Within 2 minutes of entering the store, Greg acknowledged me & asked if I needed any help as he was finishing up with another customer. I was looking to buy my first pair of snow chains and replace my old windshield wipers. Greg helped me find my tire size & windshield wiper length, all within the span of 5 minutes! He helped me choose the best option for my car and budget, and even replaced my windshield wipers for me while it was raining out! As a retail employee myself, Greg reminds me of how impactful excellent customer service can be. Thanks for being so awesome today Greg!

The older gentleman with a beard was the most helpful and polite worker I ve encountered at any store, in a long time. Thank you sir, for going out of your way to not only replace one of my headlights, but both! And did it under warranty and saved me money! Great customer service!!!

My truck battery was bad. Stalled out on the way there out front across the street. Went in and talked to them. Staff came out and tried to jump it to no avail. Went and got 2 more guys and pushed me off the road into a parking lot assisted me with purchase of battery, gave me $5 off with my old coupon and even walle across the street to the parking lot and installed it for me. Talk about going the extra mile. #1 good guys here. Best service ever.

I just want to thank the employees who work here. My wife was traveling and ended up needing a new battery. They sold her a new one and replaced the bad one. Which was great. She didn t have the tools with her she would have needed to do it herself.I called one of their competitors first and when I asked if they had her battery (they did) and if they could change out the battery. They were too busy to help her and hung up on me. Safe to say I won t be going to any of their stores from now on.Thank You for going above and beyond and saving the day!

I have been saved twice by the superb customer service at this particular location on my drive from Eastern Washington over to the west side. First time I had 2 different employees help me find and install the correct wiper blades on my car out in the elements during severe winter weather and next trip diagnosed a faulty battery and installed a new one for me after my car wouldn t start and had to be jumped a few doors down at another store. Above and beyond!

I love having a friendly auto parts store near by, and O Reilly s is just that. The store is always stocked. Their people will get out from behind the counter to help you track down what you re looking for. Many of their employees have been there a long time - one of them I knew we ll even retired from O Reilly (after working there since it was Schucks). I hope they are always around. Support them. Make sure they do.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!Order parts online at 2pm that were to be picked up at 5:30pm. 5:30 comes no change on status, I give the store a call and they tell me we didn't fulfill the order, we thought you ordered from the wrong store. They have my phone number and an email but they don't call you they just assume. So they tell me the parts will be there at 8:15am. The next day I wait for a change in status, nothing. I call them with no answer. I had to use online chat to get a response. Again they don't order them but they will and they will be there at 8:15am. I tell the rep on the chat that it will be great, cancel my order.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.THEY JUST DONT CARE.

I ve always had a great time when stopping at this store. Doug is pretty funny when ya get too know Him. Mike is always an awesome help. The guys at this shop really thrive too help ppl when they are in need. My battery failed on me twice and they replaced it under warranty again. When I order parts they always get them in within a day or that same day ( if ordered early in the morning) so this is why I will always return too this shop. Thanks again guys for all your help. -jeremy

Broke down in Snoqualmie last weekend with my children on a day adventure. Stayed at a hotel Saturday night and called O Reilly first thing on Sunday morning to get an alternator. Spoke to Doug who said they would have one delivered to their location from another store by 5PM. The store location was 7.1 walking distance so we set out on foot. (I had no car and was on a budget. Plus it was a nice day for a walk.) We reached a dead-end as the walking route became the freeway and was unsafe for us to continue on foot. I called and Uber to get us the last two miles. We arrived at 4 PM to a note on the door: Closed today at 4PM. Sorry for the inconvenience. UHMMM NO. I immediately called and at the same time saw a woman employee inside. I started knocking on the door and she irritatedly pointed to the sign. I said no, no, no! We reserved a part earlier with Doug who said that we could pick it up at 5. We just hiked here for Snoqualmie to get it. She unhappily let us in to get the alternator. I understand that unforeseen circumstances happen but they could have at least called me to let me know. Doug confirmed my name and number in the system that morning, so I know they had it. Customer satisfaction guaranteed?? Not this time.

