If I could give 10 stars I would. The guys that work here are the most helpful people I have met in this state by far. They were there when I needed help the most. I can not thank these guys enough they are life savers. Thank you so much!

Automated car wash review: usually one of the drive through stalls doesn t work and isn t labeled or you have to pull up and lose a spot in line to find out on the pay screen. It hasn t accepted credit cards for who knows how long but doesn t say anything about it so you have to sit their and wait for it to try to work. The prices are crazy. $20 for the premium wash and ceramic glaze is not worth half that. Doesn t really dry your car either.

We all make mistakes, but it is how we handle these mistakes that define us.I took my car here before a 6 hour drive with my wife and young kids. Simple oil change and fluid levels checked. They did the typical thing of taking out the air filter that had a leaf on it and ask me if I wanted a new filter. I didn't fall for it.I left happy and prepared for my journey. I woke the kids up early and hit the road. Suddenly, the car failed, and we were stalled on the side of the road. Luckily, we were not that far away and took wifes car on the trip.When I came home I took a look at the car to figure out what was wrong. Well come to find out, they opened the air intake to check the air filter and never replaced it. Never did I ask them to mess with the air filter, but they are looking for an up sell. They could have replaced it and done their job.I drove up to this place pretty upset by the stress they caused my family. The manager agreed to give me a free oil change next time.I came back 3 months later, with his card and his signature for free oil change. The manager wasn't there so the clerk called the manager to confirm the free service, the manager refused it.

My husband has been going here for a while, so I started taking my rig there as well. The guys that work there are always friendly and seem to offer fair prices. As a woman I don't feel like I am being ripped off going here.

Always timely, nice employees, star trek on the TV, they've gone steps further on a few occasions which is more than most. The car wash coupons are the cherry on top of the sundae that is me being too lazy to do my own oil changes like I used to.

I was in a mad dash to get to work and I had my toddlers in the car. I pulled in and asked for an oil change. I never had to get the kids out of the car. I stayed in the car. I was driving away with 15 minutes AND got a free car wash. I'll be back in 3 months. Thanks guys!

I've been getting my oil change done at Harbour Pointe since 2013. The service is quick and affordable. Also, I have never felt pressure from the staff to purchase any extra services. I recommend this place.

Was supposed to get an oil change. Pretty sure they didn't actually change. Took literally less than 5 minutes. Supposed to drain oil, change filter. Checked the oil didn't look new but like old oil was mixed with new so it still had a dirty tinge to it.

The worst business I have ever met in my life. If you care about you MONEY, don't go to this place because they will lie to you and you will waste a lot of money!!!If you care about your CAR, never go to this place, because they are the most unprofessional staff I've ever seen!!!

They did not change the crush washer (have a Subaru outback, crush washer is single use) when they reinstalled the drain plug and I had an oil leak. Could have ruined my engine.

Honestly, very friendly - non-pushy - service and amazingly fast, they were done in under 11 minutes. Will definitely shop there again.

Place is out of business. Only thing here is a car wash and pot shop in place of where the shop used to be
