This was my first experience with this business and won't be my last (well i hope im not in another accident but if i am this is where i want to be serviced). Nice to see service like this in a world we live in today. They scheduled me in very fast for the intial estimate, got my repair scheduled for me fast, and repairs were done faster than I've ever had before. They even took the time and cleaned out some of the inside of my car which I have never had done before when just scheduling a car repair. Very friendly staff and my car looks great! Saved me so much money on a rental due to their efficiency in getting my car completed so fast. 100% recommended!!! Oh and did I say FAST! Lol.

Did a great job on my 2006 Honda CR/V! The insurance company did not want to fix it, but I know what great mechanical shape the car was in, aside from some sheet metal damage due to getting rear-ended at a light. I was willing to pay more than what the insurance company would, though their number fairly reflected prices of similar cars I found on the market. Accepted the insurance payout, bought the car back from the insurance company and set about finding a shop to help me get it back on the road. Fix Auto was backlogged, like almost all body shops in Western Washington, and sheet metal parts are backlogged too. Fix Auto completed their work shortly after receiving the last of the parts they ordered. I am completely happy with their work, with what they charged, and with the friendly, competent, professional and sympathetic service from everyone I spoke with at their shop. I highly recommend them.

I have used Fix Auto on 3 of my vehicles in the past 6 years. Never once was I not impressed with the quality of work. The Honestly and integrity of thier shop is second to none. My trucks look like the just rolled off the show room floor. Once they was a few days late delivering the truck. But I have no problem with that as long as the job is done right. Thanks.

It's never a joy to be in a spot where one has to have major auto repair work done, but it has been easy to work with Fix Auto during the weeks leading up to dropping off our Subaru, and the four weeks until it was ready for us. I did say major.Our car looks like it had never been sideswiped, and other than a truly minor tweak that was quickly done for us, it's as though the accident never happened.We highly recommend using Fix Auto if you are ever unfortunate enough to need repairs done on your vehicle.

Fix Auto did efficient work on the back fender of my RAV-4. Color matching was perfect. The estimate and actual work was easy to schedule and work was done in a timely manner. They work with rental car company for delivery snd drop off making it convenient for me. Well done!!!

Fix did an outstanding job putting my car back together after my nasty rear end crash. It took a long time for the part to be shipped, but they were very good about calling to let me know the progress. Fix has a friendly, down home atmosphere right down to the small collie dog that keeps things running smoothly. They are extremely thorough, and extremely busy, but the wait was well worth it. Wow, the people, all! At Fix It auto in Mt Vernon wa. Were amazing! From the front desk, to visit with Ms. Gloria, in main office, to Adam in back office, re: repairs. All of them were Amazing, have Never had anyone do a better job. It was beautifull.these people are like being with Family. An we will not go anywhere else ever.

Kept me up to date with text and calls. Always available with any questions I had. Let me drop off my rental when I went and picked up my car. Will use them again!! Their dog in the office was a bonus. Super calm and adorable.

Fix Auto in Mount Vernon was the only shop in a fifty mile radius that was willing to schedule my vehicle for a damage assessment. I called at least 30 shops and no one would take a tow-in, which was understandable given the post-pandemic challenges. Joel and Heidi were flexible and understanding regarding the difficult situation I found myself in. Their generous and thoughtful consideration allowed me to get my vehicle in, assessed and resolved within a month while other shops were quoting at least 3 months and many were 5 months out! Joel and Heidi continued to be flexible when the insurance company delayed the delivery of the vehicle. Follow up has been fantastic and I have not had to do anything other than take their phone calls!

I had body and paint work on two pre 2000 vehicles, a Jaguar and Mercedes. Due to their age, getting some parts was a challenge. The staff was extremely helpful and flexible in obtaining the parts. The body work was impeccable and the paint was perfectly matched. My car was in a fire incident and this place had the soonest availability. After picking up my car, my passenger door wouldn't lock and I had to leave my car for another day. Was told they would reimburse me for gas when I went to pick it up again and haven't heard anything in six months, except for an email asking me to complete a survey.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
