Got here at 4:30pm needed a PM and other services done. Got parked went to go to the shop and there closed doors locked lights off nobody in sight called the convenience store, the lady who answered the phone was VERY RUDE,(to put it nicely) told me to press option 5 for the shop, I told her they didn t answer and I was just trying to figure out if the shop was open because it says 24 hours everywhere. She barked saying I don t know use option 5 and hung up on me. I called the fuel desk they said if it s locked up they must be closed, I asked for hours of operation she didn t even know that. So if you re looking to get service done I wouldn t waste my time here. TA s service shops are becoming ridiculous. Total waste of time and loss of money for us. How about you actually change your hours of operation to the actual ones, just a suggestion

Good place to stop with plenty of parking. It s $20 to reserve a spot. Showers were hot and clean. They had laundry facilities as well. Store had a ton of food options,there was also a Popeyes chicken in the same parking lot. I personally would recommend you walk across the street to the Hammer Lane Burger & BBQ. This is a very busy TA. They do have a truck service shop and a CAT scale on site. Plenty of fuel items as well.

I have been here at the TA in north bend, WA since 1/20/24 until 1/22/24. Day 1 roughly 10am I walk in for service, the man says they have a long line and won't get to me until tomorrow. I ask can I be put on the list. He says no, check in tomorrow at 8:30am because the rating or service delays look bad for corporate. Day 2 I see someone arrived at 8am, at 8:09 I go check in. He is eating Burger King and flips through service orders and says I have yours right here, your Hirschbach right. I say yes. At 10:36am I call TA for an ETA he says he lost my service request and can I come back in. He then writes me up "another" service request and sends it to Hirschbach for approval. If he had the first service request already why would it need to be approved again? Anyway he says the first truck needs a lot of work (which ended up taking them 6 hours to complete), he then says there are 2 more trucks that just needs tires they should be quick. I'm after them! After the 6hr long truck left, I saw a red bobtail, and 2 more trucks with trailers enter the bay. I ask again for an ETA at 3pm. He says it'll be tomorrow because the first truck took 6 hours. ( I am parked in paid parking spot and ask if there is somewhere else to park the lot is full. He moves a yard jockie for me to have a parking space). Day 3 at 6am I saw people showing up, so I go to make sure I'm the first one in line for service this morning. The lady shows me numbers on the top of the service orders and says they go by this. I proceeded to tell her that's not what I was told yesterday and I've been here 3 days now. She tells me there are 4 trucks ahead of me. I am absolutely livid!!!!

WROST SERVICE i ever had in my life i go there to fix my truck tire around 1.30 pm they told we close at 3pm i told them you putt me in line for tomorrow morning they told me to come at morning time right now we can t do anything and we open at 6 am when i go there at 6.am they told me 4 people are already waiting before u and then they putt me in line and fix my tire next day at 2pm

I am not a trucker but. They are very accommodating to those who need it. The showers where nice and clean ready to use. Also the code was not burnt like most stores that I use

Bad experience. We had stopped here to get our tyre repaired. He told us to wait as we were in the queue but by the time our turn came, he closed his shop and left without informing us and we kept waiting there.

Customer service is the worst in this workshop, I spent more than two hours waiting for a tire to be changed on my truck. In addition, the girl (Mckinley) who served me discriminated against me for having an accent to speak English. She was also rude and in a bad mood despite the fact that I was the first customer to attend at 6:30 am. This company must review this type of employee.

Bays sat empty for nearly an hour. Service writer and tech on site. Was told that I can t get an oil change until the next morning. Apparently laziness is an issue with employees. Spoke with GM and DM. GM explained to me how many trucks are already waiting . That s why they can t get me in. Total lack of oversight on his part. I would suggest a change of employees and accountability from the top down.

One of the worst truck stop I ve ever seen. First of all.. The lady inside was great, she s alone and have to do everything, the 2 star are for her Nobody there to clean up so, no shower and very dirty restroom. Fuel all over the parking. About 20 free parking, all the other are 25$ parking. 16$ a shower, when they work.. the Country kitchen is closed, Popeye s not too bad. BUT go on the other side of the road at the Gull gas station, there s a very little restaurant and it s awesome. The food, the worker, everything is great. You have to go try it !!!!

