I just bought a work van from them they are really nice great to work with. They did not do pressure sales on me which was a great thing!!! I highly recommend them for a good price on used vehicles, they even helped me get a 100,000 mle warranty on the vehicle which I know I will benefit from it in the future. Need a vehicle they are the one to give to hands down!!!!

I bought a Volkswagen here a few weeks ago and within 4 to 5 days the engine engine light came on and I ve already had to put a few hundred dollars into it. Also, one of the air filters was not correctly installed, or it was the wrong size. Two weeks now I am having issues and have to take it in to get that fixed.

This is my third vehicle purchased from Westside Motors! If you love steller service, quality used cars. Go on down and see jeff. I cannot say enough about this guy and the satisfaction I get from Westside motors. More than just a business oh, they treat you like family. Very reasonable and willing to work with you.

Our experience was an interesting one for sure! But in the end Jeff was the one to make it all come together and he treated us well. He was honest and told us if we have any problems to come back and talk to him. We purchased a beautiful BMW and we live in Seattle so I don t know if we ll be back for much more business, however if you can work with Jeff you ll get it done quick and easy. I highly recommend him and I would urge people to give them a shot.

Dear friend of mine purchased a car here recently, since then she has had nothing but hardships with the dealership. she put a ton of money down on the vehicle,after having it for less than a week she was told to bring the car back and hasn't been able to drive the vehicle she also requested her down payment back and was told that it was non-refundable?? I suggest going somewhere else for all of your car needs!!! Worst ever experience for an 18-year-old purchasing their first vehicle!!!

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! Every vehicle on the entire lot is a lemon. I purchased a car from old "brother jim" that broke down in my driveway 2.3 miles away right after pulling off the lot. They ignored me untill morning and where very rude a couple hours later they sent a young kid stinking of alcohol with a tow truck. The next day i picked up the car and returned home. In the morning while driving to work the vehicle died at every single stoplight and finally I was able to make it to work where the car would not start anymore and I had to make arrangements for a ride home. The next day I was able to get the vehicle to start and make it to the highway where I drove straight to Mount Vernon and return the vehicle to Westside Motors. The car would barely run the check engine light would flash Non-Stop due to major misfire the car leaked all of the power steering fluid out within the first day and had no power steering the vacuum lines were"too short but they work" as i was told by a employee and all i was told was that there was nothing wrong with the car??? After paying out of my pocket for a mechanic I was told the same thing. everything on the car was rigged so that it would barely work. After it broke down again i rerurned the car to the lot and was treated like i was garbage i kept a smile the whole time and was nothing but polite and friendly but the rude comments and short answers continued. After a while of having to argue the point of getting a fair deal that i was promised i was able to drive off in another car. This car ran very rough but the mechanic that was riding along for a test drive went on and on about how it was just old gas and brother jeff agreed saying if it gave me any problems bring it back. On the way home one of the motor mount bolts fell out the day after that the thermostat stuck causing the car to overheat and blew out the radiator. I told westside motors about the problems and was told to "go to a mechanic" and "thats that bud". After having to buy a new radiator coolant, thermostat and all of the extra stuff not be able to drive the car and paying the payments the fuel pump went out (VERY EXPENSIVE at Infiniti). All of this happened within a week of having each car and is very unacceptable. I returned the car to westside motors and told them if they i cannot continue to pay them any more money for the car that does not work, they refuse to treat me like a person, and i still needed a car. Pretty much i gave them a down payment and 2 payments for cars that i couldnt drive i was out 1800$ plus 640$ in parts totaling 2440$ on a car that was supposed to only cost me 2699$. The car being inoperable had to stay at the lot and brother Jeff was out on vacation i was forced to tell them no thank you on trying to make this arrangement work they get to keep my money the car and i will take my business somewhere else. A couple weeks later i get a letter from a collection agency for the price of the car (that was more by 300$ than my contract even states i was being charged).i called westside motors and was treated horribly by jeff who just acted like his usuall rude self and laughed at. This place is not a honest place and definitely not fair i took my business right down the street and could not be happier. This experience sucked i really wanted it to work i walked in with cash that they glady took never missed a payment even when the cars didnt even drive and got really screwed dont make the same mistake i did hopefully this place closes down soon DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE!!!!!

Typical used car dealership. Lies, scams & no responsibility for their faulty vehicle which they didn t fully disclose. Jeff was terrible to deal with. Would not recommend buying a vehicle from them.

Great prices for high mileage cars. I felt they did not listen to me as a customer. They will try to sell you something even if your not happy with it.

DO NOT buy anything from this place! Screws people over and they take advantage of you. My Mom bought a car from here explaining her situation and they thought, I ll screw her over! Disgusting and buyer beware!!!!

Homeless people sleep in the cars, because they leave the doors unlocked. The vehicle we looked at was soaked inside. Told us to test drive it and the gas tank was empty. Would never buy a car from them!
