Best experience I've ever had at a tire dealership. The guy that helped me was great. I went in to get a new tire cause it was slowly leaking and he just patched the small little hole and didn't charge me for anything. I'll go back every time!

This google listing is for the old business. Pep boys is the new business located in the same location. Writing this because pep boys gave me great service and I want to make sure people can find them.

I have been doing my business for all my cars since 1989. I needed a place that was honest, sell me only what I need, a fair price and do great work. It has always been that way.....always. Rob and his staff are great. In my line of work, I have recommend them to peers, clients and friends all these years and never had anything but gratitude from these folks who took my advice.

Ive been coming here for 10yrs plus and everytime Ive come in Ben greets me and hes very knowledgeable and gives you great customer service! All the guys there are great! Special thanks to Ben for getting the parts for my car quickly and getting me in sooner to fix my brakes!! Exceptional Service!! I will ALWAYS bring my vehicles here! Thank you guys for such great service always!!

It is especially nice to have the quality of service available in a "small" town community. The interaction with the service writer and employee's has always been enjoyable (19 years and counting). I will avail myself of the frequent coupons - mailers and Valupak. Thanks

We've been customers of Elliott's since day one, even before when they were known as Funston's. Rob, Ben and the rest of the crew are so accommodating, knowledgeable, and will offer their honest opinions about critical repair work versus issues to watch for that will need to be addressed in the future. Great hours and convenient if you want to drop off your vehicle during off hours (envelopes and pens for writing down the issues, your contact info and key plus a envelope slot to drop it off). :-)

I bought new struts from a auto shop store and installed them myself. A week later they failed. I came to this place and they fixed it right away, and I got my money back for the bad struts from the auto parts store. They're honest, do the best job I've ever seen, and they give you a discount. I've been coming here for years and if you've been screwed in the past, you need to come here. Then you'll understand what real work looks like. Shady looking or not, They're good honest folks!!! folks!

Very dissapointed with their service. Apparently they have difficulties making sure their appointments are entered into a computer while talking to a customer over the phone. It would also help if they provided envelopes for key drop offs so a customer could put down details so they could contact them in the event of their staff failing to record information.At least discount tire is a savy enough business to do so and understands the value of scheduling, which is why I will go to them.

It is not Elliot Tire anymore.It is Pep Boys and I highly recommend them. Got tires at Discount Tire, which I also like, but while I was at Pep Boys I had them give me a, quote on the same tires I had just bought at Discount Tire. Pep Boys beat the price by $145.00. Went back to discount tire and got that money back. Sweet deal as they both will beat each others prices. Shop wise my friends.

Done Business with Elliots Goodyear a bunch of times, and I keep coming back. Honest shop and they will deal you straight.I've done auto repair as well as tires here.Update 9/11/2013.. updated my 4 stars to 5 stars. this is my auto shop

Excellent service. Loaner car for the weekend on short notice and it ran smoothly. Car was finished on schedule. Pickup was smooth and the person behind the counter on Monday was amazing, even stayed late for me to run multiple cards !! Thank you guys so much !!!

Noticed a tear in the front right sidewall and went to put a spare on, no jack or lug wrench, we stopped. Ben was awesome, got it changed and we were on our way back to Bellingham in ten minutes. Thank you.

I checked 3 different places, Les Schuab $735.00, Discount Tire was $20.00 more than Elliott and Costco doesn't carry studded snow tires. So I called Goodyear and boy am I happy I did ! Well because you can do it all. Studd snow tires, heater fan, and a tune-up. Thank you.

They said my car needed about a $450 repair . Just got it from the dealer half a year ago. Took it to the dealer's mechanic shop and they said NOTHING was wrong with the car.I don't get why this place is so highly rated. BE WARY of their "recommended" repairs.

I said NO MORE.Found this place, went and had an AMAZING experience. I was terrified at first because the area seemed shaddy and the men working seemed even shaddier. However, it was nothing but excellent customer service.
