Driver called to tell me he was leaving the shop and when to expect his arrival. He arrived on time, was pleasant and knew what he was doing.He shook my hand when he left and said have a great rest of the day.I would definitely recommend this towing company.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

We hired Newport Towing to move our motorhome to a mechanic's shop in Spokane.The first day they came out with too small of a truck and weren't able to tow us. They got paid from our AAA for that trip.We hired them again the next day at $400/hr to bring their semi out.It took him 1 hr to drive from Newport to Diamond Lake - about a 15 minute drive.Also, he was on the phone several times which cost us $100 every 15 min.The driver did do a good job towing and being careful. He was polite and professional.Their prices are better than Evergreen and they are one of the only companies we could find to tow a motorhome.In conclusion, I think they do a good job but seem to be milking the hourly pay to an extent.Mary Miller

I needed them to help pull my 2004 Lexus RX330 out of the ditch after the snow decided to suck me in. They were very helpful, fast and friendly. Ryan was nice and courteous. I've always had a great experience with Newport Towing LLC.

I'll start with the tow truck driver, He was good, he was professional and good at his job, I have no problems with him. He did a good job hooking up my truck and hauling it home. But I was overcharged. I was told that It would be $450 Hr starting when the Large tow truck left the business to come to me and end when they dropped the vehicle off. A smaller tow truck stopped by on it's way back to the shop to see that we were still going to tow (they started the clock at this point) 1 hour and 10 minutes later they arrived with the big truck to tow my dump truck. (possibly 20 minutes away) The small tow truck did lift up my bed to remove the blocks, 5-10 min max. (But that should have been done when they brought the big tow truck) This should have been 1 hr 50 min max charge, 1 hr 20 min for the tow, 20 min to come from the shop, 10 min to lift the bed with the big truck) but they ended up charging for 2.5 hrs. When I called to talk to the owner about it they said the owner would not talk to me.Service: Special vehicle towing

Got stuck in a ditch on a snowy morning in an effort to avoid an accident. Ryan came out and when he was running behind due to other drivers in the same situation, he called me to let me know he was still on the way. He kept me safe in front of his truck while he filled out my paperwork. Very appreciative of his effort!Edit: So he attached the tow line to my wheel hub if you don t know, like I didn t, that s not okay.

I was stood up by 3 other towing companies. Each one had a different excuse after making me wait for hours. Finally I contacted Newport Towing after 11pm and they followed through and showed up with a great smile.If I would have contacted them first I would have been done by 2 in the afternoon instead of 1 in the morning. Zach was my tow operator and he is a genuine guy. He even followed me back into town and waited for me to get gas to make sure my vehicle would start again. I would strongly recommend them to everyone.Service: Battery service

$100 to go 6 miles and unlock a vehicle. Bunch of overpriced crooks. They are absolutely terrible at towing I watched one guy completely destroy someone's yard and leave 2 foot deep ruts.

We have been towed twice by these guys. Both times they arrived quickly, were friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel safe while they did their job. Both times our insurance company tried to send us a tow truck that would have taken an hour to arrive if they dropped everything and came right to us. Both times we reached out toNewport Towing and they arrived within 20 minutes of our call AND they accepted our insurance. Now I keep their number in my phone!We highly recommend this company.Service: Car towing

Newport Towing is awesome! My husband and I were on a drive on a Saturday night, up on the snowy side of a mountain near Newport. Well I didn't realize how deep the snow was and thought my SUV could make it up another road and needless to say, that was not the case. We were stuck, like tires stuck and the belly of my vehicle was touching the snow. We had to hike it back down the mountain side just to get cell service to call for a tow. We called Newport Towing and they immediately dispatched someone to our location even though we couldn't tell them exactly where we were. The drive found us in about 50 minutes exactly as promised. The driver was kind and helpful and made sure that we made it out fully and also made sure we knew we could submit the bill through our insurance if we have roadside assistance. This was the best tow truck experience I have ever had.

Needed a tow from Newport to Spokane. They were quick & professional. Got 3 quotes and they were about $25 less than the other two. They arrived within 20 minutes of my call, could handle my F250 SuperDuty and Darrell was very professional. Would recommend them again without question.

My friend and I lost our rental car keys at Priest Lake while on vacation and Gus from Newport Towing drove to our car to unlock it and he towed it 1.5 hours to the Spokane airport, where he dropped it off and towed our replacement car back to us. He even dropped us off at our campsite on his way to Spokane! Gus was friendly, professional, and saved us so much trouble by offering to tow our replacement car back.Services: Car lockouts, Car towing

The 4WD went out on my truck on one of the snowiest days this year. It ended up in the ditch :( A friend was able to take me home to wait. I called Newport towing and they were reassuring, helpful and thorough. I fully expected that I would have to wait several hours being that roads were horrible and they were very busy. But it seemed like in no time at all I had a friendly tow truck driver come to my door to get my keys and rescue my truck! He got it out quickly and returned it to my home and all he needed was a signature. Very happy with my experience with Newport Towing :)

One star only because of tow service. They charge $200 an hour which is fine. They were dispatched at 7pm to Grey road at highway 2 and left the scene the same time I did at 7;45. I was home in Elk by 8pm for the Zags game. They charged me for 3 hours. $600!! Plus some other fees for a total of $670. Taking advantage of people like this is really sad. I would NEVER recommend Newport Towing to anyone.

My Son was in an accident and these guys towed the car. They would not let me get any of my belongings out of the car, it was totalled and I even paid the bill. I think they kept the stereo amp and subs that's y they wouldn't let me in. Thieves!!!!

I would give no stars but that is not an option. We are a trucking company and have a towing service we use regularly when the need arise. The State patrol told us we had the choice but went ahead and called Newport towing. Lets say we were less than happy with the overall experience. We ended up with damage issues.

Here we are once again paying this place for our 5 impound. 300$ a pop they take my car from behind my house. Right out my front door. Out of every single place we park around my house they impound my cars. These people don't care. They just want that money. Watch your back watch your vehicle. Mark the police officer and John the Newport towing officer have got there eyes on it already!!! Thanks once again for the 5 the year for ruining yet again another Christmas!!

EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE...borderline theivery!! $997.00 to get my vehicle unstuck when I was quoted much less over the phone...wish I would have gone with a different tow company; was told the same service would have cost me $375 if I had used Priest River Towing and Recovery.
