Alright. So! Two years ago, my husband was in the market for a new vehicle and after a TON of bad experiences I found a beautiful used Chevy Silverado for sale here. We called on a Sunday and scheduled a test drive for the following Wednesday as we drive about an hour and a half to get to this dealer. We arrived and the salesman we were working with legitimately hid those truck keys for THREE DAYS to ensure we got the opportunity to drive it as planned even if he had other potential sales before us. He held the vehicle for us anyway. We ended up driving off the lot with the truck because it was perfect. The finance department was incredible and they gave us more than we expected for our trade in.The following year, the truck began making a funny noise so my husband took it in and his warranty covered replacing the ball bearings and all of the belts at no cost to us and they put him in a rental the entire time they had it.Fast forward yet another year and I'm looking for a new car myself. So who else would I go to than L&M of Olympia. Zach and Lance were incredible and I ended up test driving and buying a car that had been on the lot for less than 3 days. It had not even gone through detailing or the service department. They took my trade in despite it being a rebuilt title and worked with me financially to keep my payments in the range I was hoping for. I live in Grays Harbor but the drive is beyond worth it for the quality of care, service, and experience you receive.

My wife and I recently purchased a 2018 Mazda CX5 from Lincoln & Mazda of Olympia. We love our new vehicle and had a wonderful buying experience thanks to Brian Swick, the saleman who assisted us through the process. He was extremely helpful, kind, and low pressure. We never felt he was trying to push into buying something, which is something we greatly appreciate and respect.Once we decided on buying, Brian Swick and Jennifer Braun helped us through the process making it quick and painless. We were on the road with our new vehicle in no time at all. Thanks to these two individuals this has been our favorite dealership experience.

Dear Unsuspecting Consumer! Don't go to this dealership. It deserves a zero rating. This is not the people that you want servicing your car. I have been a loyal Mazda owner since 1983 when I bought my first 626! I purchased my new Mazda Miata 2008 in Florida. I have always had my cars serviced at the dealership as it stands to reason that they know the car. It has been well cared for and has less than 40,000 miles on it. It is garage kept and loved. Something happened in December that needed attention and at this same time I discovered that the trunk was wet! I had recently moved to the area and called this dealership. No one mentioned that there is a charge to "look" at the car. I have had shops say if you fix it here this diagnostic charge is part of the repair but never added on top of the repair. I even researched on you tube and found what the problem was with the trunk. Arrived and was told that the starter was an issue and would cost $140 to look and the trunk was another issue for another $140 to look. The tow truck had already left. My choices were slim. When I started to cancel the request to look at the trunk, Dylan Dzuck assured me that if it was as simple as a plugged drain, he would not charge the $140. HA! He lied. When I arrived to pick us the car, Dylan told me that it was not his decision to make and I would have to pay the full charge including the $140 he promised would not be charged. I had to accept that I was lied to and move on. NOW! We have made it through winter and it is time to enjoy the Miata. I just experienced the first rains since the car was repaired; and YEP you guessed it. The trunk is holding water. When I called the dealership that experiences the same weather patterns that I do, I was told -- well, it's been six months. Another $140 to "look" and then the cost of the repair. I had to remind Jackie (office worker) that it had not been six months, just over three but who's counting. The car was not fixed! She hung up! Once I finally got the service manager, Russell Durdonna on the phone, he also offered to "look" again for $140 and then repair. I explained that it was never fixed and he told me that without looking, he couldn't know that and I should have called sooner. He was asked how he thought anyone would know if he had fixed the trunk. He suggested testing it. Since the car had been garage kept through the snow we experience, I suppose he wanted me to fill it with the hose. I was mad and he finally suggested -- NO -- insisted that I take my car somewhere else. No problem, Russell! And I hope the Unsuspecting Consumer reads reviews and takes to heart what I among others have written about this establishment. I have pictures and plan to report this entire matter the better business.

Can t say enough good things about our experience at this dealership. My husband and I worked with Paul and he made the process of getting our new car so smooth. He didn t pressure us into getting anything we weren t 100% happy with and was completely transparent with us throughout the whole process. He was great to work with and we are so happy he worked with us to get our car!

I had not visited this dealership before. I called an asked the receptionist if they could replace the battery in my remote for my Mazda. She was very polite and prompt and told me what to expect for cost. When I arrived, I entered through the wrong entrance. I was almost immediately greeted by one of the managers who, upon learning my reason for being there, escorted me to the service desk. As soon as the service rep was off the phone, it replace my battery and it was less than I had been quoted on the phone. The receptionist at the desk was very polite and friendly when she took my payment. Everyone seemed to be smiling and overall very happy to be at work.As I left, the manager who first greeted me inquired if I had been taken care of and if there was anything else I needed.Seriously, best experience I have ever had a dealership. I know where I'll be buying my next Mazda.

