We ve been bringing all of our cars for tire services for several years (we live in the valley) here and were never disappointed. We ve also put new tires with them on our cars. My Volvo needed specific tires and they were able to order them. So glad I didn t go to dealership and now when I need help LS is just around the corner. Are they busy? Sure they are! You would be if you are that good. So plan accordingly. And when I had an emergency with my completely flat tire they took care of me in adequate timing considering me just showing up during their busy hours. And as a woman I am always treated with respect and care there. Keep up the good work, North Bend Les Schwab guys and gals!

Les schwab the level of services are not the same. I was there last weekend and asked one of the guys there that I feel something is not right with one of my tires. I couldn't describe what was wrong, and he took a quick look and said you needed to align your tires to find out what was wrong with the tired. I didn't have time to wait, so I put my name down. I moved my car over to have them check my tire pressure, and one of the technicians asked me which tires, seriously?? For real? How about all four, please. After he checked the tirepressure and I left the place. I called Les Swabs back and told them I was not coming back! By the way, this was the first time there. I was there four months ago to have them check my tire pressure, and I felt like I was a burden them for a quick tires air pressure check.

I'm conflicted about writing a negative review for a free service, but I think this is justified:-Called in regarding small leak in my tire, the woman on the phone was very friendly and advised me to come in at a less-busy time-Drop my truck off and waited around 2 hours (they have a very nice waiting area)-Younger technician came over to me and apologized for the wait, explained to me the challenges with the patch. He was very friendly as well!Here's the negative:-Once it was time to ring me up (again, it's great that a patch is a free service) an older technician mentioned that he filled my tires up to 44psi per the factory door sticker on my truck. I explained to him that's incorrect, as the factory tires were 35" and my aftermarket tires are 37". He said, no, that's wrong. They should be 44psi per the sticker. Trusting the expert, I went about my day.But of course, once I got home and googled it, he was completely wrong. *Obviously* a different tire size would need a different psi! In fact, online calculators suggest a 5-10psi difference, which is substantial enough for concern. Even if the tire pressure sensors were configured for the factory pressure, keeping my family safe with the correct tire pressure is 10000% more important than anything else.The bottom line -- 90% of my experience and interactions here were positive. But if your tire "expert" can't inflate my tires to the correct psi, going as far as to incorrectly tell me I'm wrong when I challenge him, a 2 star rating in generous. I'll unfortunately have to go elsewhere in the future, even if it means paying more.

My self and my wife are on our way to Seattle because my wife's sister ended up in the hospital and was shipped from wenatchee to Seattle to get the medical attention she needed. On our way there we noticed something wrong with our car and ended up having a tire issue and of course couldn't come at the worst time possible. Les schwab was busy and they were able to get us in and out and back on the road in less then an hour. We appreciate you guys so much foe what you did. Thank you guys.

Stopped by from out of town because our tire kept going flat. We were able to be seen the same day. Didn't feel any pushy vibes. They ended up taking care of us but they didn't even charge us. We really appreciated it. Plus, it was cool because their lobby has a popcorn machine! (And coffee and tea options)

I woke up to a flat tire on my truck so I took it in to get repaired. I was informed the wear on my tires was too much and that I needed to get some new tires and an alignment as the wear was the same on both front tires. I setup an appointment for later in the week. I had been reading some costumer reviews regarding the store and was starting to have some second thoughts about getting my tires at the store. On the day of my appointment, I was informed that the lug nuts on my tire were bad and that I would need to purchase new ones. I didn't get a good feeling about this so I decided I was going to take my business elsewhere. The store manager spoke with me directly and took time to ask me why I was suddenly changing my mind. I explained the situation and he apologized for the delivery of the information and explained how in recent months the "customer service" side of the store had really been lacking. He provided me examples of changes he had recently made and the stores commitment to the customer he was working to improve. His goal is to be more customer focused, more tied into the community and more the way Les Schwab used to do things. It was very sincere and enough of a reason for me to change my mind back to giving them my business. They went above and beyond with their customer service that day even staying open later so I could pick up my truck that day. If you are needing a repair or a set of new tires, I highly recommend taking your business to this store. They are rebuilding the community's trust and showing great effort in doing so. I really appreciate that this store is very much part of our community and I will be taking all my vehicles here going forward.

I got a flat tire (first time in a very long time). Tried to schedule an appointment online but they were booked solid for days so I called at 4:30 pm. James picked up the phone and told me to drive down to their store. Got there at 5:15 (they close at 6), and they still fixed it for me. Thank you so much for the help and the excellent service from James!

Had issues with my car not accelerating on the highway in the terrible weather. This was the only place close by on a Saturday, and we managed to drive slowly here. David very graciously helped us figure out the issue and get us going on the trip with peace of mind! So, so grateful for all of your help!

