They did not notify me of my vehicle being towed and when i went to see my vehicle it was destroyed. Headlights were gone, bumper was hanging on by one bolt, my transmission was in the dirt just hanging and my engine was canted at such a bad angle my motor mounts are all shot. Avoid this place at all cost they are terrible people and can not conduct personnel or professional business. I am filling a lawsuit against this entire shop. Last picturea are what my car looked like before it was towed. These people are thief s! Stay away from this place at all costs.

Horrible services! Put in for a lockout, said it would take an hour. No one ever showed up! I called to check, they don't have a record of that call. Even though I got a confirmation text with an ETA and link to tracking. They said you will have to contact your insurance. Called my insurance, Geico said they will just call another company out to me. Save your time and go somewhere else.Update: Nisqually Automotive and Towing took 20 minutes flat! Call Nisqually first! Way better than sitting around for hours waiting on Jerry's unacceptable services.

I d like to thank Diego for his towing services today this morning as he took my rav4 to the dealership for diagnostic work. Other tow companies either didn t pick up or quoted me 2-3plus hours and over 500$+ for a 5 mile tow. Diego arrived within an hour as quoted and got me towed under 200$ :) he even got my car jumped to be able to get my electronic e brake off! What a car wizard! I highly recommended looking for a tow from Jerry s as they re professional and prompt!

Rob M 30903 was Amazing!!! He towed my car home over 70 miles and was super friendly and professional. Great customer service skills. Wouldn t recommend this company to anybody. Left a 16-year-old kid stranded with his broken vehicle because the driver couldn t wait two minutes for me to get there. I was literally flashing my lights and trying to flag him down on the street four or five houses from where my son and the vehicle were at as he was driving away. The driver looked right at me and brushed me off. Who does that? Boo

Gentleman who answered was really kind. I usually work with tow yards to get peoples cars to repair shops. So it's nice when they are kind, helpful, and to the point. We also had a good laugh about how bad this states tax fees are. I hope your business prospers, and have a great day!

HORRIBLE customer service!!!!! Would not recommend. Very rude on the phone, cussing and not answering the questions asked. Took parts off to tow vehicle and did not give parts to us, then lost them and didn t want to own up to it said it was against DOT rules to put back on the vehicle. When we called to ask they just continued to talk over and yell and cuss.

I was stranded for almost 4 hours called every tow company possible and everyone wanted to charge me well over 200$to go 3 miles. Jerry's was the last company I called. I literally only had 135 $ to my name and he said he would take care of me. If I ever need another Jerry's will be the only place I call that's for sure. Thank you so muchService: Car towing

We got a flat going down Mt Rainier and Jerry s came to the rescue. We couldn t get the tire patched but they refilled our donut and reassured us it would last all the way to Portland. Super grateful for Jerry and Brandon for going above and beyond and also for being open late!

Needed a tow and after repeated refusals through our insurance for other companies they picked us up and towed our car home. Nice couple who didn t mind just driving along in silence or interacting with us to pass the 1.5 hour road trip we were all on together! Highly recommended!Service: Car towingService: Car towing

This company was contacted by my insurance company to tow my disabled car stuck on the freeway late at night. They were over 40 minutes later than the eta and I called the company directly to inquire how long they might be as my insurer provided their contact info. I spoke with someone and just to give a heads up let them know of my unique situation to better prepare the driver for how they might need to tow me. Clearly the info was not relayed to the driver, because once he finally showed up he said no we won't do that kind of tow for my insurer. But told me if I wanted to pay them directly they would tow the car. They had the ability but obviously use people's needs to scam for more money. So i was left in the cold and possible danger for another hour and a half. Use this company at your own risk.

First time here because my friend referred me. I usually go to Firestone but after coming here for an oil change I'll be making it my permanent go to for anything automotive related. Not only did they fix a lose cover for me that Firestone kept neglecting but they also took care of my tire sensor caps that had melted on over the summer without damaging the threads. Les Schwab couldn't even do that and I didn't even have to ask. Pretty impressed, guys. I'll be back Edit: 8/8/2023: Just got my rotors replaced under warranty by Jeremy here and the quickness, professionalism and customer service is still as outstanding as ever. They even picked me up and offered to take me wherever I had to go as a courtesy. So impressed with the integrity of this place. Thank you again!