Doug from o Reilly North Bend is,fantastic. Helped my wife out when her 2015 jeeps battery went out. Installed a new,one in parking lot of Safeway. Thanks Doug you personify customer Service

I was helped today by a man named Doug (i think). He was incredibly helpful. Called on the phone with my concerns about my vehicle. We talked through it and he thought the same thing as well. When I went in he provided excellent service that included step by step instructions on what to do. I would highly recommend this place as well as him specifically. Thank you so muc .

I want to give a 2 thumbs up to this parts store. I had a dead battery and when I called I talked to Joe. Joe was awesome and offered to even try to come help me himself. When that wasn't going to work, he pointed me at another wonderful place that came out, jumped my battery, and installed a new one.Joe didn't have to go the extra mile, but he did and it save a really cruddy Monday. They will get my business again.

We ordered parts to fix our vehicle. Parts ordered from warehouse didn't match what the outside of the box said they were in one case and they were missing half the parts in two other boxes. The staff didn't bother making sure the orders made to correct their errors made the cut off times for warehouse delivery.Instead of acting remorseful staff had attitude because he didn't feel it was his mistake. He failed to take any responsibility on his end to follow through and make sure things arrived when quoted and were correct. If he had just called to verify the second box ordered wasn't the same misplaced part he could have also verified that it had made it on the truck. I could have picked it up from their warehouse before closing. Had we known it wasn't on the truck. The staff member actually said "why are you even ordering parts from North Bend O'Reilly's, it is the worst O'Reilly's to order stuff from." I would have to agree since we have not had the same experience using this chain in other locations. Every time we go into this location one staff member is at the counter with a line while multiple staff members mill around in back smoking in the truck service bay door opening.Looks like we will start using NAPA after this job is done.

I was having car trouble while driving on i90 by north bend. Stopped in to oriely and had the pleasure of meeting Doug. He brought his tool kit out and was very helpful. Doug is the kind of guy you hope interact with at a small town auto parts store.

This was one of the worst O'Reillys I have ever been to. I have never been treated so poorly by someone who was trying to "help" me. The staff was rude and unfriendly. The so called "manager" (older female) was also rude and far from friendly. The people were not helpful and treated their customers very poorly. Very sad to say the least.

worst orilleys!! Ordered the part was not in stock ok I can deal with that. So employee says it definitely should be here the next day at 9am so I get there right on time call while I was in parking lot after I drove to nearest orilleys from carnation 40min away just to hear from the store that no one ordered it but it should be here at 10:30 so waiting for part. Come on man.

I would give 0 stars if I could.After having several problems with parts I have purchased from O'Reilly Auto Parts over the time-span of about a year and a half, I decided to call the local repair shops and all of them unanimously said they purchase very few parts from O'Reilly's, due to the poor quality of their parts with one shop stating they had as many as 8 warranty claims going at one time. When I asked the O'Reilly's manager about these issues, I received a very rude response. I would recommend Napa Auto Parts any day. The parts seem to be competitively priced, and more importantly, you only have to do the job once! The staff at Napa is way more knowledgeable in making sure you get the correct part the first time.

Our battery light showed up on our dash board. One of your employees came out to our vehicle and performed free tests which determined that our alternator was failing. After he told us what the problem was...we were able to fix it! Thank you O'Reilly's!

I had licence plate light go out. And I went in to store fir replacement bulb, the minute I walked into the store it let loose and started raining pigs and chickens cats and dogs go s.. The young OReillys employee grabbed a unbrella walked me to the car and replaced the bulb in the duluge of rain. He was quick and git back in the dry store and the rain stopped. Of course it dud.. I was happy and dry and the police can c my plates at night once again

Staff consistently helpful, often going out of their way to help me figure out some auto issue on my older Previa. Good prices as well as conveniently located.
