After waiting 3 hours for our insurance company to find us a tow truck our agent told us to go ahead and find our own towing company and Budget Tow delivered! Everybody was so friendly from the person on the phone to the workers that came and helped get our car unstuck. We only waited an hour for them and that was because of our location from them. They worked quickly and had absolutely no damage to our car getting it unstuck. They were reasonably priced as well, highly recommend!

We were very pleased with the service that we received from Budget Towing. From our first phone call with Bubba in the office to the delivery of our RV by Josh. Both were very professional. Josh did an exceptional job backing our RV right where we wanted it. We wouldn't hesitate calling them again when we have a need.

After trying to get towing through our insurance towing service for well over an hour, we were told they could not find anyone to help us. We had to find a tow truck on our own. We were sitting on the edge of the I 5 freeway. I called Budget Towing and they sent one of their trucks to assist us. The truck arrived in about 30 minutes, even thought it had to come some distance to reach us. They not only towed the motor home, they brought us right to our front door. This guys are amazing! We got stuck pretty bad on mud and it was a really hard place to access and Mike got my van out all the way to the road while avoiding getting stuck as well.This is my go to company to tow our vehicles and also for repairs.

My favorite towing company in our area HANDS DOWN!! I run a fleet maintenance Shop and they are fantastic they have excellent customer service they are always on time they always have great drivers never a complaint not even one complaint. If you're looking for a great towing company I would definitely use budget they are the only towing company in our area that has any sort of good customer service.

The initial call was professional, they picked up my scooter promptly, the initial driver called with good questions and was flexible and kind. I wish I remembered his name.When they went to deliver it to the shop, dispatch called and said they weren t comfortable dropping it at a closed shop since scooters are east to walk off with. I was frustrated and said to just drop it off, the shop mJared was patient with my stubbornness, and stressed his unease. We exchanged a few calls trying to problem solve.I caught a ride over, and he was right. It can be hard to stay professional when you re right and the client is wrong.

My mom s car was stuck in the snow and despite the fact that she has AAA they were not able to help her. I called Budget towing and within the hour Andy had his crew out and my mom s car was safely moved to her garage. They were the best! I am so thankful for all they did to help on what was an extremely busy day for them as well. I highly recommend them.Service: Car towing

My vehicle was at this shop for 4 weeks without having any estimate for repairs for something very simple.My car was towed using their towing services to their shop after the vehicle was recovered from a theft a week before Christmas. The ignition switch was busted, I called and told them this when it was dropped off. That was the Monday before Christmas weekend. I figured it would take about a week to fix or two at most, keep in mind it was just the lock cylinder. Unfortunately I had to call every week for an update, they never called me. The excuses ranged from people being sick, to holidays, and snow. Also keep in mind there is another customer reviews that says they replaced they alternator on new years that same day they called the shop, while my car was in their shop for 2 weeks+. I guess my car and business was very low priority to them. The last time I called, I was told they are waiting on a locksmith, with no estimate of when they will come.I came the following business day to tow my car out of there using my brothers jeep. I towed it to a nearby parking lot and replaced the cylinder myself in 20 minutes using hand tools, a cylinder lock kit from autozone and a flashlight. I had to buy a new battery because they car was sitting at their shop too long and wouldn't jump start with the old battery.I am giving them 2 stars for their friendly non-combative staff. For waiving their towing fee to their shop. They seem like a decent trustworthy shop..but they definitely have to work on prioritizing and communication.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was referred to these folks from someone who had used them, and I was quite pleased with their service. I explained my problem when dropping off my vehicle, and felt they were very through with the issues, and charged a rate that I felt was very reasonable. In addition their service was very prompt, I know there were customers ahead of me, but their time for the work was very quick. Its nice to conduct business with someone new, who you can trust, and not take advantage of you. Budget Auto Repair is my 'go-to' folks for any auto repair I may need. Thanks for the great work, and will be more then happy to recommend this business to others.

They were spot on about doing thier job safe fast and very professional my beef was the horse trailer was to heavy n caused hydraulic fluid to leak all over sr 9 right above big lake, so it's gonna go into the lake, they waited a day to spread some absorbing material to collect some but 1 day late because cars driving over it made it 100 foot long,I'm just angry because if I didn't go down there to thier office. they would had left it untouched..it was basically out my front door..but I would recommend them local business that was a odd job to deal with my wish is better communication.

Super friendly and easy. My car broke down on Thanksgiving day! I waited a few hours to call and the driver was professional and happy to help. Very happy with the fee. And punctual almost down to the minute!

I would give more stars if I could! All around so professional and nice. The first driver I talked to told me he was on the way. After about 10 minutes he called pulled to an emergency. Used them for a tow and then asked them to tell me what's wrong with the car. The tow went fine. It took a few days for them to tell me what was wrong with my car which ended up needing a motor replacement. They couldn't find a motor to match so i ended up junking the car. When i went to pay my bill the tow was 75$ but for them to tell me my car was busted jumped the total to 215.00$ i thought that was a little much considering all they had to do was look under the hood.

Absolutely robbed me. I was told $189/hr from the time they leave the office until they get back, my location was 7 minutes away and took ten minutes for them to pull me out of a parking spot. 7+7+10 is 24 minutes, equaling $75.60. I was charged $207 and there was no mention of any minimum charges. That's $517.50/hr I was charged. I'm speechless. Thanks alotService: Car towing

My car was towed to Budget Towing after it broke done on the I5.They called the next day with an estimate of the repairs. After fixing the issue, there were other safety repairs to be done. During all this, I recieved text and phone calls on the updates.I discussed the need to leave my Jeep there for a couple of weeks to save the cash. Garage kept the car in a secure area.My whole experience was wonderful, the service was excellent and personnel was friendly and courteous.I recommend this business!

Had a pretty simple winch out we needed done. I hired this company to get one of my company trucks out. Instead of sending the truck we requested they just made a training event out of it and sent multiple trucks and drivers which took them 8 hours for a job we could have had done in 1-2hrs. Brought the bill up to $3800. After explaining to them that they should have sent someone experienced with the right equipment, they took $1000 off the bill. Makes me sick to think they are out there ripping people off who don't negotiate their bill. Or the fact that they just send multiple trucks out there without any authorization just because we're from out of town. If it was as bad as they made it seem a crane would have cost less money than these people and had it done in less time. Shamful business making honest tow company's look bad. I will never do business with them again nor will I ever recommended them to anyone.