Stuck with a 30' RV that wouldn't shift into Drive. Outstanding job by Zach, the driver, to figure out how to get our RV ready to tow to a dealer on a miserable rainy day! Great attitude, very professional, creative, and knew his stuff. Called beforehand to make sure I knew possible costs and showed up when he said he would. Jerry s saved our bacon and fixed us up. Our 2016 Nissan Murano had electrical issues that I was fairly sure was the alternator. We were in Rochester WA at a hotel with no way to work on it myself.They came out within a few hours on a Sunday morning to tow us back to their shop and confirmed we were taken care of and didn t need a ride before leaving. Their mechanic, Jeremy, was able to diagnose the problem and confirm the alternator was bad the next day. A previous mechanic missed it, but Jeremy took the time to test it, then wait and test again. By doing this he found it charged for about 5 minutes then gave out, thus stranding us.Jeremy took the time to make sure a quality part was obtained and got the work done pretty quick. Everyone at the shop was easy to work with and we appreciate their professionalism. I would highly recommend anyone in the Olympia area use Jerry s Automotive for both towing and car repairs.Service: Car towing

These group of men and women that work there are kind and been helping me with my vehicles off and on now for a few years now. They are honest and have great prices on labor rates and full service gas station. I. Highly recommend them

The mechanic named Jeremy is very kind and always helpful for me. If you stop for gas, you can get your oil topped off etc...because they are probably the only full service station around Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater area.

I had a really good experiance here after feeling taken advantage of at another automotive place. Rob made time to work on my car and he provided excellent service at a good price. Some people you can just tell they have integrity and Rob is one of them. I will keep going back here to get an honest opinion and a fair price concerning my car. Thanks guys for doing a great job.

My Mom and I broke down on our way home from Westport. Waited 4 hours for a tow truck (not Jerry's fault by any means) so, needless to say, we were a bit frazzled by the time the truck got there. Zack was AMAZING. He was quick, friendly, funny also professional at the same time! It was a relief after the long day. Thank you so much for turning a rough situatuon around!Service: Car towing

I was stuck for over 3hrs with a vehicle that wouldn't start. Two different towing companies cancelled the tow. My insurance contacted Jerry's Towing and they assured them that they would be in 30 minutes. Otto arrived literally at 30min in a 45 minute window. He was respectful and professional. He got my vehicle to start and I was on my way back home. 100% I would contact this company if I need future towing. Thank you!

This place is the bomb. There's no one named Jerry that works here lol but Barry, Rob, Jeremy and Carlito are such good dudes!! It's hard to find cool people like this in the automotive industry. COUNTLESS stories about how much these guys have helped me out over the years. They're always going above and beyond. Highly recommend.

This place is amazing! Berry and Josh and the other mechanics were so good to me and was able to tell me the problem first thing in the morning after they towed my car the evening before! They were able to tell me exactly what's wrong with my car and tell me where I had to go to update the system in my chrysler 300. I dont speak car, they were so incredibly patient with me, professional, and communicated every step of the way!! I'm so incredibly grateful for them they have always been so good to me here!! Definitely will be coming back to them everytime they're amazing.

Will be using them as a tow service forever now. I had unfortunate timing and got behind one of their tow trucks carrying a shredded Mustang on the back and a piece had fallen off the car (I thought was a wiring harness or a bracket) and struck my A-pillar and the driver's side mirror causing damage.I called the shop, spoke to Barry and he did some ground work and took a look at my car and set up a time to have his painter (Spectrum of Color) fix the damage. For being unlucky in the first place I am happy Barry was very professional and took care of it and made my experience with them great. I will always recommend them moving forward.

I broke down & called Jerry s. They didn t take too long to arrive & get me safely off the freeway. Their rates were extremely fair compared with other companies. I ll call them again if I need help.
