My service writer Effie is absolutely amazing, helpful, kept me updated the whole process, was very thorough and informative. I cannot thank her enough for everything she has helped me with. I highly recommend requesting Effie when going here. Thank you Effie!!!

I took my truck into freightliner northwest for a regen problem. I was told the truck was not running at the proper temperature and needed to replace the thermostats. After the $2500 repair my truck went from 175 degrees to 135 degrees. The truck will not do a parked regen now because the temp is too low

We got the best service here on our motorhome. They made us feel very special. Even gave us laundry facilities for our 1 week stay while waiting for a part from eastern Canada to arrive.

This Freightliner was definitely 1 of the best I have been to. Mitch and Curtis were upfront on times to get in shop, very knowledgeable, also 1st time ever at a shop, ordered me dinner. JB and Vishal were the mechanics that repair my truck. Great job guys thank you. Not a cheap shop. Fair price. Definitely worth the money for quality of work and respect you get here. I Recommend them to anyone.

Best people to help you, service: they will try to help you as much as they can that was my experience with them also advising which is a rare thing now a days and I have to mention they gave me a complimentary inspection to identify the issue and was given the choice to go forward or not.Parts: very easy to communicate with, fast in helping you finding what you need even if they don't have it they tell you where to find it.God bless you all.

After traveling all around the country full time last year, we were completely impressed with RV service for 40' Class A Motorhome: Oil change, service & inspection. Effie was super to work with, answered all our questions and scheduled us on a Saturday morning on our way out across country again. We stayed over Friday night in the secure parking area with 30 amp power available. It was quiet & convenient. This facility is outstanding and has a very nice waiting area/lounge upstairs. We've been in several service centers over the last year, this was a great experience. Costs were estimated up front and came in what we expected. Thank you!

I was completely surprised on how expensive my PTO repair was. First no one gave me a price ahead of time before they took it off second they charge me for so many hours when it's only a 1 hour job, I've checked with the manufacture and other dealers it's standard 4 bolts to remove and reinstall the PTO. The invoice doesn't even show how many hours labor it was. $990 4 bolts easily removes and reinstalls

Never go here. Waited 3 days and repaired only 1 out of 4 problems. To replace the starter, the labor cost is 1200 dollars, and parts are separate. The two remaining problems were that there was nothing wrong and they only charged $700 for labor. They only take my money even though don't have the skills.I'm going to compile this issue to freightliner headquarters..

I've used them for repair work 2-4 times a year as I'm thru the area every two weeks. As most O/O I'm always tight for time and doing my best to stay moving and getting work done on the fly. I couldn't be more pleased with their service and friendliness. I've had the pleasure of having Matt take care of me the last couple trips in. Extremely personable and professional. I wish this was my hometown dealer. Thanks guys.

Had my heater core replaced here. Has a real nice waiting area but unfortunately that s the only positive. 6 weeks later I m getting it replaced again. They finished the repair in the evening and I was told the invoice wouldn t be ready till the morning. I gave them my email and was told they d send it over as soon as it was done. 2 weeks and multiple phone calls later I finally get it emailed to me.

I recently experienced a problem with the air gauges on the dash of my 39' Fleetwood Expedition. Both gauges (air bags and brakes) would periodically bounce around and set off a simultaneous warning alarm. Fortunately, it was just the gauges and not a mechanical problem. I called early the next morning and spoke to the weekend foreman, Eric. He was understanding and concerned. I was given directions and a location to park from Sunday night until they opened Monday at 0700. I was then greeted by Effie and Mitchell at the service desk. Effie wrote up the service order quickly and "red tagged" the folder so my coach would be seen as quickly as possible. She is truly a gem. Within 2 hours the technician, "JB", had checked for fault codes and determined that the problem was a "daisy chain" series of faulty ground wires behind the dash. The parts were located in various locations, i.e.; in stock, also at another Freightliner Northwest facility in Pacific, WA, and in Memphis. The Freightliner team expedited the delivery of the needed parts and they were on site the next day. JB performed the installation with some swing shift assistance from Gary. At various stages Jeff provided valuable input and even took the time to ride with me on a test run. It is now running perfectly, thanks to the professionalism, training and expertise of all involve at Freightliner Northwest-Mt Vernon. Incidentally, the charges were less than the original estimate. My wife and I were treated not only as friends but as very valued customers.

Every shop has ups n downs. Truckers always need things fixed right now. These guys do their best. There sales dept. Is excellent. I recently dealt with Bryan In sales and he found the exact truck I was looking for. I'm extremely happy with the results. I give them 5 stars as a dealer. Just remember every shop / person can have a bad day.

Didnt leave a 1 star after our first service visit because I like to give a business a second shot but now after our second visit we brought our truck in for a coolant leak. 40$ hose turned into 1500$+ and a 250$ bill for cleaning up some leaked coolant in the parking lot. We will go elsewhere before we ever come back.

