John Sweeny is always nice and ready to help. If you have a project and you stand and talk with him about your project he can normally give you some tips or tell you how to do it. It is also nice to visit the kitty also.

This is an increasingly dwindling gem in a small town. The customer service you receive at a business like this is impossible to match. It is obvious that the owners are truly invested in their community by the way they treat their customers, like family. I am personally very grateful for having such a place close by. Yes, you may pay a bit more. But what you save in gas, not to mention the repeated trips due to poor customer service at the huge box stores, you actually get much more for your money keeping close to home.

They didn't have the exact bolt I wanted but they helped me find a suitable substitute. Very friendly and helpful!

This is not your common mom-and-pop hardware store. This is small town service at its best. I have never had such good service anywhere else. And the prices were comparable if not better than Home Depot. I will be going here more often this is the best hardware store I've seen.

The employees are so nice and super helpful! Even though this ACE is small it's perfect for a small town. If only all people were as nice as these employees, the world would be a better place.

John is the greatest!!! Everyone there is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. When I go there I know I will be treated as a person not a number. One of my favorite go to places, can't say enough good things about it.

Cliff helped us out and was wonderful in answering all our questions to get all the parts we needed. He was patient and kind to our kiddo who was getting bored. I would shop here over going to town anyday. Thank you ace hardware and Cliff your a gem.

Thos is a unique festival. We went to the Friday night lawnmower races. The parade was on Saturday but it rained and we missed it. Last years parade lasted over 2hr. The Saturday logging activities are excellent a very good show. It was unfortunate the weather did not cooperate this year.

They always seem to have what we need and prices are reasonable. The guys working seem to know their stuff and are very helpful. Its conveniently located in Napavine, so we don't have to drive into Chehalis.

Great customer service and extremely fair prices , if they don't have it be sure to ask John of Lloyd before you leave... it's probably there somewhere, stop in and visit Napavine's best kept secret...
