I was halfway through my 5500 mi round trip from Texas to upper Washington when I noticed a lot of oil accumulating around the PCV area. Upon closer inspection the PCV elbow was cracked. Never fear AutoZone is here! I called ahead of time to make sure there was one in stock, and the friendly employee went back to make sure there was one on the shelf. It was a rainy day and I did not have any plans so I decided to install it when I got back to camp. It is labor intensive since you need to remove the intake plenum but I had all of the necessary items for a successful repair. I have 265,000 mi on the truck and have maintained it for 25 years and Auto Zone has been there when I need them!

Another Autozone location with very inexperienced staff. Stopped in to order parts for a head gasket repair, complete list of parts and Ugh they missed costing me 3 hours and a trip to another store for the parts missed. The lack of experience shows, Qty required shows in their system and he missed. Yah I know mistakes happen, but basic info and knowledge would have avoided a costly delay and trip to get the missed parts.I should know better, Napa is right up the street and price is same with experience at the counter. Autozone needs to train their people before putting them on the counter, tired of mistakes costing me money and time Update 4/19, Still no response from AutoZone on the follow-up they requested. I sent the info as they requested in e-mails and zip-zilch and zero response to the issues. So I had to go back and return the incorrect parts and spoke with the store manager, yah not good. He was not apologetic, not concerned and pointed to a sign by the door with the regional managers contact info...REALLY!!! Shows exactly as I felt they don't get it and really don't care if I shop there at all.

AutoZone Technicians have always helped me anytime I have a car issue. I go in with a panic and leave with a solution. My 1st choice is AutoZone! I highly recommend to all. Thank you guys for your amazing service.

We just had the best customer service from sales rep Korey. He was so knowledgeable and helped us with a code that was throwing from a check engine light. He helped get the issue identified, we bought the parts and fixed it right there. Awesome! Will return to this location every time we need a car part. Thanks Korey!

These staff members in AutoZone were absolutely awesome..I brought my Toyota Tundra over today to purchase windshield wiper blades and the person who had processed my purchase was kind enough to offer to install them himself. I don't know the man's name but my wife and I were very appreciative. Kudos to you and your staff...Sincerely Jim

I was lost and confused with my battery problems and Stephen H saved the day. I needed my battery replaced and he assisted me with all my troubles. He is very knowledgeable and extremely kind. I believe him to be the best worker there. Thank you again!

Store # 3385 employee DustinDustin was super friendly and helpful. He helped me change a fuse and get my radio working again. He even had a extra fuse so I didnt get charged. He refused to accept a tip for his kindness. I really appreciate you Dustin. Thank you so much.

These guys are awesome- been coming here for years, always really helpful and professional. I came in with a problem recently with my windshield wipers, and I even made a stupid mistake, and they fixed it for me and didn't charge me extra. Thanks for the help.

I always look forward to going into AutoZone in Oak Harbor, Wa 98277 Store #3385 because the staff is friendly and attentive. There is one staff member named Dustin that demonstrates the exact leadership and customer service I sought to run Amazon Fulfillment Centers. Always putting the customer first will excel the AutoZone brand and Dustin exemplifies these traits with ease. I would highly recommend follow-on manager training and assignment to his own store. Way to go Dustin!

Researched the required parts online, verifying in stock, and opened the page when entering store. Plenty of workers on-duty and one of them quickly asked how he could help. Part numbers were provided, parts brought, rang up, paid for and I was out the door and on my way in under ten minutes. Timely, efficient, friendly customer service gets grateful good grades galore from me.

Was picking up parts for my husband was helped by a nice young man and felt very comfortable there. Although I had to ponder a suggestion he made to me about checking my blinker fluid levels. Do blinkers have dip sticks?

Stephen was by far the best employee I could have asked for. During all my visits throughout the day he made sure that I was taken care of. After initially helping me pick parts and solve what a mechanic shop had diagnosed, he helped me find another issue I would have never found on my own. If you're ever looking for someone that goes the extra mile, ask for Stephen H. He's just the best.

I do most of my parts shopping here and have always found the employees to be courteous and knowledgeable. Plus getting a reward for purchasing something is kinda cool.

What can I say? Timothy was helpful and attentive rivaling Sunday Champagne Brunch at Neiman Marcus.I only needed new valve stem covers but the experience was elevated due to Timothy's witt and wisdom.What ever they are paying him it is not enough for this level of customer service.

I loved my experience! I was promptly greeted by a young gentleman who showed me exactly what I was looking for. He was polite, respectful and enthusiastic, so much so that he forgot to clock in while helping me. He only realized he wasn't clocked in when he couldn't ring me up. Excellent service!

Always so helpful. I love the free tool borrowing program! Fixed the bulb on my taillight for $4 by buying the new bulbs and then using their tools (I certainly didn't have a T20 hex lying around). Yes!!! The people there are always so helpful and friendly for me. Love it!

They were convenient. Had plenty of parking. Were out of the small radiator house for radiator fill tank. That's the really small hose. Ended up purchasing 2 gallons of antifreeze. It's a little pricey compared to Walmart. Which we just left. Had to buy a hose clamp set and a few other things. Those were reasonable. Services were fast and no long lines. Store was clean and uncluttered.

I had an amazing experience at this Auto Zone! I came here on a Sunday night after getting a jumpstart from triple A with a dead dead battery. The woman at the counter was SO sweet and incredibly helpful. Fast worker and genuinely kind, despite my lack of knowledge or preparation for the situation. Chris was so fast as installing the new battery and we had good conversation the entire time he worked away at it! My car battery arrangement was frustrating with a mismatched bracket but it took him 1/1000 the amount of time it would have taken me. It was cold, dark and rainy but he made the overall experience enjoyable! A+ service from both of them! Couldn t have been better.

I needed the battery changed in my key fob. I went to a local auto store to see if they could help me do it so I wouldn t have to take a ferry to pay $7 at the dealership.Walked in, explained what I was needed and was told they couldn t even look up what battery I needed to buy.I walked out, went two buildings down to AutoZone where Mike not only looked up the battery, but he changed the battery for me and made sure both keys worked.Thanks Mike for the awesome service!
