Great service and an honest mechanic. Went ahead and fixed a couple things that he noticed were wrong. My car came back great. Listen to this shop....they know what they are talking about.

My car started shaking about 50 miles from my home. Eric and sons was the closest auto repair shop to where I had pulled over so I called and asked if I could bring it in. He said no problem. As soon as I drove in to his shop, he looked under the hood, accurately diagnosed the issue and made minor adjustments so that I could get home safely. And, he refused to take any payment. If you are looking for a reliable and trustworthy auto mechanic (yes, they are rare), I highly recommend Eric and sons.

Eric has worked on my vehicles for the past few years. Wouldn't take them anywhere else. Honest, Great price, Quality work. He has swapped out a bad transmission on my subaru legacy along with timing belt and water pump. Transmission flush, timing belt ,water pump, harmonic balancer on my Honda civic and Just recently work on my Ram 2500 diesel diagnosing front end problems and saving me thousands.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

We needed to have our van repaired instead of buying a new car. It needed a new engine and transmission. We are totally happy with the job Eric & Sons did for us. He gave us upfront prices before we decided and very happy that he saved us a lot of money and very happy to have our van running wonderful again. Thank you Eric & Sons for putting us back on the road again for a minimal amount of money compared to having to buy a new vehicle.

My husband and I have been coming to Eric & Son's Benz Connection for service on both of our Mercedes for the last 8 years. Eric has always been honest and efficient. His prices are always fair and we have always been happy with the quality of his work. I would highly recommend this business!

I was in bind regarding a vehicle purchase and needed some detailed information before making the purchase. I called Eric & Son's Benz Connection 15 min. before they closed. Eric answered the phone and proceeded to help me for the next 30 min. even though he was closing. His advice helped solidify the vehicle purchase and Eric even allowed me to send him some pics via text for him to evaluate. A follow up text the next morning to see how things went was a great touch. Excellent experience with this business.

When working with the public, it is impossible to make everyone happy all of the time. If you look at the reviews for ANYTHING there are always a couple of bad ones. Misunderstandings happen, and yes we all make mistakes. I read the negative reviews but still decided to give Eric a try. It was my impression that he did an excellent job. Pricing was way less than the Benz dealership and Eric did everything he could to save me money. I will definitely be going back.

Eric is a down to earth no nonsense mechanic. Takes a genuine interest in your vehicle and takes the time to make sure things are done right the first time. Quality work performed at better than competitive prices.

I came to Eric & Son's last week because my windshield wipers were not working on my Mercedes C220, I had thought it was the wiper switch on the steering column. It ended up being the wiper motor the car was done in a day. I would highly recommend Eric & Son's to anyone who wants to be well taken care of for their European vehicle!!!

Took my 06 Jaguar x-type to Eric to diagnose a misfire. Eric diagnosed (with pictures) the cat had melted and was contributing to poor performance. Discovered had I driven it much longer it could have resulted in a fire. O2 sensors and cat replaced. Car now runs as it should. LIKE A ROCKET!.Thanks Eric for your expertise. Highly recommend.

The motor mounts on my Volkswagen needed to be replaced and Eric delivered! He was fast, friendly and professional and the best part his prices were affordable I would recommend them all day long

Eric is not good at diesel repair and to make the story short he will tell you one price over the phone and when you come to pick up your car magically the price has gone up. On another note his shop is miss represented online it's really out of his personal barn and is not even a real automotive garage.
