I just bought my first car from here I bought a 2022 Toyota Camry SE and it s absolutely amazing. Jany was very helpful he worked so har to find me a way better deal than my bank had offered me, everyone else was very helpful too John and Geoff were very nice. I highly recommend going here to buy your car.

Great experience with this dealership and my salesman Alex S. As far as buying a car goes very smooth and pain free negotiation and buying experience all together and overall very fair pricing and I d recommend coming in today or whenever you need a car and see Alex S for any and all of your car needs and you too will have a great car buying experience. Should ve posted the sooner but better late than never.recently my aunt was looking to purchase a new van. OK well new to us aka Used. We ended up seeing an ad or posting online. I ended up reaching out. Very quickly the car salesman reached out to me was very thorough. Sent me extra pictures told me how everything looked so I was like OK we will be able to come down this day and we would like to come take a look and so we schedule a day a time got there they had the vehicle out and ready for us to take a look at. He was very knowledgeable. Very friendly almost felt like family. he definitely made the process very easy. we decided we d be interested in getting it. in and started the process of purchasing it. And like normal a little haggling here, and a little haggling there. We ended up purchasing a van.Thank you Jason F. We really appreciate everything about the whole experience. Keep up the great work!So I will end with this if you re looking for a used car and you re going to Northwest Autohub, definitely ask for Jason. He s definitely the best.

Shout out to Jany, Ricky and Geoff. I was researching trucks in the area while I was on deployment and found a HD truck that wasn't white or black and was one of the lowest prices with low miles in 100 miles. I looked at pictures, researched the trucks and dealership.EVERY positive statement about NW Autohub is spot on. Staff communicated very well and were patient until we felt the weather and time was good to make an appointment to see the truck and talk about it. Greeted initially by Jany who was also helping another customer, he directed us to Ricky. What a genuinely nice and caring person. We were greeted so warmly and treated so well right off the bat that I was looking for any reason to distrust "a car salesman". No need here. Every question I asked...and there were plenty... was answered with a solid explanation by Ricky and Geoff.The deal was painless. The wife and I feel very fortunate to have found my dream truck at the deal we got from a company that gives you the family vibe that is more noticeable spending time with them.I hate to call it a dealership because of the typical distrust associated with most of them...this is a family business that takes care of customers, and really wants you to come back for all future car purchase deals.DO NOT MISS the opportunity to stop in if you are in the market to purchase a car, Jeep or truck. Inventory looks like they have something for everyone. They had exactly what I wanted!Special thanks to Ricky! Appreciate the time and honesty to make us VERY SATISFIED customers!

Posted my vehicle on KBB and the first call I received was from Anthony Good, the Internet Sales Manager at Northwest Autohub. He was super friendly and informative and got us in to look at a trade-in within an hour. We did a nice test drive, and every question we had he either knew the answer or promptly found it for us. He was very straightforward and easygoing. Robert (GSM) and Geoff (GM) also introduced themselves to us and let us know that they were available if we had any questions or concerns. Buying a car is a stressful experience, but Anthony Good definitely made this a good one! Worth the drive, & would come here again when we need another car.

I had to drive nearly 4 hours to get there, but it was well worth the trip. I traded in my RAM 3500 for a 2018 Subaru Outback. Jack was absolutely amazing. We were like brothers right from the start. He went to bat for us and got us into our new car with minimal pain . Would definitely recommend Jack if you need a good used car

Came here to check out a car, and so glad I did! Anthony made my experience really great. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and funny! I was nervous because the last time I bought a car I was at the dealership all day, but not here, I got my jeep and insurance for it in less than two hours. I was actually debating staying longer, though, just to hang out. They feel like friends! Totally worth the drive into another county!

