Brought my Range Rover here for a front end clear cover paint protection application after another local Mukilteo auto detailing outfit screwed my car up. Travis & his team did an outstanding job fixing my car. They kept me informed throughout the process and were a pleasure to work with. They also installed a ceramic 3 year full auto protector application. I will return to give them my future business !!

I'm a relatively longtime customer of Travis and the folks at Mukilteo House of Wax. From the first time they worked on one of my cars (a 2002 Saab 9-3 Viggen - a well loved car) they have been absolute vehicle detail artists while being extremely customer centric.This review specifically is for the work they did on my new (to me) 2015 Audi Q5 TDI. A very cool car if you know what it is and like them, but it was evident to me that the prior owners parked it outside full time and washed it when it rained, if you catch my drift. The paint was in ROUGH shape when I bought it - it felt like sandpaper. I attempted to claybar and detail it myself which helped a bit, but I was in way over my head.I texted with Travis, sent him a couple photos, and he made an exceedingly reasonable offer to do a full detail, but focus on the exterior and do a mild paint correction along with a 1 year ceramic coat, since it lives outside. He came that day and picked it up from my house and brought it back a few days later in almost brand new condition - impressive for a 9 year old car and the short time he had it. What's more, he pointed out to me where the car had had paint work done using a paint meter (all of which was disclosed) and gave me advice on maintaining the ceramic coat between full details.Mukilteo House of Wax works magic on the most exotic vehicles - but also can make even the most neglected of older cars look like new and treat that customer like they matter, not like they are doing you a favor.As always, we'll be back!

Excellent communication, prompt to respond and was able to get my car in quickly. Got a full hood bumper and fenders wrapped on my new C8 and turned out perfect. Top class installers. Lucas at House of Wax did an awesome job detailing my Honda CRV and was a total pro! He was friendly, polite and confident interacting with customers. Travis was also awesome and did a great job communicating with me to get a quote and set up my appointment.

I've been wanting to get our 19'ft runabout boat detailed for some time. The Detailor LLC had reached out to the company I worked for in 2019.We had an awesome experience booking a mobile detailing appointment right away which is rare nowadays.The crew Lucas and Felipe were courteous, polite and professional. They worked really hard and were very detailed with trying to get rid of all our boat oxidation.Before and after pics attached.

Honestly they went above and beyond my expectations! My car was so dusty and dirty from all the dirt roads, dog hair and camping I've been doing in this vehicle. They cleaned it so good, that it smells like a new car again!They buffed out alot of my scratches on my fenders!(which were pretty deep)And LOOK AT THOSES WHEELS! That looks like a brand new tire!I wasn't even expecting them to clean under the hood BUT THEY DID LIKE WHAT WHO DOES THAT!! Theses guys are detailed about detailing!Awesome work my guys! Had a fantastic experience with Mukilteo House of Wax. The last few times I got my car detailed (at a different business) it didn t go very well. The folks at Mukilteo House of Wax were amazing- their level of communication and then the work they did on my little Honda Fit was exactly what I asked for and wanted! Our family 4Runner was in need of a cleanup after a few years adventures. We had House of Wax out to our house for a Mobile detail. They cleaned it so well it looks better than the day we bought it. I was surprised and impressed. They were even able to remove a large scuff from the bumper. [Mukilteo House of Wax has a lifelong customer in me. Highly recommend!]After purchasing my "new" (used) black car, I knew I was going to need to do something extra to keep it looking nice. However, I know virtually nothing about cars, so I did some research and settled on Mukilteo HOW. I'm so glad I did!From day one, Travis (the owner) has been nothing but helpful and kind. He enthusiastically answered all the questions I had in the beginning and never pressured me into purchasing anything I didn't want to. I decided on doing a protective film and ceramic coating. While I don't have one of those luxurious cars that make your head turn, my car is of value to me and want it to last! That said, I have always felt like my car (and me) are just as important to everyone at Mukilteo HOW.These guys go above and beyond in every way. They do a fabulous job and will make sure that you leave with an end result you're happy with. They truly go out of their way for their customers. Because I know that they treat my car with respect and do things the right way, I continue to bring my car here for a multitude of their offered services. I really would, and do, recommend Mukilteo House of Wax to everyone!

