I give the guys at Perfection Tire in Newport Washington a 5 star. We have been going to this location for a few years now and have been very satisfied. Tim, the gentleman at the front counter has always has awesome customer service from the minute we walk in the doors. If the shop doesn't have what you want in stock Tim can get it in for you in a timely manner. He will always fine you the right tires for the best price. The owners are great to run into and always take good care of us year a round. The guys in the shop always take care of our vehicles and get the job done. If your looking for a good, honest and reliable tire shop this is the place for you.

I have been a loyal customer for several years (except for warranty work for 1 set of tires that came with used car). I have bought several sets of winter and reg tires for over half a dozen vehicles I take care of for friends and family. Had some routine work done at the end of winter, realized months later there was some confusion.. It was impossible to say exactly what happened or who might have been at fault as it was over 6 months earlier. They could of just said tough luck but they (J.J) came up with a fantastic compromise that I feel was absolutely the best possible outcome. It's so nice to do business with someone that will work with you and even go out of their way to keep their customers happy! Plus a very chill atmosphere. 5 stars from this returning customer.

Thank you to Patrick (the tire tech) who went of his way to check on prices for future services I was requesting. (I had asked someone up front about them and granted you guys were busy and I was as going to leave assuming you forgot and it didn't bother me), but Patrick's notice my request and before I could leave he gave me those prices and because of that I will be back to do business there ty

Amazing! I am new in town and did not know where to take my car, I called these guys, and they said bring it on down. 15 minutes later, the oil is changing all the fluids topped off.

I stopped here when my tire pressure light came on. I knew absolutely NOTHING about what to do. They checked all four tires, aired up the low guy, and waved me off with a smile. No charge. The guy who helped me was super nice.

Worked with Alex to put a leveling kit, wheels and tires on my new pick up! The first wheels I liked weren t going to work out, but Alex quickly found me a set that was going to work for me! I also needed some warranty work completed and Alex stood behind his work and fixed it for me no questions asked! Could not be happier with Newport Perfection Tire and their services! Would recommend them 100% of the time to anybody!

The Newport Perfection Tire has worked on my vehicle a number of times in the last year. This includes new wheels, tires, offset, brakes, oil and filter changes to name a few. They are always super informative and keep me in the loop with anything regarding my truck. Whether it be the time frame on completion of the work, general information on the health of my truck, or when parts need to be fixed. I highly recommend Newport Perfection to anyone who enjoys honest feedback and Five Star customer service!

I was headed to my family vacation when my car indicated that my battery charging system needed serviced. I made it to Newport and Perfection Tire was recommended to me. I stopped in and my alternator needed to be replaced. My car was filled with groceries and Christmas gifts. I was stressed out because my car needed to stay and be fixed, and I had no way to get to my destination. Then the staff said, we will get you there. Then the most amazing thing happened. Alex, the owner of the shop, backed his truck up to my car, came inside and said, "Let's have an adventure!" He then said let's start loading all of your things into my car and I will give you a ride. He and I loaded it up and he got me to Stoneridge, helped me unload, and brought my things inside. This company turned my stressful situation into a great start to my vacation. I am beyond impressed and filled with joy because they went above and beyond to help me. I will never forget the kindness I was shown. I feel truly blessed. Thank you Alex and crew. You are all amazing. Merry Christmas!!

Dropped 2 tires off on Saturday for flat repair, the manager said he would call me on monday, never heard a peep from this business, came in on Tuesday morning and found out they never even looked at my tires. If they cannot do what they said they would do then they should hire someone that is competent. Maybe they wont change hands so much then. Also, why don't they honor the tires they sell? They said I need a receipt, I don't have my receipt anymore what a joke. I will never step foot in this business again. I will discourage anyone that uses this business. I look forward to the response from perfection tire in newport on this matter.

New ownership took over back in April and there has been huge changes in business! Very professional staff and the mechanics are very meticulous in finding the issues with vehicles. 10/10 recommend for everyone up in this area!

My other half brought our vehicle into perfection. We needed tire maintenance. She was wondering why the guy (Tommy) was being so nice. At the end of the tire fixing Tommy had asked my other half for her phone number. She declined. TOMMY is Married!!!!! So needless to say we will not be back to this establishment because of unprofessionalism .....Reply to perfection tires reply: Tommy is a Tire Guy he doesn't even work upfront. Why would he be asking for my contact information? Sounds like a cover up to me .. you get my information when I bring the vehicle into you not when my vehicle is done... Nice cover up....

My appointment was for a brake inspection.I was told about any and all problems related to my brakes. The price was very fair, the brake repair was quick and thorough. I was well informed by the brake specialist ( Cale ) and the owner ( Tim ) about my problems and I left the store happy and assured.Thanks guys. Troy D.

I was happy with the initial purchase of our tires. Although, they offer free tire rotation and when my wife called to make an appointment, they told her they don t do appointments and to just bring it in. She brought it in and they toldher it would be 4 hours. She didn t have that time to wait, so they told her to comeback later. She came back a few hours later and was told they weren t taking any more cars that day. This is how businesses get away with offering these great extra services. They make them sound great, but in reality, they make it so impossibly difficult to get them done, people never end up doing them. In the end, I just did it myself.

Awesome people! Always ready to help. Going into mechanic shops kinda scares me but these guys just step right up and get the job done. I've had several problems with my tires this year and also a broken door handle. They took a look at it and got it done that day or the next one. Thanks perfection tire!

These guys really go the extra mile. They do honest work at decent prices with no swindling. I ended up needing an extra part for my car repair and they didn't even charge me for it and gave me the previously quoted price. They also gave me a ride to and from my house and I live in Usk! Very much recommend them. They've done great work every time we've gone to them for something and this is our fourth time.

Took my sons truck in for a alignment they said they was busy and asked if it could stay over night I said ya that's fine but they called me later that day and said it was done very friendly people and a clean place

AWESOME! We were traveling when our tire fell apart on our 5th wheel. The other tire company in town wouldn't help us for 5 days. Perfection Tires heard our predicament and cheerfully worked us in. They were SO friendly and fast. We bought four tires and they fixed our replacement for free. Great prices and we drove off smiling.

I was in town on business today, stopped in and asked if they would honor warranty work from the Spokane shop. Both of my front tires were losing air. I had limited time, they got my car in fast and took care of the problem for me. Thank you guys, I really appreciate your work.

They are all really great guys and very personable. Tim is an amazing and caring guy. They go above and beyond their work and try to help more than any other shop I have ever been to. They gave me a ride to and from college. Simply put, they give a damn.

Two things...The work they did was okay...BUT, one of there employees felt the need to go through my truck and help themselves to anything they wanted. ie: I had $35.00 in quarters in a Mini-M&M tube I used to save them to use when I go to the car wash.And the 2nd. Item I disliked about this business is that they left my White Truck with dirty mechanic greasy handprints all over the hood and drivers side door.So, if you take your vehicle to them, make sure everything you think is valuable or anything you want to keep is not left in your vehicle and before you pay your bill...make them being your vehicle up to the front door for you to INSPECT it to ensure nothing is missing and he vehicle is clean!!!