I had to be towed to V/F from Smokey Point with check engine and stop engine issues on 2015 FL. As promised they were able to look at within a couple of hours. Unfortunately the issue was more serious than expected and the truck was there for a couple of days, waiting for a part to be repaired. All the people that I came in contact with were more than helpful, considerate and understanding. As stated in another review, the waiting area was very comfortable, clean and quiet. I had been kept posted via text throughout the day and when I was informed that the truck would be there for a couple of days, I was given a ride to meet my ride home.Brian

Service was decent. Had a PM done on my '03 Kw900L. and also a wipers motor replaced. I had all the parts myself, and still got overcharged.... Got there at 10:30 this morning. They didnt pull the truck in till 2:30 p.m. ..... To be expected I guess. The Level 1 on the new sheet that Corporate newly introduced at their dealer, show 3 things. Basic oil change, chassis greasing, and oil sample analysis, which are all included under $150 some odd dollars. FAILURE to mention to the customer, that each item on the list, has hidden fees & taxes.... Very BAD for business folks ! I timed my truck being out of the shop by exactly 6 pm. That makes it 3,5 hrs. My bill ended up being $650.... The evening mgr. still didn't have a clear exploration as to why.... For a simple wipers motor replace and a regular PM, I should've been out of there in 2.5 hrs tops.... First & last for me. I wouldn't recommend that dealer to anyone....

We called and asked if we could bring in our motor home. The ABS light was on. "Sure" they said, " anytime". We got there at 12:30 pm. They told us to wait upstairs. After an hour and a half my husband asked when they thought we would be finished. They said maybe 6!They were waiting for the next shift to come in before they even looked at it!All they had to do was hook up the computer and diagnose the problem. We left. We'll find another service supplier down the road! If you go there, be sure to ask the right questions!

I have been attempting to find a good dealership with a great shop for years. Northwest Freightliner Mt Vernon is it!! They got me in when they said the would. They were always respectful and appreciative of my business. I had a laundry list of things I needed done and they handled them all. Just a great bunch of people. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. I will be back. You can't beat their hours. Also the have really nice drivers lounge with a shower and laundry. You won't go wrong here.

This guys are great. They are honest and the will go the extra mile for you if you are honest with them.If you tell them they will replace all minor parts that needs to be replaced which is not included to the estimated job. I believe this prevents the truck from braking down a few miles down the road right after you leave their shop. The replace minor worn out part that they had to remove in order to get the part of truck which needed to be fixed. Most mechanics won t do this and don t care. The only little problem with them is the time they takes get an estimate done and the truck fixed. They seem to be very busy.

Great Service, I called en route to a delivery with check eng. light and power loss on my 07 Freightliner. They checked it out, gave me the diagnosis and repair options, had the parts in stock ( Turbo & CAC ), and completed the repair the same day. I still made my delivery appt. All the staff treated me exceptionally well and the waiting area , restroom and shower facilities were very nice. I also felt the repair costs were very reasonable.

below your arguing with Tasso Schielke about your hosing over 3000 $ for oil -, batterie-, and starter change. Beside your proud prices for regular services like oil changes you should reimburse him for the starter exchange what was half an hour on the parking lot plus half an hour for the magneto switch, total ~1 hour / 135,-$ instead of 806,-, get him back 671,-$. And to exchange the expensive batteries on slides with prelosed terminals charge max another hour /135$ but not 433,50 / -298,50. So reimburse total of 969,50 ! That includes no comprehansation for the stolen ~ 75 hours / 3,5 days liftetime x 2 with your irrelevant advertising "open weekend" and 24h service. And no doubt about that your customers cannot pay your "circumstances beyond your own control", even if union made! And no phonecalls - youre 9hrs behind our business hours-, and no "just talking words" - better facts by email instead of your successless verbal goals and discussions. You havent even been able to serve a competent eMail address yet to communicate beside your review-files with full of funny selfmade "superstars". So we have to get prepared to write you letters and givem over to the law office soon ? ? ?

Curtis in parts is AWESOME he figured out the part I needed (hose for engine compressor) even though I couldn't get him the # off the Cummins engine he ordered the part and got it next day but not before he called & checked all of his resources to get me the part same day. I will be taking all of our bigger truck business to them now... big thanks to Curtis for going the extra mile to try and get me the CORRECT part same day and not trying to just sell me a length of HD hose that wouldn't have lasted or performed as intended like the other local big diesel place tried to do. I'm sure the whole team there is just as good as Curtis was but I'll be calling him for our companies needs.

Brought our 40ft Class A Winnebago in for routine service and was very happy with the staff, mechanics, and service writer. Everyone there was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They did everything we wanted and we were happy with their work. I would definitely recommend them to RV owners who are looking for a Freightliner Oasis Center.