Five stars isn't enough. Bryan S. is the prime example of how every car salesman should conduct business. There was no back and fourth, no hidden fees, no BS. Bryan was all too accommodating for me and my difficult situation. Not only was Bryan EXTREMELY patient, but he assisted with my finance issue and made it apparent that he values a long term customer rather than a quick buck. I would absolutely purchase another vehicle from this location, and would absolutely say it was worth the two hour drive to Olympia. Good luck Bryan and the rest of the team on future sales!!!

Finally this dealership understands the need for customer service. We moved from Texas a little over two years ago and have been here to service our Lincoln. The customer service was extremely lacking. However, today Dylan D. was extremely friendly and helpful. When my MKZ needed more work after the inspection he arranged a loaner vehicle without me even asking. My car was washed and vacuumed today. Very happy with today's experience with the service department. Kudos to them.

When I bought my car the dealership gave me a coupon for one free oil change in their service department. So last week I brought it in to get my oil change. (Happy that it was going to be a freebie, I thought that was very nice!) I've had my car for not even 3 months. Mind you I made an appointment and still ended up sitting in their waiting area for nearly 2 hours. So about an hour goes by and the girl working the front desk in the service department came over to tell me that they suggest me getting a new air filter, new cabin air filter and that my battery wasn't testing very well or low on its voltage. So they suggested getting a new battery as well!! (The only thing i ended up getting was oil change and new battery.) NONE of these things should need to be replaced in under 3 months of having been "inspected" before I purchased this vehicle. If they were suggesting I replace them why weren't they replaced to begin with. I have a dealership warranty, manufacturer warranty, an extended warranty and of course none of this is covered because it's all considered maintenance which the owner of the vehicle is responsible to keep up on. Which I totally understand I'm just very disappointed that it wasn't changed or kept up before I purchased. Buying a vehicle is a big deal and I trusted that this dealership would have taken into consideration to step up on their end. When you tell me the car I am buying has been inspected that just tells me you must have noticed these things and didn't care that on my next visit in I would be told I need roughly 300$ in replacing these things. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because of Spero, he was the car salesman that did my paperwork with me. He was very nice. Also the lady in financing was amazing!

I needed a new vehicle in a hurry. Spoke to DJ Garza on the Tuesday night about the mini van I was interested in. The next morning I went to see it at Fairway Motors in Yelm. The staff were veryhelpful and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I drove away with my mini van, very veryhappy with the whole experience. I was very impressed with all the staff there, very friendly, notpushy, and their willingness to help me. Friends have asked me where I got mynew vehicle and I cant say enough about them. I am really impressed. Would highly recommend themto anyone.

Traded in my '99 Maxima for a 2013 Subaru Legacy.Bryan S. helped me out. He was very pleasant as well as knowledgeable about the Subaru even though it was a Mazda/Lincoln dealership. They did a good job of showing me all the cars I wanted, as well as helping me explore new options once I told them what I was looking for.It has been a month since the purchase, and I was have a bit of trouble with my fuel door opening, and they were happy to help diagnose (what turned out to be a very minor problem.) Even offered if it did need fixing to do it free of charge. Two things keep it from a 5/5. You get a bit too many emails from them if they have your email address after you purchase. And they are a little pushy on the warranty, but from what I can tell, that's true everywhere.I would recommend this dealership regardless of what you are looking for.

Tom Helms made the experience of purchasing a new car a wonderful one. He never pressured us and made sure that we found something that fit our needs perfectly. We love our new Mazda CX 5. Tom even called us a few days later to make sure everything was fine and asked if we had any additional questions about our new car. His follow up and customer service are excellent, i would recommend him to anyone looking for a new car, and will.

I drove two hours to look at a car here and I was nervous to waste my time. Steve at the used lot was very friendly and communicated well by phone multiple times. Steve handed me over to Tom when we found out the car was over at the main dealership. Tom was low pressure, honored everything Steve promised me, pretty straight forward deal. Even the financing team was low pressure, explained insurance and warranty options with no pressure to buy. Very impressed and will recommend to family and friends. Thanks guys!

This was the best car dealership I ve ever experienced, Paul was an awesome salesman and an even better person! He really made sure I found the exact car I wanted and that it was in my price range, the woman in finance was so awesome she made sure I got the best rate even when it was a little rocky , she was just an amazing person to work with, this dealership wants to earn your business and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. Huge shoutout to Paul you were so awesome!

