I have drove by them multiple times as I go to build my Bagel shop. I took many bakers racks that I bought new but was bad construction. I also took a cart & they made 3 more for me but the cherry on top was when I took these greasy dirty gears to them & only showed my company T-Shirt & they did it perfectly. Sincerely. John Auburn. We were on vacation coming from southern Oregon and we nearly drove off the road with our 21 ft trailer which bent our trailer axle. We called on Smiley's and they solved our problem in 48 hours and we were back on the road. We were quoted a much higher cost by another outfit who said it would take 4 to 6 weeks to fix. Smiley's fixed it in 48 hours at a very reasonable cost. If you are ever lucky enough to break down in Mt. Vernon WA, and you call on Smiley's, you are lucky enough!

Extremely pleased with this company! We brought in our car with a hitch problem. They immediately checked and diagnosed the issue, put the car on the lift, and corrected it. Thankfully they had a cancellation and they were able to take care of our hitch without an appointment. Very helpful crew and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Smileys. They demonstrated expert knowledge handling a trailer tow electrical issue in my Ford Explorer. They were gracious and highly competent in working through the issue.

We used Smiley's to instal the dock hardware on our tow vehicle a 2003 Honda CRV. They did an amazing job fitting everything in with very little modification of the grill. They also installed the electrical sensors for the "break buddy" system and completed the electrical hookup. We had left the motorhome and the car. When they were done everything was hooked up and ready to test drive on the way home. We had never towed a vehicle before. Their technician and Dan explained everything for us. We were very happy with the work they did for us.

This is the shop that saved my vintage EGG fiberglass trailer. Professional, even when I did not know exactly what I needed. You get bonus points if you say, "torsion axle"

about a year ago i was troubled by the height in our rv steps and we had sold all that we owned house etc -went to see them - and he suggested that we make what we wanted out of wood - then if it did not work it would not cost us the parts of his materials/labor - and if it worked he would fabricate what we needed out of aluminum - we have been on the road since july and thank him for his kindness and great workmanshipWE ARE BACK- had a lousy experience with a large RV parts service in Washington state and needed to buy a trailer to tow the car - we stopped to see them before we settled in for the next 3 months - we needed some work with the ramps - i had my dream and he told me the good/bad of that and we are going to bringing the trailer to him - when there is a break in his schedule - and have the work done and we CHOSE to listen to him and his expertise --a great place - there to do the job - not honor the almighty $$ - but what is best for the consumer IMHO
