These folks are superior in their craft. Alex is very knowledgeable and extremely honest. You can tell that it's more than just money with him, he truly cares about being a reputable business with great customer service. The service writer is probably one of the nicest that you could ever deal with. You can feel her awesome attitude through every conversation. I highly recommend Zander European to anyone looking for an honest/professional car repair facility.

Best mechanic ever. I brought my VW golf in after I noticed a small oil leak. I expected to pay hundreds but shortly after I brought it in I get the call and it ended up being something fairly simple. In the end it costed me a whopping $65 and I had the vehicle back the same day. I've experienced a few dishonest mechanics In my life and they have made me fairly paranoid. After my great experience with Alex I can honestly say I will be getting all of my future work done here. These are honest, hard working people that will treat you right. I couldn't recommend them more!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Zander European is awesome! These guys know Mercedes inside and out and their team is great. They helped me out when I was in a tight spot on a road trip and helped me diagnose an issue before it went critical and blew my transmission. I would feel fully confident having them do anything you need on a Mercedes.

Brought my 2013 diesel passat in with a seized turbo and a bunch of other problems. These guys did awesome from diagnosing to the repairs! Also very informative about why and how my problems occurred. Also fairly priced with with an accurate estimate. Hopefully I won t need them again but if I do I m certain I will be using them again Service: General repairs & maintenance

We came to Zander European Auto Repair on the recommendation of a neighbor for maintenance on an RV with a Mercedes chassis. We are certainly glad we did. Alex and Alecia took care of all our issues and were fast and efficient. Pricing was extremely competitive and much better than a dealership. I highly recommend Zander for all maintenance of European cars.

BEST EXPERIENCE YOU CAN IMAGINE! We LOVE Alex and Zander European Auto Repair.We have found not only an amazing mechanic, but someone we consider to be a friend. Imagine having allowed your nephew to drive your beloved Eurovan to an event, only to have him (accidentally) burn the water pump out, and then the engine. Then imagine that this happens while you beloved vehicle (and nephew - wink) are 360 miles away from where you live. I quickly jumped online (after receiving the call "auntie...the car is smoking???") and looked at reviews. LUCKILY I chose Zander European.Working with Alex has been a delight. With a cost none of us was prepared for, he worked with us to get the vehicle repaired and make payments. We stayed in constant contact, and through it, have made a friend for life.My family and I would highly recommend this amazing businessman and human being.Moments like this that could be horrible in life...can be made much better... by the people you chose to work with.CHOSE TO WORK WITH ZANDER EUROPEAN AUTO REPAIR!

The people here are so amazing! They were able to take me in on short notice because I had a metal plate come loose on the freeway. I was far from home and they fixed my issue and had me on my way in no time. This kind of place reminds me that there are wonderful people in the world! Thank you!

I was driving from Vancouver to Portland when my Landrover Defender 110 had a moment ! (drivebelt & idler pulley shattered) Anyway, to cut a long story short (after a google search for good mechanic) I managed to slowly idle my way to Zanders Auto repairs. Alex (and his team Scott and Alisha) couldn t have been more kind and helpful. They dropped everything for me. Searched and searched for the parts (Defender parts are tricky to get hold of!) and eventually found what was needed and even drove half an hour to pick up the parts. Within 3 hours I was up and running again and didn t skip a beat all the way to Portland.Alex and his team were remarkable. I kept on thanking Alex and he kept on replying that he s in the helping people industry. Well all I can say is Zanders went way above and beyond helping me and I will always be truly grateful.Thank you, Alex, Scott and Alisha. I don t hesitate to recommend Zanders to anyone and everyone who want a trustworthy, reliable and skilled service.Service: General repairs & maintenance