We just bought a new 2014 Mazda CX-5 GT from this location, and were thrilled with the experience. Our salesperson was Jordan, and he was very professional, and not high pressure at all. We tried several other dealerships and test drove a lot of other vehicles. We won't go into the details of our choice of cars too much, but the safety features and neat electronics, along with the fun and comfort of driving this Crossover were what finally sold us.We drove a vehicle here twice to make sure that we were making the right choice for us, and did all our homework before trying to make a deal. Jordan was able come down to match the great price we already had gotten, and we would definitely buy from him and this dealership again. The no-pressure approach was a welcome relief from the high-pressure we felt from some of our other sales people at some of the other dealerships we test drove other vehicles with. The whole staff, that we met, made us relaxed, and not "on guard" like we felt at other places. You'd do yourself a favor to try a test drive here. We've had our 2014 CX-5 GT for over a week now, and absolutely love it. We are older drivers and the safety features were a big part, and the other big part was that this almost feels like driving a sports car that is really responsive and extremely comfortable.

Zach and Elizabeth are perfect! They made everything easy going through all of the paperwork. It took me roughly 1.5 hrs to test drive and finally leave with my car. Zach seems well planned and organized. And he does know how to help a customer. So does Elizabeth. I'm happy with my purchase and would love to recommend this place to everyone. Go find Zach, he is the man!

Best customer service i'v ever had! Zack did a great job convincing us to visit them, then Jeff and Elisabeth were very helpful, patient and accommodating. My husband and I left very happy and satisfied. We love the car, and the financing options were very interesting. Thanks again

I shopped online & cold called. I won the jackpot with Chris. He was very accommodating & respectful of my choice. I was financed elsewhere & he respected the loyalty I had to my lender. He also went out of his way on several instances to ensure my needs were met. I drove away with my beautiful little car with a great feeling that this experience was definitely meant to be. Thank you!

Very poor experience. Called about an autotrader ad for a 94 Jaguar XJS listed at $8746 (see second snapshot). I had a client interested in buying the car for a little less. Salesman by the name of DJ Garza accepts the offer since the convertible top is inoperable, and agrees to send me a bill of sale. 2 days later I still did not get any calls back. Salesman is not returning my calls so I talked to the sales manager, Mr Lance. He tells me, "Oh no, the car is listed on the website at $9995. I couldn't possibly sell it for that!". He then tells me he knows nothing about the autotrader ad for $8746. Hello! You are the sales manager, nobody could have changed the price without your consent! So, they raised the price from $8746 to $9995 without bothering to inform me. This caused me wasted time in trying to get shipping quotes from Olympia, WA to Germany. Who raises the price on a car over a $1000 after listing it online? This is called "false advertising"!I am disappointed in the lack of professionalism I found at this company and I would advise anybody against buying from Lincoln & Mazda of Olympia.

The patience and understanding of DJ really made the overall experience of car shopping incredible. Awesome! The woman in the finance office was just so down to earth and easy to talk to. Just the experience that I had with these two individuals speaks loads of the dealership as a whole!

Some of the worst experiences I've had in terms of service and accountablility has been at this dealership, and service department. I've tried to provide feedback and help get past the issues with the infotainment system, there has been a lack of follow through and a blame on new phones for poor connectivity. Most recently I took the car, which I purchased here in for an oil change. Upon return of the car noticed that they had completely remove all of things in their way in the trunk, but has not replaced the items leaving the back in total a total mess. At this point I no longer plan on using LM of Olympia for anything and will purchase and have service done from anyone but them. Thanks for listening and trying but there is a customer disconnect and unfortunately you've lost my business.

Tom Helms is the best salesman a person could ask for. He is AWESOME! Hes nice, caring, and never any high pressure sales tactics. He made buying a car so easy and no stress whatsoever! We will definitely use him again and I love my Mazda CX5!

I went to Fairway Motors, the sister lot in Yelm for Mazda of Olympia. Jordan (the salesman) was not pushy in anyway. The vehicles were all clean and didn't smell or have dirt everywhere like other places I had been too. Jordan knew a lot about the vehicles I looked at and did an amazing job making sure I would leave there in a safe vehicle. I would recommend this car lot to everyone!

Fairly small dealer, which means personal service for the customers. Very friendly sales staff. And a great owner who, as far as I could tell, simply wants to have happy customers while making money for his business. They are pleasant to deal with, and I never felt like I was being pushed into anything. Probably the best car shopping/purchase experience I have had. Thanks guys.

My husband and I bought a car from them and the online team was awesome. We took the car for a test drive and noticed the AC didn't work, so we told them when we got back. He immediately called service and had them fix it for us before we left. Great experience. Everyone was so nice.

