My wife and I were leaving the lot when I told a salesman (Nathan Young) that we were only looking for a Ford Explorer, and he immediately brought us to the exact vehicle we were looking for. The experience at Capital City Honda with Nathan and Vivian were wonderful, my wife and I were very appreciative of everything.

From the time I called about looking at a vehicle so I could upgrade my car the experience was wonderful! Everyone worked very hard with me to get what I wanted they accommodated me with the time I could be there! No harsh sales pitch it was just wonderful dealing with everyone! I have a new car and I'm very happy! I keep telling everyone if they are looking at getting a different car that this is the place to go! Thank you very much!!!

Chris and Jessi were amazing! I was working with a strict budget, but wanted some premium features. Chris put me in the right car, and Jessi helped me get the numbers right! Vivian was easy to work with in the finance office.I felt respected and valued by real people who weren t giving me the run-around. That means a lot to me. Thank you guys!!

It was time to trade in my mama Odyssey for something smaller since our kids both drive now. Our salesman Abe was incredible from the get go. Not over pressing like most. He was calm, chill and kind. Made sure to put me in the best car to fit my requirements. Our salesman manager Keith was a wiz and did whatever he could to match the price we needed. David our financing guru worked the numbers to make our payments work. Overall, everyone went over and beyond to make us happy. Best car buying experience EVER!

I bought an older used car. When I went on test-drive the TPMS light came on. The salesman said they would fix. I ended up taking it back to used dealer mechanic. He sent me to Les Schwab to get all censors replaced. I love my new used car. Jeff, my salesman and Keith in mechanic department were wonderful. I would recommend if your looking for a good used car. Thanks so much!

I went to the used car area of Capital City Honda initially to get an oil change on my 16 year old Honda Accord. I drove through the used car section just to see what they had. I didn't see anything that interested me and was leaving the lot when a salesman (Steve) came out and talked to me and asked what I was looking for, knowing they didn't have what I wanted. He made some suggestions and told me to drive to the very back of the lot. He met me there and they had just gotten in a Honda Accord and it hadn't been gone through. I liked the car, I drove the car, and the price wasn't too bad. They checked everything out on the car, detailed it, and put on new tires. I am now the owner of a new/used Honda Accord.

My husband and I were looking for a replacement for our aging run around town second car. We were most concerned with easy access since we both have hip and shoulder problems. So a low entry car door is out of the question. As soon as we arrived on the lot Randy was there to answer questions and determine exactly what we were looking for. We looked at a cute Ford EcoSport that had just arrived on their lot and it met all our needs. So we told Randy we would like to trade in our older Honda and purchase this vehicle. Keith handled the trade in value and proceeded with the purchase requesting assistance to finance part of the price. Paperwork was completed and we left satisfied with our choice and the deal, all in a few hours. We had a superior experience with a competent and capable staff.

I'm not quite sure why it would take nearly 4 hours to buy a car. No one was able to tell me. Only when I said I had to leave was there any response. In the wait time, they could have cleaned the car, made a second key and located the manual that went with the car. I was told they had it. My overall feeling was they were doing me a big favor selling me this used car. I wouldn't do business with them again. I found out later that they were under staffed but why not explain that up front. Poor customer service. ***** I've been in contact with these folks and have to say they stepped up and addressed the issues I wrote about so will change my rating to 4 stars. I really appreciated Randy calling me.

Had such a wonderful experience purchasing my vehicle from Capitol city Honda. Abe Minkler was very helpful during our whole process. He was happy to answer all of my many questions, broke down information to our understanding and overall pleasant to work with. After purchasing my vehicle he followed up to see how the car was doing. I will always recommend Abe at capitol city Honda, and I will be using him for any of my Honda needs in the future! After browsing countless used cars in online dealership inventories, I found a couple options I wanted to look at on the Capitol City Honda lot. From the moment I stepped on the lot I felt welcomed, and any car buying anxiety was immediately put at ease when Taron Brewer began helping me. I felt zero pressure from Taron. He was very professional and never pushed any sales on me throughout my whole experience. He was quick to locate the vehicles I wanted to see and when one of them had a sold tag on it he offered a similarly priced suggestion, but ultimately respected that I wasn t interested and brought me the second vehicle I had come to look at. Needless to say, I bought that vehicle, a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk. I appreciate how enjoyable Taron made the test drive with very genuine and personable conversation. Taron answered all the questions I had about the Jeep and even personally helped the detailer get my new(used) Jeep ready to drive off the lot! Overall I am very happy with my experience at Capitol City Honda! If anyone is looking to buy a car, make you go see Taron Brewer at Capitol City Honda!

