Very happy with my new stereo system!The employees at Car Toys were all very professional, friendly and willing to work with my old car and it's wonky wiring.They went above and beyond to get me the best sound quality they could, and even replaced an old wire that was causing the left speaker to get no sound.They offer a good line of credit and the price is fair for the work they do.(I wish it was less expensive, but the economy is what it is right now.)Job well done!

Great experts on car installation and very helpful in choosing the best products. A little bit overpriced on per hour charge on installs, but then again, they are experts.Helpful staff and good location. The store is clean and they have a great selection of toys at a glance. Fun place to shop for car toys.

I've had new stereos installed here and other places. I've even installed them myself but I have never had one installed that sounds this good! WOW! What a difference! I brought in my 1995 Jeep Wrangler and after they worked their magic it sounds better than a new factory radio. I am truly impressed with the sound quality and clarity. I couldn't even listen to my radio when on the freeway before and now it's crystal clear. Yes, I would go back and also send my friends and family here.

I want thank Will at car toys in olympia , washington for the excellent job he did detailing my eleven year old Hyundai. He made it look like new both inside and out! When I offered a tip fir the great job he did, I was told that car toys employees are not permitted to receive tips so that the customer won't feel pressure to pay extra for quality service. Bravo. I give 5 stars!!!!!

Interior Detailing service not worth $110 cost. Purchased groupon for interior cleaning for $70, when I arrived was told the cargo area of my small SUV would be additional $40. Overall cleaning was alright but stil easily noticed dirt/dust left on the paneling/door& cup holders.

They are awesome. They will take care of you. Tell them what you want and waallaa..you get great sound, great customer service and awesome quality of speakers. I love Car Toys.

Do they have what I need? Yes. Do they treat me like a competent human being? No. Every time I need their services, I am not only talked down to, I get an "explanation" that clearly shows they don't know the answer to what I asked. I have had maybe one good experience there, and even then it was tainted because they lost my phone number, which not only is on my account, I gave it to them again before they started working on my car. Availability has forced me to use them from time to time, but I'd much rather travel farther or wait longer for the right part or service than have to deal with them again.

I was browsing for a new system, reached out and in a few minutes was promptly answered. Keoni helped out majorly, Vince did a fantastic install and I am very pleased with my setup. No upsell. No pressure. Great place.

They worked with me to obtain a replacement stereo tuner for our vehicle. The sales person and installation specialist were both fantastic in terms of promising and then delivering those promises. Strep is great! The got it done early too! They get my highest recommendation. Dave

They were upfront about how long it was going to take and when issues with the initial arose, they were there to let me know. One thing they could ve offered but didn t was not to install at all and money back. Nothing was said though and that was fine with me. Needed a radio in my car. Just thought I d offer constructive criticism that may help the business!

The guys were pretty willing to help. I went in for a simple fix I was having with my Bluetooth not working and ended up spending a ridiculous amount of money for a system that sounds barely better than the speakers I had in there before. Only bad thing I can say is I felt pressured to purchase and left me with a lot of buyers remorse. The workers were very courteous and helpful though, just a lot of buyers remorse and wish I had not purchased the product. The install somehow cost somewhere close to $300. At the time it didn t occur to me what I was all getting, I do have concentration problems but if I had been told outright that the install was that expensive I would ve bought the speakers MAYBE and just watched a YouTube video and installed them myself. I would do some shopping around for quotes before buying from them. I can t blame the workers for the entirety because they didn t know about my concentration difficulties or that I m easily overwhelmed. I just think Car Toys the corporation needs to lower their prices and that the store should either give a print out to the customers prior so they know all the things they are getting or paying for and/or make sure the customer is comfortable with the purchase. I m willing to bet based off of the pressure sales these guys work off of commission because I didn t go in there for speakers at all and don t even remember how that even happened to become the focus.

I had great experience on a recent purchase. Ian Churchill gave me a lot of valuable info and sold me a nice set of Alpine speakers. He clearly knows what he s talking about. Great place overall!

They did a great job cleaning the interior of my truck!! We are taking our other car in to have it detailed now. I recommend them to anyone who needs the same or more.

Absolutely the worst shop you could go to if you need done with anything on your vehicle. The customer service is horrible and I went there to get my headunit installed they didn t even install the headunit properly not only that they installed to my ignition so now my car has a not working headunit and all of my other electrical cable inside the car is burnt. They also refuse to give me a refund and the best they could do is have a look at it again but I won t NOT trust them with any of your vehicle place is a ripoff. I don t recommend this place at all go to a proper installation place if you need anything installed.

The car was filthy. The inside and body now look wonderful, however, the roof was not thoroughly cleaned. Being over 6 foot tall, I can easily see missed areas on the roof.

