We had a new engine put into out truck by Larsen's Auto Repair. They did it with in the time that we were told and the truck runs better than when we bought it. If you need any auto work done go to Larsen's. They are friendly and do a great job.

Great service. Needed an alignment after getting some work done to my suspension and they got me in very quickly. Staff was friendly and my car drives like a dream now.

Last summer I took my car into Larsens for the first time. I drove 80 miles after picking it up and no problems. Great customer service, and best of all, they fixed a loose exhaust pipe holder, which my former mechanic couldn't fix. No more embarrassing rattle! Thanks Larsens, I'll be back.Sincerely,KM

Larsen has consistently done a great job on both me and my wife's older cars. They're super knowledgeable and supportive and happy to help us out when it's stuff we can fix ourselves. They also have really helped us understand when a fix is a good idea or when something's just on its way out and should be scrapped or replaced. Thanks again!

They did work on my sons first vehicle. I don't understand why it felt as though the woman on the phone absolutely despised me. I have a long history of bringing my vehicles to them. It has been a long time and it seems like all new people. I am disappointed with the behavior. They did do the work and they charged a fair price and the work was almost satisfactory, except we had to take it back, because the break pedal wasn't fully fixed.

I can't say enough about how pleased I was with my experience at Larsen's today. As I was describing my problem, Mark told me what I needed and that he could get the part in half and hour. I had only drank half my cup of coffee (which was good), when I was driving away, problem fixed and the coffee was still warm. I feel that I got a bargain.

They fixed a list of items on my car that needed to get done, and it was all done in one day! The ladies in the office are Friendly courteous and efficient. Happy with my car running a lot.Better!

I m not going to list all of the areas that they serviced in my 1995 F250, but I drove off with a huge smile. My truck is healthy and running great. I can drive her to GA! I am very appreciative of the honest work.Also, they offer Active duty discount Thank you all for the great service, and for your support. UPDATE 25 May 2023: I dropped off my truck a few weeks after this service because my front left brake was squeaky . They serviced it, I had my friend drive my truck back home, and when I drove it(same day as pick up), the noise was and still is there. Seems like my breaks need to be replaced. I am fully aware that I have an older model, but I ve dropped an unplanned $3k these past two months, and there are still issues that I thought they were going to fix.I am grateful for mechanics that do honest work, but at this point, I feel like I can t trust anyone here.Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance

We've been using Larsen Automotive Repair for the past two years for our car repair needs (four cars). The business is honest, prices are fair, and the folks are really friendly. The work isn't shoddy either, so you can trust them with your vehicle IMO!

Larsen s automotive is honest, courteous, professional and highly knowledgeable. Had to have my car towed to Larsen on a Monday and since they were busy, they said they could work on it Tuesday. They actually worked on it that day and had it ready for me to pick up that Monday evening. They took the stress out of my ordeal and got me back my car in 1 day. They communicated and did great work! Have been going to them for many years and am always satisfied with the quality work they do. Thank you!Service: Electrical repair

Larsen s is so amazing, professional, helpful. I have gone to them for years and really don t trust anyone else as much! They did a bunch of free pre-purchase inspections for me recently when I was buying a new car and made me feel so taken care of. Had what I thought was a catastrophic oil leak in my 07 Tundra. Not only did they assess and fix the leak ( faulty oil filter) but they hooked me up with a FREE Oil change!! That is almost unheard of these days. Maybe not the cheapest shop in town but sometimes you get what you pay for... thanks Megan fir always helping me get swift and courteous service..

I'm a satisfied customer. If a mechanic is honest and straightforward with me, I'll be a loyal customer. So far, I feel like I've been treated honestly and fairly at Larsen. They're also friendly and courteous at the front desk, which makes a difference.

Scheduling service and check-in were easy. Service was completed on-time. Additional service recommendations were noted.Incompl eted Toyota Recall notices were discussed and we were able to check with Toyota service center and have the recall action scheduled for completion in the near future. Such swift service from email inquiry until vehicle pickup. I asked how long the vehicle appt would take and they told me a few hrs they were completely right. I dropped off at 7:45a and I got a call before noon that it was ready. I was very impressed and will use Larsen s again when the need arises. They tried to charge me almost $600 just to change out my transmission fluid. When I told them the price seems high they just told me that s what it costs. Then I realized they had charged me $150 for the diagnosis on top of the service itself. They refunded the diagnosis when I brought this to their attention, but I can t help but wonder if they charged it intentionally and hoped I wouldn t notice because I am a young woman. $450 is still extremely high for transmission fluid.Service: Transmission

The very BEST. I have been going to this place for over 5 years now. They are kind, informative, respectful, and NEVER try to intimidate me or talk down to me. I always get nervous going to auto places because I am a female and am usually assumed to be clueless in regards to my vehicle. The incredible humans at Larsen s always take such good care of my truck and remind me every single time that I come her for the service and the guarantee that they will go the extra mile to keep me safe.
