EXTREMELY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, LOW QUALITY WORK. Stay away from this place at all costs!! I Was charged 3400 for repairs on my car and expected at least a decent result for that price. Soren was pleasant to work with at first when he was quoting the work. But when I got the car back the front bumper was barely held on, the body panels were all poorly installed and it was clearly rushed or done by someone who has never installed body panels. As soon as I mentioned the condition of the car Soren got super rude and unprofessional and made me feel like I was inconveniencing him for mentioning that they didn t install things correctly. On top of that, the car was covered in overspray, and even a huge spot of paint on the passenger window where the painter tested his sprayer and never bothered to come back and remove the paint.

Had my sunroof glass replaced on my '18 F-150. Fairly quick to schedule me in and the work was done promptly. I picked my truck up and the sunroof had a whistling sound the whole way home. They were able to fit me in the very next day to get it fixed (turned out to be a minor alignment issue) so I'm happy about that. Would have rather had it done right the first time (hence the 4 stars) but otherwise solid service.

I have had 2 car's and got my vehicles windows done with this place and they are good. I'll do it this time with a new car.

Saw the decent rating of 4+ stars but I must not be their kind of customer. Seems that if you want good service you have to know somebody. Heard/read too many complaints while there and decided I should go somewhere else. Y all be weary. I listened to my insurance adjuster and went with their guaranteed shop.

I got my first car and it needed some minor work done. I brought it to M&S Collision and they got me in instantly. Sorren had his team get it done within that week. Amazing work done! I highly recommend M&S Collision. The entire crew is on top of their game. They are personable, intuitive, and know how to make your visit worthy. Owner Soren has been instrumental with my truck needs and loaded with bodywork knowledge. 5 Stars for sure!!! Give M&S a call. You will be glad you did. RICK DUNN

buyer beware they have a 4.5 star rating but they don t deserve it. They will try to scam you if you let them.I took my car in and they lazily and haphazardly put the car back together. The mechanical issues weren t fixed, just the body (barely) was. Many dash lights were on, the engine overheated nearly instantly, the body & paint was chipped and dented where it wasn t before, my headlights & electrical system remain dysfunctional, and somehow my windshield had formed a huge irreparable crack. I had to ask them to correct these issues, twice!It seems they just wanted to do the minimum effort and get away with as much as possible. Now I have to go source paint repair and fix the electrical problem don t give this place a penny!Service: Auto body & trim repair

Awesome place. From the minute I called with questions about prices to setting up my appointment. This is a great business.After choosing the film for my car they took the car back and started the process.Used their 10% coupon I saw on instagram. I will be sending all my friends. I contacted this business to get an estimate. I sent the pics to the email, and I received a reply from Christina M to send more pics. I did as I was asked, sent pics, and responded now 4 days later, but still no reply. What a great impression this business has left on me. Moving on.

Great local company with awesome customer service and high quality work. From the office to the repair work I trust these people with all my vehicles for window tinting and any aftermarket modifications, definitely the place to go. They are willing to work you in to a busy schedule and have great prices definitely who I'll keep going to.

I cannot express just how frustrated and disappointed I am with this business. One of our work trucks was sideswiped in January, and this was the shop I was referred to to get repairs done. I was told they are great to work with.They are not.The estimate was performed, but never saved by their staff. When I called to schedule service, I was given a day to bring it in to begin, but when I called the day before to make sure everything was going to be on schedule (I have 3 trucks and 3 technicians, being down a truck is a major inconvenience) they had no clue about anything. Not only was there no file created, no parts ordered, no time scheduled, they didn't even have a copy of the estimate! I had to email them my copy, which they couldn't open because apparently nobody on staff knows how email attachments work, they had to start over from scratch and push the appointment back.Every time I called to get an update, nobody knew anything and told me they would call back with an update, but nobody ever EVER calls back. Steve, who did the estimate and scheduling, lied and told me he called my cell phone but there was no record of a missed call or a voicemail. When called out on his BS he would just laugh.Now it is June (4 months after the estimate was done) and I was told everything was set up for the 6th. I arrived to drop off my truck, and what do you know nobody had a clue about anything! Nobody had a copy of my estimate, no file had been made, nobody knew the vehicle was coming in or how long it would take, but assured me someone would call me the next day with an update. Nobody called me the next day, or the day after, so I called and was told nobody had even looked at my truck they had in their possession for 3 days!I picked up my truck and I'm using somebody else. How can any business survive being so incompetent and caring so little about helping their customers? These people are horrible and you should not do business with them.

Came in for a verbal estimate to have the damage to my rear bumper assessed. Steve was very kind and helpful in explaining the extent of the damage and the cost. He explained how my vehicle was set up due to the year and how the integrity of the vehicle was affected. Treated me and my sister with respect and even advised whether repairs would be worth my insurance deductible. Very happy with the care and service provided!

I brought my totaled car into Steve and they fixed it up better than it was before I was in the accident. They did the work in a timely manner and a decent price. Brandi was always kind and helpful with my many questions. Thanks again! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing collision work!

A visit to MW Collision and Auto was due to a recommendation from Plum Street Auto. When I called initially, very cordial receptionist Brandi said come over to see to see if repairs could be done on my moon roof. Upon arrival although everyone seemed busy, I was nicely treated by 3 different folks including Steve who quickly inspected the problem was very sincere to say it was not something he could tackle.This honesty is the reason for the post more so than an analysis of services since I didn't actually have any. However, there seems to be integrity in their operation enough for a positive review and should I need such services as they offer in future.

Swung in here to have them check my windshield for leaks. While there, had them re-hang my front bumper as one of the brackets broke. They did an excellent job. VERY HAPPYSteve and the guys at Martin Way Collision are great. They did a excellent job repairing my cars damage. Now I went overboard and got 6 estimates for repairs. Martin Way wasn't the cheapest compared to a couple of the other estimates I had gotten, but the reason I chose Steve and his shop was for the simple fact that he took time to talk to me about everything I was concerned about. Answered all my questions (which were a lot since I've never had to work with an auto body place before). Steve even asked if I would like a quick tour of his facility to see how the repair would be done. That spoke volumes to me! In the end, the repair was great, the paint job matched and unless you knew my car had been damaged you wouldn't be able to tell. I had to take the car back for a minor adjustment of the trunk and one of the techs (Soren) had the adjustment done in a flash! Thank you so much guys. Highly recommend Martin Way Collision to anyone looking for auto body work.

Excellent customer service and excellent follow through! I didn't have a very big project but it was important to me none the less. Great care was taken to find the right part for the best price. My repair happened to be out of my back pocket which was a bummer. I was quoted a price and the guys were able to get the work done and $65.00 under the price I was quoted. I would definitely do business with this company again. Hopefully I won't have to but if I do, this will be one of my first calls. Thank you again Martin Way Collision.

Took both of our vehicles here, one was fixed very quickly and the other one was totaled out very quickly. Would definitely return if I had another vehicle in a collision (hopefully not lol).

I had a damaged spoiler on my Honda Pilot. Other shops wanted hundreds of bucks to fix it. Steve fixed the damage perfectly by replacing a couple of clips for a modest fee. The service and smiles were excellent throughout the process. I m headed there shortly for a repair on another car!

I walked in based on a recommendation from a friend and was not disappointed. I wanted to get a strip suntek film replaced on my rear bumper. Kyle took care of me, was in an out in less than 30. The price was very reasonable. Will definitely go there again and so do you for all your film and tint products
