No soap again in spray wash, a common theme along with short timer. I try to head for a major car wash in CDA or Spokane. Best for knocking off road film from winter roads. Never use car brushes in winter, often filled with sand esp on black vehicle.

Worst car wash I ve ever been to. No product comes out of the wands. Also never felt any warm or hot water in wash cycle. You are better off using a garden hose with tap water.

This carwash is poorly cared for! When I went today the wash brush wash either broken or out of soap because it was not working. The drive thru washer is expensive for how much it doesn't clean your car... I think I'll stick with the sandpoint car wash from now on!

Deposited 4 dollars in the self wash. Nothing happened. Tried calling and get an answering machine. Really frustrating to keep it open when it doesn t work. Waiting for a reply from the owner.Got reply from the owners. Got reimbursed. It turned out the payment machine did break and by the end of the day that washing area was blocked off. So I am updating the review and the stars. As this is the only washing service in Newport it is hard to compare it with something else. I guess it is five stars for serving the community.

Who closes a carwash in the winter when people need it the most? The new owners are missing out, and I am not ever going to spend another dollar here after having to go to Spokane or CDA to wash the salt off my car in the winter. This is carwash season, yet both Newport and priest river locations are closed for the season. Edit, In the past I have brought all 3 of my cars here once a week to the automatic wash just for the undercarriage wash which is the most expensive option so I can keep the salt off the vehicles. They are losing a lot of money being closed in the winter.

Didn't do a very good job washing the car, it's rockless but our car wasn't terrible before we went in either. Took the dust off, we bought the second most expensive wash. Would go somewhere else next time. Would be good for a self wash though.

This carwash wont win a carwashing facility beauty contest. It still gets a 5 star.Hot wash, tire cleaner, soap and wax and more. They got all the standard options. My point is that when i visited, it is mid winter, and they were open for business. Every washing option worked great. I used them ALL. The amount of time was very fair and cost about $4 to do it all. I wished this wash wasnt 100 miles from my home.

Went through the automatic car wash. Wasted $8. All it does is spray water at such high pressure that it damages your car. It removes no dirt. Car looked the same as it did before and possibly worse. That wash left marks and scratches all over.

Went through the automatic wash yesterday. Paid $12.00. Car was still dirty and wet. Wiped off the windshield and noticed scratches on the hood. In looking the car over it had all sized scratches on it on the top, hood, and both sides.. No number to call posted at the car wash. No number online. Waited to see how the vehicle behind us looked. It had the same type scratches all over. We took pictures and I got the woman's number.

I went through the drive through automatic wash paid for a $7 super wash and it didn't do a very good job on the sides of my equinox.. If I go back it will be to use the brush cleaning not the automatic wash.

Ok the building looks pretty nasty still and the do it yourself bay's are well for a lack of a better word... disgusting. The good news though is they replaced the auto wash machine and it really works well. So avoid the crusty bays and just use the machine and you'll be fine.

The time you pay for is not what you receive. The Washington state weights and measures needs to be notified. It cost me over $10.00 to do a good wash for my pickup.

Lousy car wash. Doesn't blow dry. Doesn't scrub. Only sprays detergent on and washes it off. Only plus at all is if you live in Newport, is the only automatic car wash.

WELL, NOT THE RESULTS I WAS EXPECTING, IT WAS NOT LIGHT ENOUGH! LOOKED GOOD TIL I GOT HOME, AND MY TRUCK WAS DRY, I SHOULD HAVE USED A BRUSH ON IT.IT WAS VERY DIRTY, NEEDED THE BRUSH TO GET DOWN TO THE PAINT! WILL DO BETTER NEXT TIME!

Drive through wash has eaten my money and then not worked, wouldnt open, or start a cyxle of any kind if it did open! Called both times and was asked for mailing adress to get refund..never came.

While not my favorite car wash I appreciate having one close by to keep my Rig clean, perfect for keeping the road grim off and damaging your car