Walked in without appointment for a flat tire. Was a busy day, and the girl at the reception very nicely warned me about a possible long wait. Sure, had to wait for 1.5 hrs but it wasn t a surprise. Once they realized my tire had a bad valve, fixed it in about 20 minutes. Then the girl (I know, I should have asked for name instead of calling her a girl) apologized for the wait and told me that I owe them nothing.Impressed with their service, setting right expectation and being nice.

I made an appointment and we went there. They didn't have me on the schedule plus when we got our tire rotation they didn't check the pressure on my tire. They were very low and I had to put air on them. I know it was busy or low staff but if you waited for 3 hours at least check everything out. Not very satisfied.

2nd time coming here and terrible both times. Showed up when they opened at 8 am and the receptionist gave no indication that the wait would be +5 hours. The evening before spoke to someone on the phone who assured me it would be quick early in the day as they didn t have many appts so I didn t need to make one. Employees here should really set appropriate expectations and give customers a time frame for how long the service will take to be completed. After 5 hours when my car still hadnt been touched I asked for an update and the employee acted like I was an inconvenience to her for asking. Hello! If you don t want walk ins then don t take walk in appointments! If I had known it would take all day just to get my winter tires put on I would have gone elsewhere or arranged so I wouldn t have to sit here all day. Had to cancel all my plans due to 0 communication. Will never be back!

Was on my way to the mountains to check conditions and heard a nail in my car. Took tire to the shop almost at closing time and they fixed it in 15 minutes. Excellent service!

I'm updating my review. After a long conversation with David he made things right for us. I do understand he has a lot of new trainees that he is getting up to speed within les schwab. Everyone has to start somewhere. My hopes is the front desk gal learns quick on communication skills and tone.

Today was a really bad day for me at a business I've been buying tires from for 20 years. After showing up at 7:30 they let someone who showed up at 8:00 leave with their car an hour and a half before me. Both of us were having the same thing done without appointments. Then it came out to $50 a tire to have my tires swapped over. Lol!

Fixed my flat at no charge, the techs were quite literally running from car to car . Working feverishly and efficiently. The customer service staff sitting up front was top-notch, friendly and helpful. We will be back to purchase tires! Thank you for paying it forward in 2023!!!

They fixed my flat tire for free. It was a friday evening and i drove there as they were the closest to my home with a flat and did not have an appointment. They fixed the flat within 20 minutes. When they said it is all ready and asked me to sign i asked them how much is the fee for the service and the employee mentioned it is free. I was surprised.They had some pop corn and coffee while we waited. I will be going to this Les Schwab when i have to get fresh set of tires or for any other vehicle servicing needs.

On a 6 week road trip from Ohio with a dually and a camper truck. Had a tire losing air so stopped here before we hit the coast. Excellent service and the staff was outstanding. Highly recommend this business.

Took talking to several people over the course of 2 weeks to order some continental DWS tires for my wife s suv. Finally scheduled the install Saturday and got home - thankfully I checked closely as the rear asymmetrical tire was mounted backwards. UPDATE: Changing the review to 3 stars as I took the car back in first thing Monday and they resolved it quickly. Still really concerned something like this could be missed but hopefully it was an isolated incident.

I was on my way to Seattle and I had car issues on the pass. They were not open at the moment they had just closed but we towed my car there to their parking lot and left the hide akey. We Called them in the morning to let them know what happened and asked them how soon they could fixed it. My lugbolts had sheared off completely while I was driving I was very lucky that I didn't lose my tire. They got my car in as soon as they could and quoted us around $500. After getting it completely apart they called us back and informed us that my bearings were okay and we were looking at less than $100 fix. These guys were awesome I would recommend them to anybody they're honest and they did great work to get my car back on the road for me to get back home. Thank you

The woman at the counter is absolutely one of the rudest people I have ever encountered at a Les Schwab location. On three separate occasions this year she has been extremely rude and aggressive. I found that the more people I talked to around the area have experienced the same issue with that employee! Last time I was in there another employee admitted to me that people complain about her attitude and demeanor quite frequently! The back end does quality work and in a timely fashion, but the front end needs to have a fresh face that is ready to do their job in the customer service field!

Amazing service. I had a flat patched by Midas 3 months ago that failed. Costco's policy precluded them from repairing another business' patch, and recommended having one tire replaced as the set is new. Both Midas and Firestone refused to repair; Firestone offered to replace all the tires. I ordered a replacement from Les Schwab where the tire was repaired from the inside (not patched). No fees. I'm getting them donuts and will be back in a few years to get a new set.

Stopped by without an appointment for a screw in my tire. In and out within about 45 minutes! No hassle or pressure to buy anything I didnt need, everyone was pleasant and helpful. Great experience!

Good service. Was on my way to Yakima when I got a flat tire and took a turn to this place to get my tire fixed. While, it took them 1-2 hours to attend to my issue, they helped me for free of cost and put me back on my way.

They were unable to help me with the issue I had which is no big deal. The front desk agent was pretty rude though and even though I was only in there for less than 2min and I was very nice the entire time. Hopefully they aren t like that usually.

My low tire pressure light came on while visiting friends. They checked them all for free and I didn't have to wait around.
