Truly thankful for the positive experience working with this company, under extremely otherwise devastating circumstances.

I impulsively drove my Mazda3 onto the beach and these men were amazing and towed us back to solid land. Which my car did not make that the easiest job, but they didn t give up on it and didn t even charge us! They rescued us completely outta the kindness of their heart. Amazing service. Was enjoying a beach drive with my 3 Boston Terriers and my truck died. Called Hill Towing, and owner George was there in 15 minutes, flat towed me to the pavement, and a tow truck was already there and waiting! Excellent service, wonderful people, towed me right to a garage in town within walking distance of my rental. He then drove my 3 pups and me back to my rental. Driver was very helpful, vehicle was stuck in 4 wheel drive after we were pulled from a ditch and he assured us that he would not leave us. He used his phone to trouble shoot our situation and the problem was resolved. Very happy with Hill.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

We've never had a problem driving on the beach but this year there was a large hump that was super soft. We called Hill towing and he came right out and got us out no problem. He charges very reasonable rates and is very nice. I will absolutely recommend to others.

I learned a very hard lesson today that you shouldn t play in the sand unless you re properly equipped to do so. My car got stuck in the sand with the rising tide coming in. I was referred to Hill Towing. George was able to help me out very quickly at a reasonable price. George calm demeanor really helped ease my stress. He gave me proper instructions calmly so we can get my car out of the sand and into the safe pavement. Thank you for saving me!

Randy was such an awesome guy, he drove my jeep & myself all the way back to Vancouver after an already long day, he made no stops for restroom or to eat, we also ran into a bad accident & road paving that added 1.45hrs to our already 2hr trip.. He totally deserves me gratitude & I will call on them again if I find it necessary.. We got stuck in the sand as so many of us do when trying to drive onto the beach. Lesson learned: Do not use the Oysterville access! But George came by quickly and got us out just as quickly. He told us some jokes and helped us to not feel foolish. Felt like a good friend had come by to help. Reasonably priced, quick service, and genuinely nice guy. Hopefully we don't need him in the future, but will gladly call him if we do.Service: Car towing

I don t know his name. I think he s the owner. He s gruff, and doesn t mince words, but he s kind, and saved our lives !! We went to Long Beach on the 4th of July. We parked on the hard pack sand and attempted to leave before high tide as we only have front wheel drive. When we were leaving, something was burning at the main entrance/ exit and they were turning cars around. That s when the trouble started. The tide was coming in fast, and people were getting stuck everywhere. We couldn t get out and eventually we were stuck. We have small children and immediately regretted our decision to come down here. Our van was going into the ocean, and all these big 4x4 s sat there watching as I m frantically digging and my wife is getting kids and dog from the van. We called 911 at this point as we didn t know what to do. They referred us to Hill towing, and this guy is better than a first responder. We re eternally grateful for our sand Zorro for getting us out of this nightmare and back to real life. I thought for sure this was going to cost a fortune, and I was emotionally preparing myself, but that wasn t the case. Thank you for your help. Thank you for not robbing us blind. Easy to work with. Very professional. They really saved my butt when my car went in the ditch due unexpected ice/hail storm not too far out from Astoria in the middle of nowhere. They even towed my car all the way to Olympia Washington. Aces to those guys!

We r locals. Got stuck on the beach being dumb. Called hills. He tried to troubleshoot us out, so we didn't have to pay...we were super stuck, Late Wednesday evening. Even though the wait was longer than quoted, Andy showed and did an amazing job! He was so knowledgeable about all things...including our new neighborhood. If I ever have to have a tow again, I will tell George..."Please send Andy again"He turned a not fun thing into a nice morning. Our Jeep broke down on the beach and GEORGE saved us. It was high tide and wheels were wet. He was there in less than 5 mins had us off the beach and safe! Reasonable prices and great service. Amazing service! I was a bit too excited to drive on the sand on longbeach when visiting from Canada, and quickly realized not all vehicles are meant for it. I got a very fair quote over the phone, and he headed out as soon as he was finished on the job he was on. I didn t catch the drivers name, but he was prompt and very friendly, easing my worried mind about being swept away from the rising tides. Thank you for your help, and if I ever find myself trapped in the sand again, I ll be sure to just call this company before spending an hour trying to dig myself out

Got stuck on the Seaview beach approach. They were there in minutes, dug me out, which means they didn't need to tow my car out, and didn't charge me. Super helpful! Thanks Hill!

Absolutely stellar service. The owner was at my location within 35 minutes of me placing a service call (on a Sunday!) and quickly determined that I needed a flatbed tow instead of a quick jumpstart. He had another driver there within another 30 minutes. His driver was super polite, kind and professional and quickly loaded up my vehicle and then got me safely home which was almost 3 hours away. I would absolutely recommend this company and would use them again if I ever needed their services in the area.Service: Car towing

Very professional and came to the rescue quickly. We got high centered within a few feet of the beach approach and the driver was able to get the car out quickly and safely. I'm so glad they were able to help us as I had two kids and a dog in the car. Highly recommend this towing company!!!

Hill Towing helped me get my friend s sprinter van out of the sand and was super friendly. The driver didn t tow me out, but gave me guidance after digging out my back tires and direction for getting out. Incredibly kind and quite funny - something I needed after a not-great challenge. Thanks!

If I see this review, I am sorry that your car may be stuck in sand. Hill is the only nearby towing company.Our car was stuck there on a weekend and we called them and was told a minimum of $450 would be charged. Our car was towed by a kindly couple using their pickup. But the staff still charged us $350 when he arrived, though he didn t do anything. On the receipt it claimed he towed our car.Anyway, you don t have other choice if you have to tow your car on the long beach. I don t know if anything can be done. I don t think there is any government department who takes care of consumers.

Omg, We have a brand new 2022 Chevy Silverado took it to the beach for the 1st time and decided we needed to turn around and guess what, we got stuck.
