Excellent service, very personable staff, and they made my headlights look better than when I bought it, which saved me from my original plan of eventually buying new headlights. They also pointed out a slight issue with my alternator. Will be using them again.

Came here on a Saturday morning and it was such an efficient and pleasant experience. All the employees there were helpful and operated in a very methodical and standardized fashion. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a painless and agreeable car maintenance experience! Nick took good care of us and really cares!

This Jiffy Lube has always been so great with their skills and customer service. They've always been truthful and have never pushed a sale on me. Being a women, unfortunately, I've had places try to do this hoping for a quick sale. Not this place. Very friendly and communication has been great. Recently something with my oil pan or bolt failed, not their fault. They still helped me figure it out and fixed it super fast! I recommend this location to everyone.

The service tech falsified my car's mileage, making me not trust his competence. Despite my efforts to correct the mileage, he persisted in entering an inaccurate figure in the report and even the sticker (like he really doesn t care). Initially he recorded around 300,000 miles, he later adjusted it to over 120,000 miles after our chat but still far from the actual 80,000 miles. While seemingly trivial to the oil change process, this disregard for accuracy raises concerns about his professionalism and integrity in managing more critical aspects.And don t even get me started on the tire pressure fiasco. he pretended to check my tires but totally missed the fact that my tires were low when I rolled in and when I left. I had to hit up another place to fix it.Seriously, paying too much for a sketchy service. The chain might have a big name all over the country, but their staff here? Not pro at all.

Had some issues with an oil leak today and assumed the oil change I did with jiffy was the culprit. After taking my car in to have them check it out, the GM, Nick, had a look and found that I actually had a small leak coming from the rear main seal of my car. Rather than just sending me on my way, he took the time to walk with me to AutoZone, pick out a sealant and walk with me back to put it in my car. He topped off my oil and coolant and sent me on my way. I ve had some good customer service before but I must say, this was hands down one of the best I ve ever experienced. Hats off to you Nick. 10/10 recommend!

Nick and his crew are great. His gives the impression that he cares about the customers vehicles as much as he cares for his. His crew was kind, polite and professional especially being so busy. I never felt rushed to make any decisions. He updated me when he found something that he thought I would like to be aware of. When I asked for the cost he told me on the spot. That tells me that he knows what he is talking about and can be trusted. I can go on but I trust I have made my point. Good guys, my wife will be bringing her explorer in soon for an oil change.Happy Thanksgiving to you Nick and your crew.

Came to Jiffy Lube for an oil change. We have had problems with headlight dimness & haven t known how to fix it. We ve called around and asked about getting some kind of help for restoration and no one has had any answers. We came to Jiffy Lube and the technicians noticed the foggy headlights and offered to restore them. Afterwards, they are looking and working much better. We love Jiffy Lube

Fast and excellent service. Explained all the specials for the day. Was open to things I didn't want done and did not try to push services I did not need! Jiffy lube keeps my VW on the road! As someone who commutes 2 hours daily, I greatly appreciate this

The team ran like a well-oiled machine. Nicholas and his crew (Francisco, Brian, and Kailynn)were super polite and made me feel safe and comfortable. Their communication and teamwork around the bay and car were efficient and concise. Nicholas was open to all my questions. He didn't make me feel inadequate for asking and took the time to explain and show clearly. I will make this my go-to for all of our vehicles' quick service needs.

Every time I've been to Jiffy Lube in Oak Harbor, Washington to get help, they've been fantastic. They've checked my tire pressure, battery, oil level and more for free. When there's been something that I did pay for, the cost was always less then I expected. I highly recommend this company and the people who work there.

For being short handed and having long line, once I was in the garage it took no time. Friendly, fast, fair price, and good information. I'll totally be back went back about a month after first half visit for spark plugs and Transmission flush truck is running great thanks to Nick and the crew

I highly recommend the Oak Harbor Jiffy Lube! Nick and his Team strive to make lifelong customers through their excellent service and willingness to go the extra mile. Since moving here, we ve used them for oil changes and routine care. I recently heard something flapping underneath my car and was worried to drive it to the store in fear that I would further damage whatever was loose. I called Jiffy Luby and Nick and Elizabeth met me at my house to inspect my car! They helped me get my skid plate secure enough to drive it to the store and get it fixed. Did you know they do more than oil changes? Check them out for quality service, big company with a small town friendly and down to earth touch!

This is the most attentive, respectful and positive mechanics shop I have ever been to. I was greeted and informed of the wait by a friendly tech, I watched workers work together, show good natured humor and go the extra mile. My recent experience with this place was unfortunately quite disappointing. I brought my car in need of some maintenance and despite their initial assurance that they could handle it, they encountered difficulties finding the components on the car (like an air filter). What was worst was the lack of transparency afterwards. Instead of admitting the challenges, there seem to be an attempt to mislead about the completion of the job. As a customer honesty and reliability are crucial and this experience fell short of those expectations.

Have lived in Oak Harbor for some time and every time I come here the service is quick and efficient, no wonder there s wait at times. I ve been here twice in the past week and they have been nothing short of friendly, efficient and make it a no-fuss experience. On an extremely cold, wet, windy day, the team at Jiffy Lube provided thorough and informative service without a "hard sell" approach. They worked with my budget and made time to explain services and answer my questions. Especially as a recent transplant to the island, I was grateful to have a trusted place to take my car and know it would be well cared-for.

Customer service was great, it s just the prices that are asinine. Had an oil change on the navy base for literally half the cost. I get it, military bases are always going to be cheaper, but from 60-70 to 120-130? That isn t just military discount, that s a wild markup.

Nick and the jiffy lube team is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I previously went to Walmart 2 months ago to get some routine maintenance, and they topped off my fluids. Turns out there was too much water in my coolant fluid, and it froze SOLID when the temperatures dropped. My car would not turn on without shutting down and it was a nightmare.We got my car towed once the snow thawed, and the team at jiffy lube went above and beyond to solve the problem. They stayed past hours to make sure I got my car back the same day.I can t thank them enough for their help, and amazing customer service skills.These guys deserve a raise!!

Nick, and others at Oak Harbor JIFFY LUBE, were thorough and helpful on my car. Quick and easy service. I originally came in to simply change my oil, but got recommendations to work on other items. I will definitely return to address other maintenance issues.
