Well until today I would recommended and have used this place. I called this morning and was trying to get a quote from the rude guy on the phone. He just hung up on me when I told him I had some of the parts for my son s truck. I have the parts because I had planned on doing the work on it, but my job has me out of town and he needs to use his truck now.I would rather pay more elsewhere than to experience this customer service before even giving them the job.So long, you lost a customer with 22 personal vehicles.

Bad service was provided careless staff asked them to install 3 tpm sensors in new wheels on 2021 Ford Expedition they scratch and dent every single one that they work on here is pictures not recommended shop

Great shop that I've hired to do work on multiple vehicles.Good exaust work and break job plus bearing replacement.Also works with you on wheels and will let you do a payment plan.Custom, local atmosphere with excellent serviceHighly recommend these guys!

Paul the manager is a very nice person. Explains everything. They installed both front and rear sway bars and a steering stabilizer on my class A motorhome. Excellent job and done when promised. We were traveling on the freeway when our undercarriage cover come off. We scrambled to three other auto shops (one didn't have the equipment needed to raise the car high enough, one didn't have availability for hours, and one was closed for the July 4th holiday). Just as we were starting to get panicked, we came across Epic Tire and Wheels.We were in and out of there within ten minutes. The technician that helped us was so friendly and understanding. He quickly helped us find a solution and we were able to enjoy the rest of our day.Car troubles are never fun, but Epic Tire and Wheels saved the day.

The "tire shop" (that's what I call it) has been under new management for the past year. But the same great staff (Paul, Bobby, and Jose) have always taken good care of me.And quick service too! Most other mechanics make appointments for weeks (or more) into the future, but here I can often get repairs done same day

Great customer service! They were busy and still got me taken care of so I could make it to work today. Also to the review that said stuff was missing your full of it! Was overcharged, and bad workmanship! Took about an hr to replace mid mufflers that I brought in and charged me $250 for some of the worst welding I ve seen. Didn t test for leaks and I had to show them where there was still a gap that needed to be filled. Gonna have to get re-welded by a professional so there s no exhaust leaks! Unbelievable

They always get me in when needed and are very honest. I love that the owner walks me around and under my vehicle to show me the exact issues before pushing me to make any choices. They are always quick and efficient.

Oh my gosh this place did a great job on our Mercedes sprinter, we had a suspension upgrade.The service tech and front counter guys were all very helpful and pleasant.They have done the suspension on our Tundra 4�4 and our Jeep Rubicon.Yes I would reccomend them, three times over.Very satisfied.

Have gone twice for quotes. In both cases found to be right about double the competitors. Got a $1,000 quote with a 30 second evaluation on my vehicle. Went two blocks south and paid under $500.

I have never been approached by a Walmart employee asking if I needed help before until today. I had two employees ask if I needed assistance in electronics in the span of two minutes. Pleasantly surprised.

Bad service!! They stole a piece. that I bringed to them to fix my car!! And they told me that piece was not in the box and before I go to the shop I was already checked the box and all the pieces was in the box

Asked for my car to be a little rumblier and the guy sounded like he knew excatlt what he was doing. Get there. My car sounded the same. Never going back. Guy got mad because I wasn t happy with work.