Another great purchase from our favorite dealership. We bought two of my wife s dream cars here. We missed our original sales person but John was great. It was a pleasure and I can t be more grateful for the manager Geoff to add more discounts on top of the deal. We didn t ask for special treatment but we received it anyways. My experience at Northwest AutoHub was nothing short of a nightmare. Not only was the customer service abysmal and the cars had obvious "mechanical issues", their loan tactics were downright shady. Despite having very good credit and income, they insisted on pushing me towards a high-interest loan with fees, claiming it was the "best deal" available. They didn't even ask for proof of employment or paystubs??? So if you know a bit about financing, that's a massive red flag. (For those that don't know, they essentially picked the first bank that accepted the application. Regardless of care about getting the best deal. Also, very risky and desperate bank loans. Think legal payday loan risks.) I HAD to specifically ask they RE-RUN my application with my proof of income. How's that for a joke?? Lol They were clearly more interested in padding their own pockets than helping me secure a reasonable financing option. It's appalling how they take advantage of customers' trust and financial vulnerability. I would personally steer clear of this dealership.I noticed a concerning issue with one of the tires on a vehicle I was considering. There was a noticeable bulge protruding from the sidewall, indicating a potential structural defect or damage. When I brought this to the attention of the salesperson, he contacted the manager. the manager brushed it off as a minor cosmetic flaw and said "the car sales price was adjusted to reflect the price of the car." However, as someone who values safety above all else, I found their dismissive attitude deeply concerning. It was clear they were more interested in making a sale than ensuring the integrity of the vehicles they were selling. I cannot emphasize enough This lack of transparency and disregard for customer safety is completely unacceptable. Not even the very shady pop-up car dealers are this bad. I strongly advise others to thoroughly inspect any vehicle they consider purchasing from this dealership, as their apparent indifference to potentially serious issues is deeply troubling.

My wife and I recently endured a horrendous experience at NorthWest Auto Hub. From start to finish, our journey with this dealership was marred by incompetence, miscommunication, and ultimately, a betrayal of trust.We entered the dealership with clear expectations, working diligently with Jerry to ensure our monthly payment would not exceed a specified amount. Despite our transparent communication about our financial situation my wife's student status and our self-employment we were assured that the deal was airtight, and my wife was already approved for the loan and we happily signed the papers and took the car off the lot.However, this was far from the reality we encountered. In the days following our visit, we were bombarded with multiple demands for additional documentation and signatures, throwing us into a whirlwind of confusion and frustration. It was revealed that Chris, in the finance department, had failed to properly assess our financial situation, resulting in multiple unnecessary credit checks and delays.To add insult to injury, our monthly payments ended up being a staggering 12% higher than what we initially agreed upon. Despite the manager's attempts to "help us out," we found ourselves bound to a much larger financial burden than anticipated. By the time the issue was resolved, we had already taken the car off the lot and endured three weeks of stress and uncertainty.Had we known the true extent of our financial commitment, we would never have left the dealership with the vehicle that day. NorthWest Auto Hub's disregard for transparency and accountability has left us feeling betrayed and utterly disenchanted with the car-buying process.In conclusion, I implore anyone considering purchasing a vehicle to steer clear of NorthWest Auto Hub. Their incompetence and lack of integrity have cost us dearly, both financially and emotionally. Save yourself the anguish and find a dealership that values honesty and professionalism.

I wasn't expecting to purchase a truck the day I visited Northwest Autohub but of course I found a truck that covered everything I wanted. Ricky was my salesperson, and his style was no hassle, no pressure, and he genuinely wanted what was best for me with regards to the value of my trade in, as well as providing details regarding the truck I was looking at. I'd highly recommend Northwest Autohub, and Ricky, if you're looking for a quality vehicle and a professional/customer friendly staff.Kevin S

We came here just to get one car but actually ended up leaving the lot with two! If I could rate this place 10 stars I would. Jany, Chris, Nathan and Geoff were absolutely amazing and have nothing but your best interest in mind. These are the most down to earth people I ve met and this was the absolute best experience I ve ever had at any dealership! They don t push sales down your throat or keep you there longer than you need to be. They all actively try to get you the absolute best deal that they can from the beginning! They treated us like family from the moment we stepped out of our own vehicle. They ve definitely earned 2 lifetime customers and friends. They made me feel not only comfortable but have definitely earned my trust. Very accommodating, helpful, knowledgeable and genuine people. I m so glad to have met them and very grateful for all of their help! This is the only place we ll go to! Definitely a hidden gem!

My wife and I saw a vehicle on CarGurus that was located at Northwest Autohub. While my wife was out of town, I decide to go check out the vehicle. I arrived, did a test drive, and end up moving forward with the purchase. I was in and out within three (3) hours and brought the car home to my wife and surprised her. I had an excellent experience at Northwest Autohub. Initially Jerry helped me locate the car I was looking for. He was very patient and helpful on the test drive as well. Anthony and Geoff were also very patient as it took me a while to make a decision but they made it clear they wanted to do everything they could to get me in my dream car by the end of the day. They held up on that promise and I walked away with a good deal and a lot of confidence in the staff. After a long day Chris in finance made the all the paperwork feel like a breeze. 10/10 would recommend this shop and will definitely be telling my friends about this place in the future.
