I m a little disappointed that I didn t leave a review after my first dealing with Cascade Diesel. I am from Virginia and was visiting my son in Carnation and needed some service on my Country Coach motorhome. Cascade fit me in and did a nice job on replacing my onboard water pump and service the engine and transmission. Very pleased with the results and recommend them to anyone needing RV service.

needs to be a negative star! I constantly heard people talking good about this place from people. I have been working on my truck for a long time now it s been a battle back and forth I get it to run and then something happens and again and again. I decided Im done I ll spend whatever money it takes to get it going so I can drive it without worrying so I can take my dog to the park, or a trip to visit family. I had high hopes I said take as long as you need..About maybe a week possibly less later it was done. I was shocked and happy! that is until I talk to them and they said they were only going to get it to run and that was it, nothing else..irritated but I let it go and I take it for a drive and It was running..ok..until after losing my brake caliper bolt while driving I look under the hood and notice my wires of my harness are completely exposed on top of the engine, my new crankcase filter mount was bent and drain tube pinched and all of a sudden it was filled with oil!! I will keep my language and thoughts about that place PG but I am beyond unsatisfied with their work , and they re prices for now backwards progress and now extra work I m just going to do myself!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

So VERY HAPPY to find a great shop that works on our coach and the engine. Prompt service! In on Monday and back to us Tuesday night. So many shops are booked out 2 months.

We are so grateful! They were beyond accommodating. We broke down on Sunday and were back on the road by Friday. Our RV is running better than it ever has. If I could give 6 stars I would.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

The people here are great. They do so much more than the commercials you hear on the radio. They did a bunch of work on my travel trailer. They were quick and super reasonably priced.I hate to even tell people because I don't want them to get so busy I can't get in again!

Have used these guys multiple times during the last few years to have our RV serviced/work done. Each time they were incredibly kind, courteous, and just overall amazing towards us. Have gone out of their way to help us numerous times and just done above and beyond amazing work!Highly recommend

While Cascade was not able to repair an alternator that died while on a road trip after my truck was towed to the shop, they did refer me to another shop down the road, and took the time to charge my battery enough to get me there without another tow. Mark even idled his own rig to help with the charge. The referral got me back on the road in an hour and a half. Friendly and helpful.Service: Battery

I am VERY happy with the way Mark and his team have repaired my rig for several years now. New brakes, new awning, leveling systems, mufflers, PLUS he fixed my 19yr old RV when it got an exhaust manifold leak and had rusty bolt heads - and no other mechanics would help me. Life saver !

They did the maintenance I needed on my trailer, found a problem that I had already suspected, and had our trailer back the same day. Plus, they were very friendly. I'll go back there if or when I need service on my RV.

I understand mechanics for a motorhome can be hard to come by and expensive. Cascade is affordable, but they are garbage. Do not use this place. If you do, I highly recommend double checking ALL of the work.They attempted to try and charge me twice for the same part. Be sure to read your bill carefully.I had my ac worked on, but they did not replace coolant.They possibly broke my windshield.Seek service elsewhere if you can.

Exceptional customer service! I came to these guys today for them to have a look at my RHD/JDM campervan which is a quite special RV that was never produced for US market. Most RV shops I visited didn't even want to look at my van.I unfortunately don't remember the name of the technician, but not only he found the cause of my problem, but also suggested how to fix it myself for cheap! These guys are very professional, polite and really care about their customers experience . Excellent service and definitely recommend them!

We live in our motorhome & I was having issues with the chassis batteries not holding their charge which made it difficult to start the engine. I detailed the problem in an email to Mark. He responded with some questions & with the voltage information & other data I supplied he was able to diagnose the problem & offer a solution (Battery maintainer) without me having to take the motorhome in for service. Cascade Diesel had worked on our motorhome previously in their shop & will be our "go-to" business for maintenance & service in the future. Good people!

The ONLY place to go for RV repair on the East side of Seattle - heck, in all of Western Washington. Trustworthy fair and honest, "go to" is for both gas and diesel (I've had both in there).I won't go anywhere else, great people, great service - they "actually fix" things there.

"Truck" must not mean big rig. I was turned away at the door with "No one trained to work on your equipment" and "I'm 4 weeks out". (Freightliner Cascadia w/DD15 engine).

1 star because although a diesel repair shop... They won't work on Mercedes diesel vans or rvs. Not cool.