Clean rest rooms. Very quite place to stay overnight. Beautiful surroundings. Overall nice experience.

Shop here in North Bend WA. Is great, got in fast and was quick with the oil change. The down side to this TA is no restaurant as it's closed down and only a Popeyes chicken. Up side is there's a great BBQ joint across the street..

1 lady was doing all the fuel, parking, scales, convenient store while the other lady was putting up shirts while their were 12 customers in line waiting to get checked out. Customers kept coming in, she was busy, busy with no help to clear the customers. Looks as though putting up shirts is way more important than taking care of their customers, you know the people that support their business.

Shady mechanics. Failed me on a DoT inspection for preventative maintenance, items that were close to illegal but not illegal. I was forced to get repairs done at the shop because of Landstar contract. The mechanics know about the Landstar contract and abuse it to get extra labor.2 other drivers left the shop while I was there because of outrageous labor estimates to perform simple part replacements. The other drivers already had parts, they only needed labor.I complained in the shop about the mechanic, but everyone in the shop said they couldn't do anything because he is the "master mechanic". I was furious about how he talked to me. He talked to me like I was a company driver. I tried to explain to him that a slack adjuster being near the legal limit is not a DoT failure. I told him that the DoT inspection is for failures, not things close to illegal. He put his hand up in my face, told me he wasn't going to argue about it, and walked off. He did it because he knew I couldn't do anything about it because of the Landstar contract. There are shady mechanics that will take advantage of you in this business. That is why I try to only work with a select few.

4.5 hrs to get a mud flap hanger straightened, a mudflap replaced. And a grease job on the trailer. Waited 3.5 hrs to even get called into the shop, while trucks that came in after us were waited on. Plus charged $20 for reserved parking whole we waited, since the free parking was full. If I wasn't a company driver, T/A would never get a penny of my business

If you get here early enough 1- 2pm for parking and have a shower credit - $0, later and no credit $30. Two thirds of the place is reserved parking , maybe 1/3 to1/2 of the free spots you won't get blocked in by the double quadruple parallel miserable late comers that know better parking drivers, I like it when they park and look around like - will this work?, I do feel sorry for the ones that have never been here but not for the ones that know better. And who's job is it anyway to make sure someone else's pubic hair is left on the toilet seat ? The one star is for taking advantage of drivers over the parking situation which would sell out every night of the week even if they were all reserved.

TJ , Anna, Bennett and Mason were awesome they did there best to help us and made sure to keep us updated with the parts we have been waiting on and made sure to get us in and out as fast as possible. We never have a bad experience coming to this location for repairs we will continue to do so when we need to. Thank you team for all your help and doing your best we couldent have asked for better customer service

Called to see if I could buy a set of cat filters and the shop closed out early. Also wouldn't take inside to fuel desk to purchase. Thanks for not supporting drivers

Well... to be honest this is my 1st time here at this TA. I was reccomend this location to take reset. Truthfully it's not bad. GREAT place to eat across the street!! Hotel is pricey at around 100 per night.. IMO not worth it. But hey the mountains are beautiful.

Limited free parking. Almost always full. Water/tea/coffee has strong chemical taste. Small laundry room and showers.Never had an issue with the staff and the view is nice.

I don't think I'm going to stop at TA truck stops anymore. The amount of reserve places at your truck stops is getting out of control. And now on top of all your expensive stuff including you're extremely expensive fuel compared to the others around you, you want to charge me $0.08 a bag. The way you treat truck drivers really doesn't show that you actually care about us like you claim to. You nickel-and-dime us to death.. thank God my boss allows me to feel anywhere I want. Which means you're no longer going to be a part of my for fuel. SMH

I'm not a trucker. But, i did stop to get gas for the wife's car.. Got gas had to use the rest room and found out that nearest rest room was in the restaurant. The restaurant's coffee was good. Kind of a long walk when one needs to go. Love's is a better place to go, love's is cleaner.

Couldn't get parking, even all the reserved spots were sold out for the night.Went to repair shop to get a hose clamp and guy there was very nice, just didn't have any of the extremely common 2.5 to 3 inch hose clamps I so desperately needed to complete my repair.
