This Les Schwab couldn't replace my brake pads on a 2019 Expedition today because replacing brake pads was too "technical". Keep in mind, they knew which vehicle we scheduled an appointment for today.The rude receptionist forced my wife to sit through a 50 minute inspection requirement despite the fact Ford already inspected them and confirmed they needed to be replaced. Upon inspection, the tech determined that he was uncomfortable trying to replace the pads.Luckily, the Les Schwab on Hwy 99 in Lynnwood was able to figure out how to replace the brake pads in a timely manner (faster than the inspection in Mukilteo). I recommend starting there and not wasting your time in Mukilteo.

Great and consistence customer service! Posting this extremely late but when Fox Rental car gave us a faulty car, Les Schwab was able to quickly fix it and help us out. Basically, Fox Rental car gave us a car with a tire that apparently a previous customer blew out and fixed on their own. We knew this was the case because after the tire gave out on the ferry (giving them a 5* for their help), we brought the car to Les Scwhab and they discovered that it had been manually fixed prior. Anyways, been using this tire center for years and I still recommended it to others

I ordered a full set of 4 tires online for my daughter to have put on her AWD vehicle. After taxes it was about $700. When my daughter got there she said they were going to do different tires and they were going to be cheaper. I called in to verify the information with LS and was told they had a cheaper set that would be just as good and it was going to be about $525-550. Ok, cool. Well now I'm going through my receipts and see on the LS invoice it says only two tires were changed. I call to see if this was a typo since I was told I bought a full set for my daughter's AWD. I call and not only was I spoken over and not given a chance to fully explain my issue, but I was told that they only sold her two tires!!! Why did I spend over $500 for only two tires when I could've had a full set for $700! Apparently they decided to move the rear tires to the front and put two new ones on the back. This was NOT what was told to me the day of service. I was told I was purchasing a full set. So I spent over $200 per tire when I should've only spent about $160 a tire. Not to mention I only got HALF of what I thought was purchased. I was extremely disappointed by the "customer service" when I called. Don't talk over people, let them explain. I wouldn't have been so frustrated with the employee that answered (who was the same one who lied to me in the first place) if she would've let me explain my issue. Make sure you know what you're buying and if you have to send your teen in, make sure they don't get scammed like mine did!

Deplorable service from the woman with long hair working at the front reception; with her feeble attempt at an apology when I inquired about the status of my car and why it took so long to be called upon. And the dead pan stare & eye roll she gave was just the cherry on top. There's no need to write an extensive narrative as her leadership team can research that I was there on the morning of Tue. Jan. 30th. Sufficed to say, I shall be going to the Lynnwood location on Hwy 99 as my default Les Schwab from now on. Do better Les Schwab Mukilteo.

DENIEL FLESHMAN This is a highly responsive specialist. He will always explain everything and make sure that you don t have any problems while driving a car. I had a great experience changing tires on my GMC 3500 truck. It was a difficult selection of wheels, and we had to change them several times until we found the exact brand of wheels that suited my driving conditions. And this guy did it. Now I refer everyone I know to this guy. Guys, if you want to change your tires on your truck, contact him, he knows a lot about this and will select wheels for any conditions!!!

Everything was good until it wasn't a little over a month after getting tires balancing and new front struts my drivers side back tire starting making a lot of noise from when i left t9 go to work. Ended up mu lugnuts were about to fall off so just a reminder to everyone check your nuts lugnuts that is.

There is a technician here by the name of Dan who deserves an award or promotion from Les Schwab for going above and beyond. Don't even know where to start but I think his most impressive quality is attention to detail he even pointed out other issues going on with my vehicle and made corrections to mistakes that other mechanics made like forgetting to tie down lower ball joint, body mounts that had separated, replacing the break line that snapped, etc. Les would have wanted every employee to be like Dan. Customer service and going above and beyond what is expected, providing more quality service both with the customer and on the vehicle

