The staff was very knowledgeable. Roger was accessible even after hours and very helpful. Felt like Roger went the extra mile even after the purchase was completed. Great to work with. Would recommend them without reservations.

My wife and I have now purchased 2 boats from Tom and Jerry's. A 20' North River and most lately a brand new Hewescraft 220 Ocean Pro. Both transactions were smooth and pleasant transactions. The Ocean Pro was delivered on schedule with no surprises and the price was exactly what was quoted. We ordered the 220 OP from the factory and took the opportunity to tour the factory while the boat was in production (highly recommended). The staff at the factory were incredible and went out of their way to answer all questions.I waited to write this review until I had enough time on the Hewescraft to get an idea if it had any issues. The boat has performed beautifully. Couldn't be happier. Our sales person Todd Nelson was great to work with and would highly recommend Tom and Jerry's Boat Center.

We can t say enough about Tom & Jerry s Boat Center great selection, helpful yet easy going staff and everyone is willing to help when you call, even if your salesperson is busy. John Wells was ours and he has been totally awesome to work with and get to know. He checked in via text or a phone call several times during our first week to see how we were enjoying our new boat or if we needed anything. His follow up after the sale continues, even after 90 days .AMAZING! The store has a great selection, they ll get you rigged up just like you want, and they don t rip your head off on the price. The entire family is really enjoying the boat life. If you live in the Pacific Northwest, you ve got to have one. We re having a blast! I would definitely recommend Tom & Jerry s. Be sure to ask for John Wells. He s terrific.

These folks stand behind their boats. I purchased a brand new Hewescraft Ocean Pro 220 at the Seattle Boat Show 2023. It didn't start out well after the boat show. Couldn't get this years motor after many discussions at the boat show about availability. They worked with me and we upgraded to a 250.Picked up boat once it was rigged and brought it home. While waxing it, I noticed debris in the paint. Took pictures and emailed them to Tom N Jerry's . Got a phone call from their warranty department and asked if I could bring the boat in.Dropped off the boat and went over it with their warranty person. He took more pictures and sent them off to Hewescraft. Hewescraft didn't respond well at first and I still haven't put the boat in the water or turned the key.I reached out Tom N Jerry's general manger Russ and the owner Kelly and gave them my frustration. They got involved right away. They got Hewescraft to come out and look at my boat. The representative from Hewescraft took full responsibility and had my boat repainted locally.Russ & Kelly kept their finger on my boat the entire time, made visits to the local shop to check on progress along with quality. Came out beautiful.If you want someone that will stand behind their product they sell and work with you until you are satisfied, buy from Tom N Jerry's. I put 75 hours on this season and love the boat. I would/will buy another boat from these folks. Top notch and you worked hard on getting my problems worked out. Thank You Pat

I bought a boat and trailer from them. They charged me $900 for a card fee. Then they charged me $1,737.90 for two trailer guide. When I only got one. I was only supposed to be charged $868.90 because I only bought one. I called them the next day and they were just telling me that I did buy two. I don t recommend you buying from them. I suggest you go buy from somewhere else. Your going to be out of business with your employees. For the people wanting to buy something I suggest you thinking a lot before coming and buying from them. Don t recommend them at all.

I had been looking for a good fishing boat for almost a month around the Coeur D'Alene, Idaho area. I could not seem to find the boat I wanted. Then I started looking out of the area. I saw a used 180 Sportsman, Hewescraft. advertised on Tom and Jerry's site and it looked like it had the accessories that I was looking for. I called Tom and Jerry's the next morning and spoke with Todd Nelson the salesman. Todd spent a lot of time on the phone with me telling me about the boat and answering my questions. He was professional and patient. He took the time to film about a five minute video showing the boat and it's features. I was hooked. I put a deposit down on the boat and made arrangements to drive over and pick it up. I came over on a Friday morning. I met up with Todd and we went over the purchase portion of the boat. Then we hooked it up and took it over to Campbell Lake for a test run. That did not las too long as we had some issues with the kicker motor. Todd called the shop on the phone and we pulled the boat back out of the water. Back at the shop two of the senior mechanics diagnosed the issue and came up with and installed the part to fix the issue. We completed the sale and the boat is now back in Idaho. Todd has been very helpful after the sale. He helped me figure out the battery set up and worked on questions that I had about the trailer title since they are not required in Idaho. I bought a 16ft. Hewescraft Sea-Runner from the original Tom and Jerry's in the latter 80's. It is nice to know that the new owners are continuing with their high performance in sales and service. I was checking new boat prices after searching used boats of off and on for 6 months and found a new boat I was looking for on the web at Tom and Jerry s Boat Center. They provided a prompt quote and within a few hours I decided to purchase the boat. I live a ways off from the boat center and the staff made it easy to secure the deal remotely. They provided on point advice for dealer added options and excellent support throughout the financing. When I did visit the boat center to pick up the boat it was a pleasure to meet those I had dealt with on line and the boat is consistently exceeding my expectations.