I'm usually huge into DIYing everything about my car, but after opening up the fuse box on my new hybrid to hardwire my dash cam I was so much more lost than I had been with an old corolla.I called Car Toys and asked for a quote, brought in my car that day to make sure the estimate was going to be accurate, and I was booked for an appointment to be back in 24 hours!The professional install of my dash cam was 100% worth it in my opinion. I gave up my car for two hours and about $350 after all was said and done. The cord is completely stashed away underneath not only the headliner but wired through my back hatch so the rear camera also functions without any janky attachments and assuredly glitchy problems that my own hands would have caused.If I did this myself with YouTube videos like I normally would I'd have easily spent over half a day on install, and I know for a fact the end result would not have turned out nearly as clean. 2 hours to hardwire install a three channel dash cam in a hatchback vehicle and have it come out flawlessly is absolutely phenomenal.

Vince did an amazing job fixing my car radio. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and had a great attention to detail. He was able to diagnose the issue with ease and provided a solution that was both effective and affordable. I appreciated his professionalism and friendly demeanor throughout the process. Went here as its location was conveinent for me to get an ignition interlock... Both the manager and the device company rep quoted me 2-4hrs depending on my vehicle for install time... Mind you I have an 18yr old 2 door truck that doesn't even have a security system, not even power seats or windows... basic of the basic... My appointment was set for 12pm (noon...) and when I asked if it would possibly be done by 4pm, as I already had an appointment set with the DOL at 430pm, the installation "specialist" gave me a smug look and said "I'll see what i can do" But the 2-4 hrs I was quoted by both them and the installing company was not accurate... I even dropped my vehicle off at 10am in case they could get to it earlier...Again... My appointment was set at 12pm (noon) and my truck wasn't complete until they closed at 8pm (8hrs total) To top that off the "installation specialist" didn't even walk me through any physical practice with the device as they are OBLIGATED to per their contract with intoxalock!! When I asked an associate or manager about the time frames and appointment times he stated that... "Those are actually drop off times, and we get to your vehicle as soon as we can, and the higher end your vehicle the longer it takes" I told him I understand that but I have a really basic 2 door vehicle... He just tried to sympathize with me saying he's had that treatment at dealerships before...Wish me luck... as I'm about to call car toys back to see if the specialist can at least do the physical walk through, and answer the questions the associate wasn't able to answer for me...

I have had this same service at the same place prior and that is why I got it again. But this time I was very dissatisfied. First off they charge you for things not that they didn t before. But most importantly I had to personally wipe down the doors and other areas that were missed. I will go somewhere else from now on. I only went back because my first experience was so good. That s why I was willing to pay the extras but I was highly unstable this time and it wasn t like my car was bad out of barely 6mths old.

I can t even begin to express how happy I am with the service that I received at Car Toys in Lacey. They tinted my front windows and they look excellent. The stereo installation was quick, especially with all the stuff that I needed done to my jeep. I think what impressed me most, was that no matter how busy they were their customer service was still top-notch. I will definitely be back for any more of my audio needs.

I checked several audio shops, testing the waters. Car Toys In Olympia presented the best. They removed an old dash cam, installed a new Momento 7 dash cam , rear cam and an interior cabin cam. They also installed a Compustar 2-way remote starter.I really like the entire setup. The installation is very clean looking. Going back for stereo next. Thanks to Eric and all that helped. Outstanding work!

Do not shop here! These guys are the classic, get you in the door at a low price and then sell you the more expensive items.Needed work done on my alarm, do t quote me over the phone any pricing then they wanna charge me $140 an hr to diagnose the problem when I explained the issue.Everytime I come here they are no help whatsoever. Unless you got deep pockets and and wanna waste your money, Don't bother wasting your time going here.

Yesterday around 2 pm my husband and I wasted 40 minutes of our time just for store associates from Car Toys tell us no and come back in morning. We came in morning at 9 am and they tell us again to come in morning. No thank you. They claim are too busy to take care us as customers because 9 cars ahead which I should remind you they are open for 11 hours from 9 am and close at 8 pm is too much for them to handle. An associate was cursing under his breathe when a older lady asked about the status of her car. They are unprofessional and are charging outrages prices with poor customer service. I do not recommend anyone to go there if they want their time to be wasted and be treated with no respect.

God a new radio install $700 to install everything and add some other parts that were needed in order to install it. They never mention anything about how the age of the car could affect the sound prior to installation or that we will never be able to change the time on it. Once everything was installed we could hear the difference on the speakers when turning volume up and weren t able to change the time on it. We took it back the next day which they walk us to a process of putting the car o brake and so on. Which was very useless and didn t work at all. We were told we were going to be getting a call back which never happened. When we call again the person who answer was very unprofessional and had no knowledge about what he was saying. He starting saying that what could we spect with an old car like we have. All of this should have being addressed in the first place and car toys should have let us decide if we wanted to spend all the money for a very low quality sound.
