Went to lunch today and turned my key and my car wouldn't turn over. Not the way to a good lunch lol.Zack got me to the repair shop quickly. The dispatcher I spoke to on the phone and Zack were really nice and made me feel at ease. Though $260 was an ouch to go 1.3 miles. I will look back into AAA after that one.

We needed a tow for our son's vehicle, we called Clark's because we've had good experiences in the past with them. They got our son's vehicle off the road and to its destination safely and swiftly. We appreciate how nice Maddie was in helping set up the tow for us.

Great service! Very fast response- the person on the phone was very helpful and the driver was great! No one likes having to call for a tow, but if I do again, I know who I'll call.

Friendly to me in time of need,my car was dead in Issaquah, they offer a jump then tow to Midas for car work. Patience and a calmness to the uneasiness of situation. Thank you very much!!!!

This was my first tow and it was a great experience. He showed up quickly after I called, hooked up in just a few minutes, and we were on the way. Was a fair price and made a stressful situation a lot easier on me.

My transmission went out so had to tow car. Called Clarks Towing. Zach arrived within half an hour, had me hooked up and ready to go in minutes. Zach was absolutely AMAZING! We were very pleased with their service. We reached someone in person when we called, someone arrived at our car within ten minutes of our call, the service was very friendly, and our car was delivered to an auto repair shop before it closed so that our car could be secured until it could be repaired. The experience couldn't have been more seamless. I frankly thought it was a bit pricey for a 4-mile tow (>$200), but our roadside assistance plan paid for it anyway. They'll be my first call if we ever need a tow.Service: Car towing

I highly recommend Clark s Towing! I was impressed with them for several reasons:1). Communication2). Punctuality3). Professionalism4). AttitudeQuick overview leading up to my decision to choose Clark s. I had initially called AAA because I pay for premium membership. My car needed to be towed due to possible transmission error. AAA was not only late but the driver they sent was incompetent and hesitant to help me. Because my vehicle couldn t be placed into neutral unless done manually by flipping a switch under the hood, my AAA driver said he didn t want to blow out his back again. Apparently it was too difficult and strenuous. He went onto say that it was a liability and there was nothing he could do for me. His only advice was for me to call and use a different tow truck company. Several things wrong with that statement but I will save my frustrations for AAA.Before calling Clark s Towing, I had called other tow companies and was either sent to voicemail or they were closed for the day.When I called Clark s Towing I was immediately connected to a person and scheduled for someone to help me in the morning. I explained my situation so they were aware. The person seemed to know exactly how to help and gave an estimate.The next morning my driver, Aaron, from Clark s Towing was on-time (actually about 15 min early) and was ready to jump right in and help. Aaron took initiative and explained what he was doing. He was honest when he said he s only dealt with a situation like mine one other time. He didn t have a negative attitude about it at all but accepted the task at hand. Aaron had an absolutely great mindset and attitude and I m thankful for his help getting my car towed. It s refreshing to see someone with his work ethic and positive attitude be willing to do their job and see it through. I can t say the same for AAA and a lot of other companies as of date.To Clark s towing, your employee Aaron and his dedication is a reflection on the type of people you are choosing to hire and I commend you for that! Thanks again! Definitely recommend 100%!

Polite and professional over the phone. They were able to get there earlier than expected and hooked my car up without any problems. It went much faster than expected, which was wonderful. Rude encounter with tow truck driver, who was comfortable using racial slurs and rude remarks. So I did not have to contact Clark Towing for their services. I was getting a microwave appliance delivered/installed today in Talus neighborhood in Issaquah. Anyone who has driven through Talus knows the roads are very narrow. The tow truck was nonstop honking, due to the Home Depot vehicle being in the road and the tow truck not fitting to get around. Keep in mind, this truck was there for about a minute, he than proceeded to exit his vehicle shouting at the Home Depot workers who are in my house using derogatory words, and proceeds to be walking towards my townhouse. I came out to see what was all happening, where than racial slurs were said. I am Latina so I am unsure if it was meant for me or the workers who were also Hispanic. The workers were apologizing and moving their vehicle as he walked away and got back in his truck, still upset and making rude remarks. I cannot believe that this employee felt it was appropriate to start yelling at me and the workers. I understand the inconvenience of waiting ONE-TWO minutes but this was not the appropriate way to handle the situation. Poor look on this company, especially if they support this kind of behavior.

