I was completely stumped after changing my blower motor and my heat/ac wouldn t work even after changing a fuse. Hector(such a sweet young man) helped me within 20 mins and the first change worked out perfectly!!! I can t thank him enough.

Since Google only allows one review I m adding to my older review as I want to applaud David he is an excellent customer service representing O Reilly s. Very knowledgeable, friendly and goes out of his way to help a customer. Even went out to my car. I appreciate excellent customer service. Thank you DavidJonathan is very knowledgable, I appreciated his expertise on the Carburetor, fuel pump and vapor lock I was getting on a 1985 Winnebago 454. He took the time to go though all the options and what I could do. I highly recommend Jonathan five star customer service.Thank you JonathanMount Vernon

I went and hit a huge pot hole by Safeway and the gas station sent me to O'ReillysThe guy showed me which one to get so I did and put the fix a flat in all by myself and it worked !! It was a big ol' hole too

Visited this auto parts store today and was quite impressed. They had exactly the part I was searching for conveniently located right at the door. The availability and positioning of the items allowed for a swift shopping experience. There were no lines or any kind of hassle, making it a smooth visit. Store layout was smart and customer-friendly. I highly recommend this place for its efficiency and ease of shopping. Great spot for any of your auto parts needs.

Staff was nice and helpful. And we got the two-stroke oil we needed. Unfortunately, they didn't have the two-stroke bottles that has the built-in measuring cup in the top, so it was hard to get the ratio right without buying a separate measuring cup, which they do not have.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. Knocking a star off for corporate not linking accounts together. You loose the receipt to a $200 battery from 3 years ago and now you have to remember where you bought it? No other chain does this.

I visited the store when I was driving to Anacortes to catch the ferry to Orcas Island. My Service Engine Soon light came on (which it never has before) and I asked an employee if they could use a code reader so i get the error code and determine if it was a serious issue worth cancelling my trip for.A young man named Joel helped me, and after a quick call to my mechanic to relay the codes, I asked Joel if he could help me with a temporary fix my mechanic recommended. He assisted me with the fix and cleared the error code and I was able to make my ferry on time!Joel is an awesome young man and employee who was so helpful and courteous. He literally saved me from cancelling my trip to the San Juan Islands! Thanks Joel!

This location shares a parking lot with Starbucks so I ve seen a lot of their drivers (never even knew they had drivers). They re all super angry and rude. I ll avoid going there at all costs.Doesn t bother them, its just a job I m sure. But eventually losing customers will affect them all.

I brought a friend there to get a replacement for his clutch which he has a life time warranty on. The associate was very gracious and let me use the restroom first before she helped my friend and she didn't have to offer to let me use it since their restrooms are for employees only. She walked me back there and waited patiently until I was done and she came out and took care of my friend and we were out of there in less than 10 minutes and that was including my bathroom visit. Great customer service and super friendly!

My husband was trying to sort a wiring issue on our horse trailer and Harry was very helpful! He came out and brought a tester to check it with. Great customer service! Super nice guy!

The best thing about this particular O'Reilly's is that they treat my wife like she is an intelligent human being. We can go in there together and the people will talk to her and listen to what she is saying. The guys that work there don't assume that because she's a woman she doesn't know what she's talking about that is a bit of a rarity at an auto parts store. So good on these guys.

I ordered some items online for pickup to fix an exhaust leak.When I picked up my order I realized that the gasket material I chose wasn't going to be big enough. The associate went to the back and brought back the same material but in a bigger piece. She was very friendly and didn't hesitate at all to exchange it for me.I was already beyond frustrated with the repair I was doing on my truck. I was glad I didn't have to deal with any attitude or frustration at the parts store.

One of the best auto parts stores around. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff that go above and beyond any typical retail expectations.Fantastic customer service in general, and this is key: The staff has the patience and an apparent high tolerance for novice asshats like myself.

Usually I spend a good amount of time walking around a parts store as I only go into one maybe 1x a year. I was greeted right when I walked in and got my part needed (drivers side light bulb) and was even installed for me too!! Top notch customer service. I think the gentlemens name was Juan that helped me.Way to go Juan!! Thank you!!

Super helpful! Came in needing oil and filters and some new windshield wipers. The one employee came out installed my new wipers in 30 seconds and took my old ones for me. He was so nice and had a million things to do but took his time to help me. Thank you o Reilly!

They won't answer the phone, but eventually they will. They then put you on hold because they seem too not know what parts are which after that it's comes down too not having any parts in stock. I would suggest NAPA OR CARQUEST. THEYLL certainly take care of you

This place is remarkable they change your front headlight. Free of charge. You only pay for the headlight. $15. Excellent service!!! they also change your wipers, windshield wipers for free. You only by the windshield wipers themselves.

Drove to three separate locations in an attempt to purchase a cargo net I was assured both online and in person would be in stock. The last store I was sent to, in another county no less, had one in stock but insisted they didn't until I showed them their website confirming it was indeed in their inventory, at which time another employee who had been listening to the entire exchange admitted she was holding the item for someone else!

Ryker was amazingly helpful and patient with us! Awesome service! We had to get two different batteries replaced on the same day and he helped us with both and helped us get both batteries out and replaced. Highly recommend him and this store! Thank you Ryker again!!

Terrible service. The guy at the counter was leaning on the counter, body language screamed he didn't care about me or what he was doing. When he ordered the part I needed he didn't even put my name and number on the order for them to call me when it came in forcing me to have to do all the leg work to make sure the part had arrived and it was for me. Then another employee came over and basically aired her dirty laundry about the associate my guy was talking to on the phone. Keep it to yourselves I don't care what you have going on. Then when I picked it up the person at the counter was unclear about the part I needed and I had to tell him several times what kind of car I had. Useless. Then today when I tried to return the old part to get the refund core charge, the lady at the counter made me wait for her to be done typing, nobody else helped me even though they saw me, then she was extremely rude about explaining their return policy. Absolutely terrible store and I'll never come back. I'll drive to Bellingham where I had a very good experience next time.

My low beam passenger side headlight was out. I bought new lights for both sides and they installed them for me and disposed of the old ones in less than 5 minutes. And, it was a very nice lady who did this for me.Thank you. Danielle Mullen

On point customer service. I love other auto parts stores too but, this is always the place I come to when i can't find a part anywhere else. Get your rotors resurfaced here also, one stop shop. This place is gold
