Reza and Pedram at ACE Glass were amazing!They expertly repaired our broken window balance, and were willing to take the extra time to make sure they could find a replacement part that fit our custom window perfectly.The installation was flawless. Such amazing service! We were broken into on a Saturday- Ace Glass arrived within 2hrs of me calling and had us boarded up and new glass on order. Glass for our dual pane window was quickly manufactured & replaced in shorter time than originally estimated. So thankful to have found such a quality, prompt and courteous company!

Ace glass did an amazing job replacing our living room fogged up glass. They came out for a free consultation/estimate, and the price was very reasonable. The whole process was quick and they were very professional. They also provide installation and glass warranty. Highly recommend!

This is the second time I've had to replace a broken window and it was way easier this time using ACE Glass. The outer pane of a double pane window at my home was broken during the recent windstorm. So it was a small job and not an emergency but it needed to get fixed. ACE glass responded immediately to a phone call and based on photo's I texted, gave me a solid estimate and sent a tech out to confirm measurements. New glass was ordered same day and they were even able to install sooner than promised. The install guys were on time, worked fast and did a nice clean job. Payment was handled via Venmo, 50% up front, 50% when done. I don't want any more broken windows but if it happens, I'm calling them again.

Loved the way ACE glass went about replacing my cracked window glass. Not only were they professional and courteous in all our interactions , they provided a reasonable estimate for replacement. They were prompt and the work done was very clean. I would work with them again in a heartbeat and would be happy to recommend them for your glass installation/replacement needs.

It was such a pleasure working with ACE Glass in getting my molded window glass replaced. They immediately noticed another window of my house that had a broken seal and replaced both in no time. They were fast, professional, with a great attitude through out the process. I highly recommend them!

Ace glass repair is awesome, they are very proactive, responsive and fair on prices. I have worked with REZA and Pedram .. both of them are great to work with. They quoted a fair price and didn't over promise, they gave me a good estimate (time wise) and finished the project as promised. I will refer them to my network and will use their service again in future if needed

Pedram showed up a few hours after I called regarding a shattered glass sliding door. His team cleaned up, took measurements, and give an estimate for cost and time to replace the glass. The cost was far below others and the ETA for glass replacement and installation was spot-on. ACE Glass was very responsive and often got replies within an hour. They were able to provide an estimate same week and got the repair done as soon as they got the materials. In and out within half an hour for a glass replacement on a window. We have had a great experience with ACE Glass! Reza does an incredible job with everything. He put in two large energy-efficient windows in our living room and a sliding glass door,�which we have been very happy with. The whole process from the initial estimate, scheduling, communication, and installation all went smoothly and quickly.Reza is honest, professional, and reliable. We had a slight issue come up with our sliding glass door and even months after installation, when we called about it Reza came almost immediately to fix it- no questions asked and no extra bills. ACE lives up to their promise of the lifetime guarantee on their products. We will definitely be calling them for the rest of our windows when we choose to upgrade and highly recommend ACE to everyone!

I had an old aluminum single window and I wanted to change it to double for the look and the noise for a while (it was a workshop window). Ace glass was recommend by yelp to me and after reading their reviews I decided to contact them for the job. About a week after the estimate my window was ready for installation. So we set a date and ace glass people came and change it so professionally (I uploaded a picture of my window the old one and the new). I happy with the result and I got a pretty decent price. Great service.

Reza came home on a short notice. Quickly provide quote and estimate date of installation of window panes. He kept me in loop through out the time and installed as promised. He met my timeline and provided quality panes for reasonable price. I highly recommend Ace Glass.

I hope anybody that is looking to have any type of glass work done on their home, will read this review. I am 70 years old, and in the last forty years of hiring out work, to be performed on my house, Ace Glass is by far the best ever. I called in, to schedule an estimate, to have all the window panes in my thirty year old home replaced. I got ahold of Reza, the owner, right away. We scheduled an appointment for an estimate; he came out exactly, to the minute, for the time that we had set for the following day.I accepted his very fair offer for the complete project. They started the job when they said they would, and completed it three days later as Reza said they would. Reza was so concerned about havingeverything go perfect in every way, that he gave me his personal cell phone number, and said to call him any time of day, including in the evening, if I had any questions on how the work was being performed. His two installers were also just as caring to make the work perfect as possible.The total was exactly as quoted in the original estimate.Bottom line, I would highly recommend Ace glass.I would be happy to talk with you on the phone if you call Reza first.

Reza is absolutely fantastic. He does quality work, shows up on time and delivers with a smile. I had him replace a picture window in my kitchen with a casement window. He did all the ordering, replaced it and cleaned up fantastic! I would use him again in a heartbeat

I was looking for someone to come replace my broken window so I called literally every place that came up on the google search. Half the places I called wouldn t be able to come measure for 1-2 weeks and than it would take the window 3-6 weeks and the few ones that could give me a rough estimate was jus more than I wanted to pay. I called ACE Glass and he said he could come check it out an do the measurements that evening which was super cool so he arrived on time spent about 10 mins measuring my window and gave me a quote on the spot which was very reasonable and better than every other place so I said ya let s do it. A couple weeks later we set up a day and time and with my busy schedule I completely forgot so he was at my place on time and I wasn t home and couldn t get home till after work so he told me that he can do it from the outside without even going into my place. Honestly I was very skeptical because it s my bedroom window on the 2nd floor so I thought there s no way he s going to beable to get the job done and to my surprise I got a text not even 30 mins later saying that he s done and a picture of the finished results. I am absolutely amazed!!!! I still can t bealive he was able to remove my broken window and replace it with the new one all from a ladder going up to the 2nd floor. I would 100% recommend ACE Glass over any other place an I will use this company again with no hesitation.. Thank You ACE Glass!!!!Services: Window installation, Glass installation, Window repair