I can t compliment John Wells enough for his fantastic customer service from start to finish. Scott was fantastic in delivery overview with over four hours of review, test drive, maintenance, tips and tricks in operation to make our boating experience that much better. What a treat to have someone so knowledgeable teach you the ins-and-outs of our new boat.The parts department came through with short notice delivery of parts and were simply fantastic.As a new Alaskan customer, I will definitely recommend and return to Tom-n-Jerrys Boat Center for all my boating needs or questions. Well done! to John, Scott, Russ and the entire crew!

Awful service, charged me extra for the parts. I made a request on parts and when i came to take them they charged me double. This company is not worth doing business. Definitely would not recommend it. Save your money

I went in today to look at some Hewescraft boats. I was very upfront that I wasn t in a position to purchase right away but was just doing my research for the future. I was hoping to sort of poke around on my own and not bother anyone but the sales folks showed me a few different models and answered all my questions as if I had cash in hand. Not every dealership does that. They were extremely professional and polite and I left very impressed. I will almost certainly be purchasing from them in the future.

I recently bought a new Hewescraft Sportsman boat from Tom & Jerry's. The team there did an excellent job in working through the supply chain issues and keeping me informed. They delivered everything on time and were very helpful in getting the craft set up.

Sales staff was great . I had a couple small rigging issues that I noticed when I first took the boat out. That they took care of but I had to bring the boat back. 3 hour round trip for me. The issues could have been found and solved in my opinion with a double check from another rigger or the service manager. My issues were throttle cable adjustment and the fuel gauge did not register. They did adjust the throttle cable to follow the Yamaha manual and they connected the ground to the gas tank. Things I would think should be double checked before delivery. As a small note , I recommend vacuuming out the boat after rigging. The customer should not have to do it when they get home.Yes I would recommend they were nice to deal with , quick clean transaction on the sale. They have taken care of the issues. I just think for 100k the issues should have been found before I took delivery.My recommendation to Tom and Jerry s boat center based on my purchase. Sea trial boats the launch is 2 minutes from your shop . A customer wants to know yep your new boat is good food for thought

Other's dealers said three to six months wait you guys two weeks wow. Friendly and part's department awesome and friendly. The only thing I'm sorry about is going with the big dealers would recommend this place to any of my friends

Stay away from this place unless you like paying extraordinarily high hidden fees. I took my boat to T&J for bottom painting. When I picked it up there was a $325 fee added to the bill. Apparently they outsource their paint work and have to ship boats offsite to do so. The customer gets stuck with this ridiculous service charge. Surprise. For $325 I could have transported the boat to Tacoma to have it painted for half the price. A total scam. Save your money and frustration by dealing directly with someone who provides painting services rather than using this unscrupulous middle man of a company.

From initial interest to final delivery, my experience with Tom-n-Jerry's was excellent. I got a great deal on a Hewes Alaskan, outfitted the way I wanted it. I worked with Lee and he was always available and immediately responsive. I live in Alaska and they made the logistics of shipping the boat very simple as well. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.

After they sold me a really expensive boat they dropped the ball on basically everything. They lost the titles to all three engines and the trailer. The salesman, John, promised me all these things and just disappeared after the sale was complete. Find another place to spend your money. These guys will just leave you hanging

I have bought 2 boats from Tom N Jerry's and have always had great customer service and customer experience. Even when things haven't gone completely right, Bob, Kelly and the team have worked to rectify problems and gone over and above the bare minimum. The service shop is professional, speedy and thorough and the sales guys all fish so they know exactly what you want. Go see Bob Hover and get into the right boat for you.

Recently purchased a boat from them. Great guys with good service. First time meeting them was at the Seattle Boat Show and was greeted with enthusiasm. They are quick to respond to you even when shopping online. Unlike most boat sells, they are willing to work with you via email or phone. If you're looking to purchase a new or used boat..give them a call.

I purchased a new boat, a Hewes Craft Alaskan 260. To order a new boat, a lot of options and facts about the boat are covered, I appreciated the patience Kent expressed and his efforts in answering my questions. The boat was what I ordered and exceeded my expectations, the workmanship of construction is exceptional. The performance of the boat is outstanding, I feel that I made a good investment, and I have received several outstanding compliments about the boat. The follow up service has been excellent, I am very pleased.

2nd Boat with Tom and Jerry s. Could not be happier. In my research and then experience, Hewescraft is such a quality boat and amazing on our island waters. But it is my experience with this store that makes me come back. Being in sales myself...an integrity person to help you means a lot. To find the boat works for you, without the pressure, means a lot. Having a salesperson like Lee Cappelletti...it s everything. I am very grateful and will continue to recommend T&J s without any reservation.

I run a couple hotels on a remote island in SE Alaska. A few months ago we decided to get into the fishing business and needed to order some boats. I reached out to many different dealers and I must say Lee from Tom N Jerrys was nothing short of perfect. He got us a fair price and was very responsive to my emails and calls. Any information or anything I needed was done in an instant. The boats arrived yesterday and were meticulously put together and so clean you could eat off t hem. Trust is a big thing when buying sight unseen. I can confidently say to all my friends and anyone reading this, you can trust Tom N Jerrys.
