This store is a comfortable place to shop for automotive needs. It has been reliable since it was Schucks. i almost always find what i need, in varying quality levels.

Service was great, Great job Riley, yet the hand held alternator machine read,the voltage failed but the oiodes good, yet on the machine inside the store, the big expensive machine read the alternator to pass on both the voltage and the oiodes ( wait did I spell that right) anyway I was able to the old alternator reinstalled, and the car is running fine not lights in the dash and the battery is showing good battery, when tested

Wednesday, Oct 11th 8:50am, went in to buy some Rain X. Crystle, the cashier, thought that throwing the R word around was appropriate. I was appalled, offended, and angry that she was being so awful. Please remedy this.

Dropping them a star from my prior review. Walked in yesterday, 3 employees working in the store with a couple of customers around but none at the counter where two of the employees were, nobody greeted me or asked if help was needed as I past them. I found what I needed and all was well, but prior visits have always been welcomed and helped if the employees were not with others.

I really hope this helps the management and customersBuying $153 and change of merchandiseI was paying with my only two 100 s dollar bills,Employee responded sorry no change?I Didn t feel like explaining that not having change wasn t my problemTwo choices, run a business properly and have keep change on hand,Or fill the place with sings that states that the place do no have change and bring the exact amount for payments

This is now my go-to auto supply store. The folks there are particularly helpful with questions & advice, and they've often given me great tips. They're also great at pointing out savings for when I'm not looking for something that's top-of-the-line while, at the same time, giving good advice for things that are worth upgrading to when I wouldn't have thought so myself, e.g. wiper blades... I spent an extra $5 apiece for blades but they're tremendously superior.

Staff were great with helping me pick the best value battery for my car and any additional recommendations on items I could benefit from in the replacement process. I anticipated a long line, as this has been my luck at most auto stores, but it was not the case today. I was in and out in 5 mins. Great experience. I will be back in the future. Thanks!

Went in to see about getting my taillight bulb fixed and they came out to check and see what bulb I needed for my jetta they didn't have it in stock but ordered it and it was there the next day... Great job guys with your knowledge and experience!

I shop at O'Reilly's all the time but recently there has been some sketchy activity going on in the Mountlake Terrace store and one employee is very rude she yells and screams at customer's. Her name is Natalie and she calls customer's bad names. She uses foul language. She brought in several people off the street into the store and they all went into the bac. The other people looked homeless and I don't think works there. Natalie was acting very strange and her eyes were dilated. I feel like there is drug dealing going in. I will no longer shop there and I'll let others know not to shop at that location.

I called to see if they had brake pads for my vehicle in stock absolutely disrespectful customer service must be a Washington thing either way very rude

First time here and what a great experience. I just went in for a battery for my Toyota which in itself is an uneventful, easy buy. I was helped right away. The gentleman was fast, knowledgeable, friendly, (sorry, I don't remember his name). Again this was my first time but it was a good first time.

My family and I have been going to this location since we moved here almost 10 years ago. Yesterday my mother got her van check engine light diagnosed and today I was changing my tail light and the bulb fell inside of the light. Shahid and the crew at O'Reilly have came in clutch and helped us out countless time. This location is by far the best in Washington state. 10/10 customer service. I recommend it to everyone.

Customer service has taken a steep decline in the last couple years. The current employees do not make me feel welcome, nor are they ever that pleasant to be around.

3 employees had no idea what and where a simple tube of adhesive was and another customer had to show me. None of the staff had ever heard of black RTV. I'd avoid asking this crew for help they are clueless.

So glad I came here. Check engine light was on and I needed a new battery. Victor rang it up and put in the new battery in about 5minutes (in the December cold). Very happy for the great service and kindness of the staff here.

I went in to get a headlight bulb, hoping I would not get stopped on the way there for having a head light out. I got in, made my purchase and they even put the bulb in for me. 100% excellent customer service. Thank you! I'll be back for windshield wipers and washer fluid.

Horrible customer service by the two men working today 5/19 at 3pm. I never write reviews but felt the need to share. I needed help getting oil for my car, as I told them the kind I needed they laughed and sold it to me, then asked further questions about my car, which led them to have me return the oil I paid for and buy a different kind. Horrible horrible service. The laughing and side comments did not help

This is the most horrible store I have ever seen terrible service from girls that work there I walked in heard manager yelling at employees and a lot of foul words could not even believe what I was hearing mng outside talk to employees about someone that works there it was not good. Curis is a great help if you need it everybody is up everybody's you know what Thay should worry about them self Erica had bad phone answering skills everybody needs to mind there own business and Thay all lie

Excellent service, prices and selection. Needed 9007 head light bulbs for a 99 Durango. Was gonna get the silver level light bulbs @ $41.99, which is good for 200hrs life, but decided to get the gold level for 250 hours of life and brighter light level for $51.99.The light were easy to change out and nice and bright. Very happy.

Very helpful staff. Shahid did a really good job at helping pick out the right products that work, like the transmission fluid. The staff there is kind to its customers and has always been willing to help. 5 stars, a good O'Rileys because of its quality staff members.

I stopped in the 44th st orileys in Mountlake terrace for new windshield wipers and Eric was so helpful he gave me an honest recommendation on which ones to buy and then installed them for me! Such a gentleman! I even tried to tip him and he refused! Thank you Eric! You rock!! I will be coming back here for all my car parts in the future! 5 star service!!

I came back on 11/7/20 because my other headlight went out.. again i got great service.. Eric the store manager and Zackary helped me put on the headlight. Also they helped me with another product I needed. 11 mo ago 12/19I bought a headlight but couldnt get it in myself so I came back and even though they were busy they helped me. Brayden and Casey were very helpful to me and got my headlight in even though it was in a difficult place. Thanks so much Brayden and Casey

Cade was the most helpful person, I have always had amazing experiences when I ve come here, but I came in like 30 minutes before closing because my battery light came on and the car was being weird. Cade helped me figure out what was happening and helped me get my battery and car working right. Whatever he s paid is not enough. He s very polite and helpful 10/10 recommend this orileys, especially is Cade is helping.

Tonight my lock on my car don't stopped working. I called the non emergency and they said the best they could do was break a window, so, being on a budget, the cost of a tow truck or locksmith is considerable to me. I figured I'd walk down to O'Reilly's and buy a lockout kit. When I got there though, Eric let me borrow their lock out kit. After wrestling with that, for honestly probably like 30 minutes, I got into my car, and realized the battery was dead. I'm just about to call o'Reilly's to let them know I'll be a little longer when who do I see walking towards me, that's right, the hero of this story Eric from O'Reilly's. I explain to him the situation, apologizing for taking so long and showing no signs of annoyance, he takes it upon himself to go back to the store and get a jump kit. On top of all of this already pure and wholesome amazingness, I tried to pay him $20 for his time, and I couldn't convince him to take it, but boy did I try. I was honestly shocked that customer service like this exists. Eric from O'Reilly's woke up this morning and chose kindness, and I could not be more grateful