Travis and Jen are fantastic. I had my headlights resurfaced there 4-5 years ago and warrantied the work for life. I called them Thursday to book another resurfacing and they fit me in that Saturday and the headlights look like new again. Booking was easy and their communication is great. I will be using them again for a full detail. Thanks again

I have two kids and between working too much and driving kids around my car was disgusting! I should have taken a before picture, it was too embarrassing. I m soooooo happy with the results! I wasn t expecting it to be 100% better, but they got pretty darn close considering the mess of a vehicle I dropped off. Absolutely recommend and I ll be back, I m sure. ANOTHER SATISFIED CUSTOMER!Special thanks to Travis and team for restoring the paint on my 15yr old car to showroom condition. I pointed out specific areas of concern and he made sure each and every item mentioned was resolved. They were thorough and treated my car as if it were a personal car of their own.Their shop is an hour's drive from my neighborhood, but well worth the trip. Perfect!Short story:The place did an amazing job and they were very friendly.I had been neglecting my car and she had tons of food crumbs from my daughter as well as hair and dog prints everywhere!I was due for a deeper cleaning than I could easily do. I called up these guys, it went to voicemail and I figured they weren't open. But minutes later, I got a text back to inquire what I wanted. They answered my questions and scheduled me right away!They got every nook and cranny inside and out, I am very pleased with the job. It was a little pricey but you get what you pay for!Zoom Zoom everyone!

Everyone there was great, guy who did the work was awesome did a great job. They don't touch the glove box when it is full of stuff which I prefer. Great job with a complete interior and exterior base clean on an older SUV that's been parked outside and sorely needed it. A bit of new life and she's now ready for more adventures. Highly recommend Mukilteo House of Wax.

I had them wax my boat hull while it was on the water. I could not be present for the job. When I checked on my boat a week later I found it looked like new. They had to rotate the boat by hand and all the lines were tied up as left with lovely dock coils. I am extremely impressed.

These guys are super nice and I am hard to please. This detail job was about what I d expect out of a some inexperienced kids doing the work in my driveway for half the money. They said they had multiple people working on my vehicle over days and no one knew what the others were doing. It shows. The glass was not properly cleaned and there s still dirt on flat surfaces that can easily be removed. They knocked off $100 since I complained a bit. Now that I ve dug into it more I suppose I m less happy. I can fix this myself but for the price I don t want to have to; that was the point of going to professionals . At the end of the day I just need to sell this car and I wanted an open and shut door experience without me having to do much. What I got was amateur hour with multiple items I still have to correct.I was offered a warranty. That s nice. You should not have a warranty. Get it closer to the mark the first time. I should not have streaks on my windows. There should not be dirt around trim. I shouldn t arrive on time to pick up the car and wait for services to be performed. I don t have the time to bring this back and forth for you to correct mistakes.

The staff were all super friendly and did incredible work. They got the rotten milk smell out of my car with no lingering odors and the interior looks better than the day I bought the car. The detailing took a little longer than expected but they had their work cut out for them with what I brought them. To make up for the time delay they offered to drive the car back to my house as a gesture of good faith. 5 stars, 10/10, highly recommended to anyoneServices: Seat shampooing, Auto detailing, Interior scenting, Auto interior vacuuming

We are so pleased with the quality of the work, care and thoughtfulness that the House of Wax had for us throughout the whole process. We had our 40 year old Porsche completely detailed with a carpet cleaning and some dents and scratches removed. The car is old but beautiful anyway so it needed a lot of TLC and they didn t disappoint. Travis has so many connections to get everything done completely. Tremendously impressed with the attention to detail and how easy they made the experience for me. My Audi was a couple years overdue after spending a winter in Canada, moving cross country, dog hair, and lots of sand from the beach. I was nervous about bringing it in....the owner was so friendly, not judgmental at all. He was straightforward with his recommendations - no gimmicks/not trying to sell me on unnecessary frills. The impact of their work - my car looks and feels like brand new, they were fast, and status updates managed via text message which was super convenient for me. It s clear that they put their customer first and we will be returning.

I inherited my late grandfather s car and, thanks to the pandemic, it sat in my driveway for a good 9 months. It was in pretty rough shape and needed more than just a cleaning. I drive by House of Wax all the time and decided to check them out to get my car back to its former glory and they did not disappoint. I can t believe the transformation their Grand Package provided and I immediately made another appointment for our daily driver. Had a great experience as a first time customer bringing our Toyota Matrix here for an interior detail before selling it. A small patch of mold had developed in the back seat and they took care of it. It s worth every penny. They were also very friendly and communicative here, obviously each customer is valued. My Lexus needed some exterior work to remove some scratches & swirl marks from a body shop that had done some repairs. I called a few detail shops & spoke with Travis @ House of Wax about it. He had me bring the vehicle to his shop to evaluate the scope of work. No other detailer asked to see it, they just quoted a price. I was totally impressed with the knowledge & way Travis looked over my SUV & told me what he could do. The vehicle looks better than new, & I am happy I made the right choice in using Travis & House of Wax in Mukilteo. It was worth the trip from where I live in Marysville! We had Sam from mukilteo house of wax come out for an exterior boat detailing right on our slip at Everett Marina. The wash, buff, and wax took nearly the whole day, and he did a fantastic job getting all of the surfaces out of the water shining. The cost was right in the middle of the estimate, so everything was on time and on budget with no surprises. Communication was also excellent throughout the whole process. Everything met or exceeded my expectations and I d be happy to use them again. Great business and great service!