I am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction with the late service provided by Les Schwab in Mukilteo, WA with an employee name "Chris", which has caused significant inconvenience and frustration for me. I believe it is crucial to address this matter promptly to ensure that such delays do not occur in the future.On June 26, 2023 11am, I made a phone call to make a appointment for a wheel alignment. A representative "Chris" picked up and informed me that i can simply do walk-in today since expected completion time for this service is 40-45 minutes. I walked in 12:10pm and dropped off my car and waited at the Starbucks nearby. When i went back to pick up my car after 1 hour 50 minutes later, my car was still sitting at the parking lot where I parked.. They didn't even started it! A representative "Al" confirmed that they didn't started it and informed i have to wait another 30-40 minutes. Since i had a meeting planned, I had to leave without getting the service. If "Chris" informed me in the first place that service might take several hours, I would have gone back to my office rather than staying around there.I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, leading to unexpected delays. However, I find it unacceptable that employee "Chris" did not communicate any updates or provide an explanation for the delay. Throughout the duration of the delayed service, I received no communication from him regarding the progress or any reasons for the delay, which further exacerbated my frustration.As a customer, I believe it is my right to receive timely and efficient service, along with clear communication regarding any delays or issues that may arise. I expect a service provider to be professional, reliable, and respectful of the commitments made to its customers. Regrettably, my experience with Les Schwab this time has not met these expectations.

I can t say enough about Chris at this particular Mukilteo location. My wife got a flat on the way to work, which is several dozen miles away from where we live. Being at work myself, and wanting to help but not being close I reached out to the nearest Les Schwab location in proximity to her work. From the very first phone call I made it was obvious that Chris was going to do whatever he could to make sure that we were taken care of. I can t say enough about not only his willingness to help, but his professionalism throughout the process. He came out to my wife s work, put on the spare tire for her and took the damaged tire back to the shop to be assessed. Because we had just purchased tires from Les Schwab, Chris was able to replace the damaged tire with a brand new one under warranty. This is the best experience we have ever had during a very stressful day dealing with something no one wants to deal with, the dreaded flat tire. Thank you Chris and thank you Les Schwab of Mukilteo for helping my wife get back on the road safely.

Had as good of experience at a tire shop as one should expect. My tire pressure was dwindling rapidly after having my vehicle shipped from another state. From the moment I walked in it was nothing short of a five star experience.Upon entry, the young lady at the front desk was surprisingly pleasant, greeting me with a smile. She was very attentive and approachable. She took my keys and I waited- it took about five minutes for my car to enter the bay to receive diagnosis. As I waited, I admired the gleaming floors and clean tables. Attention to detail is apparent throughout this business.Luis inspected my tire and informed me about a crack on the wheel and educated me on my options. He was super informative, professional, and friendly. He even FaceTimed my husband with me to go over the newly-discovered damage. Give this guy a raise!I ll be returning soon when I have my wheel to swap out!Thanks Team Les Schwab

Was able to stop in and see what was going on with my tire. Dropped it off and they called me when when it was done. Very accommodating, professional and friendly. Was back on the road pretty quickly. Thank you guys!Edit: Got a new set of tires from them. Was able to call and set an appointment. In and out of there and on with my day. Thank you guys for making it so easy to shop with you!

Took my van in to get an alignment last week but was told I needed more work done on a Tie Rod before they could do the alignment. Scheduled another appointment with them to fix Tie Rod and Alignment. Drove 3 hours round trip a week later for them to tell me nothing was wrong with the Tie Rod. Wasted over 4 hours of my time. Asked for a discount or something to make it right but the refused. I will not be going back to Les Schwab.

Customer service is excellent, products are good, prompt service, unfortunately if you buy tires there, be ready to pay significantly more than anywhere else, even the dealership doesn t charge what Les schwab charges. They wanted 1600 bucks for tires I could buy at discount for 1200, that s including everything. Why? Why can t Les schwab price match or atleast not gouge you for the same tires

Slow slow slow! Quoted an hour to an hour and a half. No updates just sit there and stare. I usually try to avoid Les Schwab and always go to Discount Tire but had no choice today. Their techs here have no urgency to anything they do. Going on over 2 hrs now. I can get a full set of tires at Discount done in an hour and that s with them slammed, what s worse is this place is totally dead. I used to have a commercial account here for 20 years but left since prices and speed aren t even comparable to Discount tire anymore.

Chris at the front desk was very professional and informative on the issue at hand. Chris helped me out and made sure my questions were answered and told me not to worry. He and his team are great, when you enter the store they run to the front to greet you!Anthony who inspected my vehicle, was curtious and informed me of what he checked.I went to the mukilteo location because of all.the reviews, and i am happy i did!Highly recommend!

I pulled in, the guy listened, happily and quickly filled my tires with the help of a colleague for the other 2 tires, and I was on my way. And they're still not flat. It seems to have been the cold weather phenomenon. GREAT SERVICE always at my Mukilteo Les Schwab !!

