Brian is a great tech! Very personable and experienced. Diagnostic check-ins take 20 minutes at most. When I needed to switch to a new vehicle Brian was very accommodating and ready to help. The equipment works well, no malfunctions in my vehicle. I appreciate that Draeger consistently credits me with paid/unused diagnostic time. If you have to get an ignition interlock device installed, this is the place to go. I'm closing in on a year now and it really flew by with these guys.

Brian is very knowledgeable and knows the Draeger system well. He was a great pleasure to work with and went out of his way to be helpful. He answered the phone or would return my calls right away. Brian is a sincere and kind person who clearly enjoys his work and cares about the people he works with. I very much appreciated the great service. Thank you Brian! He more than deserves a raise!!

If you want to make the best of a bad situation this is the place. The installer here, Brian, is a great guy and very knowledgeable. Nobody touches my vehicles other than me, I built my daily driver myself, and I was impressed with the work he does. The device itself is leaps and bounds above others on the market as well, I had mine for a year trouble-free while acquaintances with other brands dealt with random lockouts and malfunctions.

Brian has outstanding customer service always a joy to come to my apts knowing we get to visit he is always very helpful and flexible with my crazy Sheduale! I highly recommend seeing Brian for your recalibrate and installs!!! Ps I think he deserves a Raise lol ;)

Great company, and great tech running the place. He's very empathetic and understands exactly how to install and remove devices. This is the place to go if you find yourself in an unfortunate circumstance. Professionalism through the roof, on time and accurate service.

Took awhile for Draeger to find a qualified tech for this new location, glad they found Brian as he is better then any of the guys they flew in when first opening....Brian is very friendly and goes above and beyond for his customers! Give that guy a raise!

My experience with drager interlock in tumwater has been amazing i have been with them for 2 years so far and brian the technician has always gave me excellent service and he is very polite and does awsome work i recommend drafer in tumwater

I would highly not recommended this place. First of all the guy that makes the appointments messes up each month on what your appointment time is, makes you come in earlier then you are supposed, makes you pay for 2 months in 1 month. If he ask to give you a free month don t take it, few months later he will only turn that around & say you have to pay for it. This business is only to scam money out of people especially at the very last second. They found out I only needed the blowNgo in my car for 3 months, so they regretted giving me that free month. Paid for the renewal twice in the month of October, was told by his boss since I was paying that twice in one month that I wouldn t have to pay for the unsitalltion fee. Guess who gets a phone call that day saying I have to pay or they won t remove it. This business is a joke, I m young & know how to run a better business then they do without ripping people off!! Be careful too because they ll tell you need it longer then you actually do!!! Oh & when you ask for a phone number they just give you a 1-800 number. Don t waste your time or money going to Draeger Interlock they just want to Jip you for your money.

The gentleman who operates this location provides excellent service. He is reliable, professional and very knowledgeable. We have been to many service locations over the past five years and this by far has been the fastest easiest, and most pleasant experience we ve had.

I would not recomend going through Draeger for a ignition interlock device. I have had their equipment installed on my vehicle for a year and have had nothing but problems with this company. I am due to have their equipment removed from my vehicle and have been lied to repeatedly about paperwork being sent to the Washington State Department of Liscensing. I have repeatedly called and each time I got a different story. One lady even told me it was sent before she even knew what my name was. These people have no regards for the impact they are having on peoples lives. I think they are only stalling to squeeze another month of service fees out of me. There are plenty of better options out there for a Ignition interlock device.I will be providing uodates on their progress.
