Escort) They looked me dead in my face the first time and went 'oh it's out of freeon' no duh I said that. Because there is a leak. Then proceeded to charge me when they replace small parts that ultimately didn't change a thing. Ended up selling that car before I got my brakes and tires changed on the Jeep.They also tried to pull the stupid leaf trick as if a leaf sitting on the engine is going to harm the stupid thing. Seriously hate how ignorant they thought people were. This entire place will rip you off.

I gave this shop an absolute nightmare of a job, exhaust manifolds on a 35 year old Ford 300 with the original headers. Got the job done correctly, despite the litany of issues that always come up while working on older rigs. Great shop, excellent communication throughout the process

This place is amazing!!!! Nick put in my exhaust system and updated me every step of the way. Service was amazing josh at the front desk was super friendly and made this experience probably the best I ve had going to a shop for my truck. Hands down will recommend to all my friends. And I will be coming back with whatever I need.!!!

I am a repeat customer at this location specifically. Josh is awesome, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I really appreciate that they don't treat me like I'm an idiot when it comes to explaining complicated car things to me. I've had bad experiences at other oil change places before, but NEVER here. It's ALWAYS a positive experience and I always leave feeling better. I feel like my car is in good hands when I'm here. Thanks for being amazing, guys!Service: Oil change

These guys are the go to place for any of your car maintenance needs. They are honest and paitient. Willing to work with you especially surrounding these inflation costs. They take their time yet are speedy in taking careful consideration of your car.They will tell you what needs done vs what can wait. They truly are the best. Just got a routine oil change and one of those inspections that mechanics do. They got the oil change done quicker than I expected. The gentleman at the front desk told me about the issues that he saw on my older vehicle without being pushy or overbearing. Best auto shop I ve ever been to! Great customer service and great transparency with issues and prices. They even showed me what was wrong with my car when most shops don't let you see what needs to be fixed! Second time we've been to midas of Olympia to have our car serviced and Josh was a huge help again. He's always informative and his customer service is great even though he had to juggle multiple clients and answer phone calls. We highly recommend midas of Olympia.

Always a great work. Never once let me down.I did work at midas of Medford, they messed up with an installation of fuel line, it was dripping diesel. Noticed it when I got home. Went to this shop and they took care of it fully, no questions asked ($800 job).I've been a customer here for a number of years, they always do a quality work.

I wanted to thank the team at Midas in Kenyon St. in Olympia, WA. I made my appointment online between 2pm-4pm. With in minutes I got a call back from Jon. Setting up the exact time and date for my brakes to be serviced. I do not know much about cars other than when a car makes an unusual noise something is most likely wrong. This is my first car I have owned and maintenance is important specially to keep my car running properly. I travel for work and my car is like my office basically.My brakes were serviced in a timely manner. Even found my parking brake was out of position and readjusted for me. I appreciated the knowledgeable advice I was given. My car felt like a new car once driving it. I would highly recommend Midas to others if they need work done on their own car. I live in Tacoma but work near this location. I tend to drop by with I have time for maintenance and go to work. Josh and his crew have been great every time I ve had them check my tires and do an oil change over the years. These days to get in same day at any place is hard but Josh has made it happen for me! Outstanding price for Full Synthetic! The man upfront, Dave, I think, was great to chat with, and seemed very knowledgeable. I came in to replace a headlight my friend s car and they did it in less than a third of the time estimated! The manager and shop were so professional and helpful I immediately returned with my car and got an oil change and inspection!