We are looking around for used cars and have a limited budget. We really just wanted to see what is available, get a sense for where the market is at and compare to deals found from non-dealerships as well.Since we looked at this place we have been constantly being pushed to buy, even outside of our stated budget. Borderline harassment with how much they keep contacting us trying to get us to buy something, and shady business tactics to trick us into buying when we aren't really ready.They really wanted us to buy a civic we were looking at, and it was over budget. They kept us trying to negotiate for a better deal, and I noticed the government fees for licensing mysteriously went down a lot when they gave us a second offer. I'm sorry but that's incredibly shady. The government fees shouldn't be fluctuating based on a bargain, they should be a standard fee.They keep saying "we're just trying to help" but are clearly just trying to milk the most money out of us that they can.I know dealerships are like this but holy cow they wanted to take advantage of us, and I feel dirty and very uspet after dealing with this place.

I began thinking about trading in Sly, a 2015 Chevy Silverado (1500/RWD/other special features), a couple of months ago. I narrowed my search to a handful of sedan models. A couple of weeks ago I took a day off to cruise the loop. I landed up by Capitol City Honda s pre-owned lot, where I found 4 iterations of the 5 models I was interested in. I wasn t ready to deal with high pressure sales staff. So I approached the lot from the grassy knoll. Eventually I was approached by Steve, an inquisitive, engaging, active listener, with business savvy and enough intuition to loosen the reigns and let me process. I returned this past Wednesday to test drive a couple of vehicles. I left that afternoon after signing paperwork for a 2015 (1 owner) Honda CR V. In this day and age, I could have hopped online and had something delivered. But, my eyes stare at a computer screen all day, where transactions are impulsive and take place in seconds. I am grateful Steve and Capitol City Honda s Pre-Owned team recognized we could make a deal. I just needed a little time. BTW I love this CR V! (PS: If you re in the market for a pre-owned Silverado, give Steve a call.)

Capital city Honda is an incredible experience because the staff that are wholeheartedly committed. I would recommend them for any purchase used or new on a vehicle. They have amazing customer service and always go above and beyond . My family will only buy from them. Shout out to Keith and Greg. I went in looking for a decent used car and I found the Hyundai Tucson. They had on the lot and fell in love with it. Soon after driving off the lot, my check engine light came on Keith and the whole staff made sure to get everything fixed for me and even scheduled a software update at Hyundai for me in. They made the whole process very easy and I couldn t be more grateful. Thank you Keith, Spero, randy, and all of the mechanics and staff.

Spero the sales manager and Randy rodgers the sales agent are the best. I told them what I needed and they got me just that! No hassle no back and fourth . I did not have to give up any of my wants and all my needs were met in the vehicle they helped me get.My husband has had a rough time getting a lender for a new vehicle we have 4 children and one on the way and his 2 door sports car just isn t an option any more. Spero made the financial process very easy and made sure he was involved every step of the way . Randy rodgers made sure that when we came in he was available to us . No hand offs , no I m too busy right now , 100% hands on and great communication .This is my second car with Capitol city Honda and because of Spero we are loyal customers . If I could give 100 stars I would this process has been so simple and stress free .

The best experience at a dealer ship I've ever had...Went I with a 2014 Kia for trade to something a little bigger. With my bad credit and a repo...Manager Spero and Salesman Randy Rodgers helped me out tremendously. I am now leaving with a 2016 Ford Escape which was just the size I needed.
