The oil change went well. Checking for issues with the lights, air in tires, wipers and fluid is helpful. The workers were courteous.I like the True Brand headlight cleaner results. The car is 16 years old so it made a big difference. It will be nice if it lasts at least 5 years. I didn't see or hear an electric buffer having to be used on it, like other kits show. I also read you should let it sit for an hour before driving off.We didn't get a printed out or email receipt for the work done. I would like that to happen next time.I will need that receipt to upload the offer for the gift card. My husband also did full synthetic in his truck a couple days after.

Hands down great customer service.Had an oil change appointment somewhere else which they told me they couldn t do it because they don t service my car. Came here. No wait. Got me in an added some extra service to keep my car running smoothly.

Jiffy Lube remains one of my all time favorite businesses. In writing this review, I've tried to remember if I've ever had a bad visit. In the decades I've been getting my oil changed at various locations, I honestly can't recall ever having a negative experience. I think the worst was simple an in and out, all business type thing whereas more often than not, I'm greeted with a smile and pretty good cheer.This experience was no different. Good people taking care with their work. So thank you Jiffy Lube, for always making a mundane chore extraordinary. A rarity in today's world.

Went in last yr for oil change and replaced windshield wipers. Always find a coupon for best pricing! Call ahead if your coming in for extras over an oil change-make sure they can help with what your needing- for me it was windshield wiper replacements. When you go in- make sure they know about any extras- on repeat- or they will forget or only do half. Be specific! Otherwise- great place! Technicians are very friendly. Only place I'll go now.

First they made me pull in behind a car that never moved instead of letting me choose a lane base on which one moved first, then made me wait for THREE cars in row that arrived AFTER me to pull through ahead of me in the other lane and get oil changes while the car in front of me never moved. After my 3 hour oil change all of the oil leaked out onto the garage floor because they did forgot the plug gasket and we had to do a whole new oil change at home and clean up a huge mess. The most incredibly bad oil change experience! I usually go to Jiffy Lube on Bakerview in Bellingham and they have done a great job for years. I tried this location because it's closer on my commute home but I will NEVER go back.

The person who greeted me was fantastic. Shoshanna. She even checked on me a couple of times. Even though they were out of the oil filter they needed they were able to do a break flush so all good. Really appreciate the attentiveness and friendliness.

I went to jiffy lube in Mt Vernon today and was having a bad day. Shashawna helped check me in. She and her co workers took the time to work with me and make decisions about my vehicle. The staff were polite and not only helped me with my oil change, but because of their professional attitude made my day brighter. I am looking forward to another visit in a month for additional work on my headlights. Thank you all

Stopped in to Jiffy Lube around 8:00am this morning wondering if they could rotate my tires for me, knowing that it was a somewhat odd request. The on duty manager Gauge and his crew were not only very accommodating, they also refused to charge me for their services, citing the Christmas Spirit. They sent me on my way with a "Merry Christmas!" and a smile. Hats off to the fellas at Jiffy Lube on Freeway Drive in Mt Vernon!

I've used this location for years .. last time there they neglected to replace the battery securely. It broke loose and destroyed the batt..cost me over $500.00. I took pics to them ..it's been weeks. NO REPLY!!! Not OK..