Had a great experience with Clark's Towing today. They were prompt profession and got my truck home safe from Preston to Bothell. Driver was very friendly and really helped me out of a jam. Can thank them enough.

My car got towed by these crooks for what they said was abandoned. I had only parked my car on a public street for ten hours in a residential zone outside my friends house. Then they charged me 1100 dollars to get it back. In my opinion these folks are crooks and car thieves and I intend on taking them to court... beware any time you see a Clark's towing sign if you drive a nice car they will steal it.Service: Car towing

Yesterday was such a rough day but what a great light Zach was in the middle of a storm. It's nice to still know that there are still kind and loving people left in this world and Zach is definitely one of those who understood a mothers heart and trying to have her baby safe. I appreciate you Zach, what an amazing person you are and thanks for going above and beyond to try to help us out.

Our car went off the road during a snowstorm, and it was very hard to get out. AAA could not do it, but I called Clark Towing and they took care of it. Todd the driver was great, friendly and confident. Actually, the entire team was great at communicating their timing and availability and getting us scheduled. Would call upon them again without hesitation.

Horrible does not begin to describe the experience I had with Clarks. The tow truck driver lied to me about disconnecting my battery (the front desk girl Maddie slipped and told me they did dis connect it) then they jumped it with the cables switched and blew multiple fuses. After having another company tow it to Toyota and having Toyota diagnose the problem and fix it I am now out $800+. That on top of paying Clark s $741 and being out of a vehicle for almost a week. The other issue is that they went through my personal belongings in the car. I m missing 2 pairs of sunglasses, about $10 In ones and change, a free car wash cert. for brown bear, and Unzipped and went through my suitcase and a tool bag that were in the back of the car . These are couple of many issues I ve had with Clarks. Highly recommend not using them!!!Service: Car towing

I blew out a tire on I-90 and called my insurance road side assistance, all I got was a run-around and empty promises. My next call was to Clark Towing, they arrived sooner than promised and charged me exactly what they quoted. Cory was the driver, he was very polite and professional, he had me off I-90 and on the way to the repair shop in only a few minutes. My recommendation, call them FIRST, the free tow from whom ever my insurance called wasn t worth the price.Service: Car towing

Crummy morning made way less crummy! Needed my Jeep towed a good distance to the repair shop at 5:30 in the morning. Immediate answer on the phone when I called. I own two auto body shops in Southern Oregon. My daughter was traveling through Washington and had an accident and needed a tow. She called Clarks. Clark's tow driver was very friendly and helpful. Clarks could have charged a very inflated price and I would have paid it. Instead they charged a very minimal amount. The office staff was very helpful. I've worked with a number of tow companies in my line of work. Not all of them would be so honest especially with an out of town customer. Thanks so much for putting this mom at ease. Clark's is the best.

When you search online it shows 24 hours open, yet I called around 10 pm to pick up my car for the man to answer the phone and say the business is closed and call after 8 am. Now I'm stranded by there address and forced to wait until they open to get my car. He was well aware that my personal belongings are in the vehicle and He didn't even offer an after hours fee, he just hung up on me and powered the phone off. Worst treatment ever!!! I'll never recommend this company.

I had a great experience with Philip! He was very kind and professional. He came by to pick up my troubled car and even tried to jump it again for me to be sure it needed to be towed! The jumping didn't take, but I appreciated the effort!When we got to my apartment parking garage his truck wouldn't fit in the driving entrance so we had him deposit it on the side of the entry way. He was so kind to stick around and help my fiance' push my car into a parking space in the garage with his "CHEVRO-LEGS!" Haha what a hoot! Wonderful experience! Recommend.

Great drivers, questionable ownership management. Got a quote to tow a vehicle from point A to B, price went up 40% after the tow. "Worked" with me to get it down to only 20% above the quote.Scammy business practice, will not use again.

I just want to give a huge thank you to Clark's towing. My 84 year old father locked his keys in his truck at the dr. Office today. They showed up and rescued him. He explained to the Clark employee that he has no money. The kind gentlemen said " have a good day" and sent my dad on his way. I will be visiting there office in person Tomorrow to Express my gratitude.My father was so grateful!! Well done!!
