Courteous staff gave me excellent advice about replacing a tire that ended up saving me money, they ordered one in for $150 and it came in the next day. The wheel was mounted and adjusted in approx. 20 mins. Will be coming here for future repairs!

An oil change should cost no more than $100, even for synthetic. This place charges $125. In retrospect, I should have asked the price first, and in my defense they should have told me ahead of time what the price would be.$125 is extremely excessive, 25% more than the average oil change. And there is nothing special about the extra cost. Not only that, the crew aren't very welcoming. With the exception of the receptionist, she was nice. I forgot her name.When I walked in, the older man I assume is the owner told me I needed an appointment in a rude manner, antithetical to what small town hospitality should be. And, the mechanic, either assuming I'm stupid or trying to be nice and save my engine wear and tear, set my oil life gauge to 70% instead of 100%. ??? Not sure why.I'm a big supporter of small businesses and helping out the small family run places. And I could have done the oil change myself, it's not hard. For convenience and helping the community I chose to take it in. I won't be taking it here again, the cost is extremely excessive, almost insulting. If you have the money, and you want to pay the "equipment fee" as it's listed in the itemized invoice, by all means have at it. Don't expect to be treated with any type of "thanks for supporting us" hospitality. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Save your money and YouTube how to do an oil change or ask someone, it's not hard. Most of us take it in for convenience.

So kind and so helpful. I couldn t recommend this place more. They got me in super quick and were all incredibly welcoming and friendly. They re a wonderful part of the community and I can t thank them enough for their help.

I needed a valve gasket cover put on and I got an appointment, but I missed it because I got my days confused. I went in around closing and they rescheduled me for the next day which was perfect. They did a great job on my car. I also just showed up one day and had them check my oils and fluids which they did at no cost. The staff there are very friendly and the mechanics know what they are doing. It's refreshing to finally have an auto shop around that doesn't charge you an arm and a leg and they work with the customer. I will be scheduling more repairs with them. Now if they would just get a coffee pot with coffee up front, they would be absolutely perfect. Hee hee

Wow words can't explain how amazing this shop was . And the owner was beyond helpful. I I recommend them very highly they went above and beyond to help me get my truck going so I can get going I'm trying to travel back to Alaska and the last week I was here a bunch of problems happened with my vehicle I took it into the shop with a lot of anxiety and stress. The owner was so helpful even gave me a ride and a ride from my home to pick up. and got me a coffee it was a so kind of them. The mechanic listen to me and didn't dismiss anything that I was saying which is refreshing that usually don't happen to me I gotta say I can't say enough good things about the shop the new owner is really doing wonderful things. And the price is out of this world to me being from Alaska labor cost a lot more and they were fast they went out of their way to make sure that me and my family were safely gonna make it for a long journey. this is for real the best shop but I've seen in a long time thank you to the team that supported and helped me cause without my vehicle I don't think I'd be able to make it home. Every single one of her employers were very nice very very professional and I appreciate it so very much.

Bad Experience. Rip off. Will never go back.Paid $140 diagnose fee plus $70 to plug in a new relay( 5 minute job). Will not support this local business.

On our way out of town we broke down on sandridge with six of us in the van. While we waited for the tow truck, I called Ocean Auto to see if they could help us today. Jill offered to come get our four kids because the tow truck only had space for two. As soon as AAA got the van on the ground, Jill had the mechanics drop what they were doing to diagnose the problem and help us get back on the road asap. I'm not sure you could ask for better service. Thank you Jill and ocean auto crew.

I should of gone to les schwabb 45 minutes away instead. The manager was rude and the guy that fixed my tire didn't even check the air in the rest of my tires.

Got a oil change they changed me $125 for a regular oil change. They hit me with a $35 supply fee saying that was the disposal fee. Beware!!!! Never go there!!!Service: Auto battery maintenanceService: Auto battery maintenance