The process of buying a car was very daunting because my husband and I do NOT like pushy salesman. We were so grateful that our experience with Tom was very relaxed and there was no pressure. He took the time to answer the million questions we had while we processed our decision. We were also extremely apprehensive about purchasing a pre-owned vehicle but Jennifer took the time to explain coverage options in great detail. We feel 100% confident that we made the right choice and found the perfect fit for us.IMG_0574.JPG

Zach Roberts was beyond excellent. Nice and easy car buying experience.Zach didnt have to sell me on the car. I was there to test drive it for that. He sure did sell me on mazda as a brand. Zach has a passion for mazda that you can clearly see when talking to him.The test drive route is fantastic. Really let you get a feel of the car.Elizabeth from the loan department was awesome. She was entertaining while being informative. She made it easy going through all of the paperwork.A+ all around.

We purchased a Mazda 3 hatchback a few weeks ago and we can't thank the Olympia Mazda team enough! Ask for Chris or Randy! We got exactly what we wanted, any of our concerns or questions were promptly answered. They've even called and checked up on us just to make sure we loved our purchase. Our whole experience was excellent and I'd recommend this team to anyone!I can't thank you guys enough!!!Thank you!Greg

Buying my car was run of the mill but easy. Where they really shined was one year after my car purchase they helped me with an issue in another state. Shelley and Rebecca helped me work through one of the most stressful things I've ever dealt with, going above and beyond anything I could have expected and knowing I'm out of state and can't return to be a return customer. Thank you for being GOOD people, and I highly recommend to anyone for further business!

I worked for the State of Washington for the Department of Corrections for over 10 years. Recently I moved to Employment Security Department. For years my husband and I have carpooled. (he has an older Mazda 6 that we love). When I changed jobs and his work hours were changed I was forced to start driving myself to work. I was driving a 05 Ram 1500 pick-up that I loved, however $30.00 dollars every two days in gas I didn't love so much. My husband and I agreed that I needed to get a car. We are comfortable in our life style but no one will ever accuse us of being rich. I had not had a brand new car in over twenty years. I decided I wanted a Mazda. So on February 4, 2017 I went to the Olympia dealership. I was first helped by Shade and then by Tom. I picked out a beautiful blue 2017 Mazda 6 touring. Tom took me for a test drive and I loved it. I was of course over in my truck so some money was rolled over into the new vehicle. Lance, Tom, Jen, and Shade were all wonderful. I got my brand new car and I drove off happy. This is when the story gets good. About 14 years ago I was in a head on collision with a semi. The accident was caused by a drunk driver. Not only did I get hit head on but it spun me around six times and every time I spun I hit the trailer of the truck. Luckily for me I was driving a 1999 Chevy Tahoe. I crawled away from the wreck and the very first thing the officer that showed up when they were putting me in the ambulance was that it was my lucky day. If I had been driving a car I would have been dead.So back to my car. I got up Monday morning all excited about driving my new car to work and showing it off. I got on the freeway and the first semi that came along I got sick to my stomach. Then I had a panic attack. It had never dawn on me that I wouldn't be able to drive a car. I realized at that point that ever since the accident I had driven a Tahoe, Yukon, and then my Ram truck. I was sure once I got comfortable with the car it would go away. When Tom called me to see how I was doing I told him what was happening. He said to give it a little longer and let him know what happened. I told him at the time that it wasn't the cars fault nor was it the dealerships fault and I would make due. Well two weeks later it was worse. I didn't know what to do. Finally I called Lance and asked him if there was any way I could get out of the car into something else. He talked to Randy and they couldn't come up with anything at that time. Tom called me back a couple of times over the next couple of weeks to let me know Randy was working on it. I really didn't think they would be able to help me. Finally last Sunday Tom called and asked if my husband and I could come down to the dealership. Randy had some ideas and they were going to try to help me out. That is how I ended up with my 2016 Mazda CX 5. I absolutely love it. It is just big enough that i don't feel like I am sitting on the ground. It did cost me some extra money. I am not sure that you know that you lost money on the deal, but Tom, Randy, Shade, and Lance did the greatest thing in the world for me by not forgetting about me the minute I walked out the door. It is the best customer service I have ever had at a dealership. I am sure you know this but you can't pay for better advertising then what those four men did for me. They were all great through the whole thing. The let me know not only were they concerned with finding me a new vehicle that i was comfortable in but that they cared about my safety. I have given all of them big hugs but please acknowledge each one of them. Including Jen who worked really hard to get me decent financing. They are the best and if they are any indication of the type of people you surround yourself with I am sure you and all the other salesmen are just as good. :)