This review is not about tires, it is about lack of communication and concern for the customer's time. I bought a set of brand new tires here. Within the first two months I had two flats (not the fault of the tire). First time I made an appointment to have the tire fixed. Upon arriving I was told it would take about an hour. After waiting an hour and 45 minutes with NO communication, I asked about my car and they said it was next and I had about 30 minutes later.The next time I brought my car in first thing in the morning because apparently my appointment prior wasn't really honored due to others bringing their car in before me. Again, I was told "about an hour". After TWO hours my car was still in the parking lot. I asked when it was going to be done and they said it's second in line. Here I sit 30 minutes later and it has not moved. It will be at least 3 hours by the time it's done.Simply put, they need to not tell people that it will be done in a certain period of time and then have it take 2 to 3 times longer AND not even take the initiative to communicate the delay. That's just lazy and disrespectful. Free tire repairs if you buy your tires here, that is unless your time is any value to you.

Again, we received above wonderful help from the guys at Les Schwab. Leon came out and put air in my tire so that I could make my noon appointment there so have the tire fixed! Everyone is ALWAYS so nice and really know their stuff. Thanks again - we will keep relying on Les Schwab and the fine techniciansWe were so happy when Les Schwab opened a store here in Mukilteo. They have always been professional, friendly and figure out what to do. Recently we traded in our two older cars (with Les Schwab tires) on a newer Volvo (without Les Schwab tires). Had a low tire indicator light on and rolled into have them check it. They looked up our name, said "no problem" and took the car off to find a slow leak from a nail in the driver's side tire. I waited in the cool a/c waiting room with my dog, had coffee and a few bites of the ever-present popcorn. Very nice and service is always excellent.

I work as a manager at Amazon so our vans are constantly needing to get services such as new tires, rotors and brake pads. I refuse to work with any other local shop because the team at this Les Schwab is world class. Whether you call them ahead of time or not they make an intentional effort to get to your vehicle and are transparent about the costs and ask for permission before they fix extra things. They are the definition of a professional workplace and I can t recommend their services and customer service enough! Shoutout to Dan he s the goat.

I came to Les Schwab as I had a screw stuck in my tire. The staff tech pulled my tire off and put it in a bath to check it for a leak. They pulled the screw out and no leak was found and they remounted the tire at no charge to me. That was a bit of labor they had to do so I appreciated the no charge on this. I will for sure go back. Nice staff and clean building. Thanks Les Schwab in Mukilteo!!

Truly phenomenal. I called ahead just to make sure they had enough time to get my tires rotated today. Chris went above and beyond for me. It wasnt very busy at the shop and all the guys I interacted with were kind. Chris answered the phone though, and handled my truck from start to finish and he gave me all the info on what they checked. I feel super protected and taken care of at this Les Schwab!

Came in on a Saturday without an appointment to have battery replaced. Immediately had the impression from a series of cues the gentleman assisting me had some kind of problem with me. Should have listened to my gut. Waited in lobby for 3.5 hours. Was finally approached by manager (who for the record was exceedingly polite and professional) who didn't understand what I was waiting for as there were no other cars in bays. Apparently the work had been completed on my car hours prior and I had been waiting around for no reason. The notes on my work order explained they had tried to call my phone and had the wrong number, but i confirmed they in fact did have the correct number on the work order. I absolutely did not get any calls from them, and there were no voicemails. To make matters much worse, the gentleman whom I'd originally spoke with had been coming in and out of the lobby and had seen me --on multiple occasions-- and had neglected to say anything. I have never seen this individual in my life and have no idea what he had against me (leaving name out, Schwab shouldn't have any issue identifying using the info I've provided if necessary). The manager was extraordinarily and sincerely apologetic, and waived the battery installation fee for me. Because of how he handled the situation I absolutely will give them another shot in the future, but this particular experience was quite distasteful.

I used to GM automotive stores and audit them...its tough work. I had a nail in my tire and needed an unscheduled flat repair. These guys were friendly and respectful. This shop was clean on both the front and back of the house, staff greeted me in the parking lot ...even in the rain!... and they completed a flat repair efficiently with proper techniques and were knowledgeable. I am not usually generous with my compliments, but they earned it. Highly recommend!

Customer service is excellent. Cheri and the front desk is very nice and Ron was very helpful and honest about about what my car needs. He brought me outside to show me exactly what he was doing and how he does it. He found a huge gash in my tire when I initially only came in for a brake inspection. I got all four of my tires replaced brand new within the same hour.
